Janet is a house sitter extrordinaire ! From the first time we connected I was completely confident that she would be a wonderful sitter. She would send me updates including pictures throughout her stay. She was very thorough about things she needed to know about my cat, the apartment, mail, building matters. As a result there were no issues or question while I was away. Janet was a pleasure to deal with and made my time away worry free. A surprise bonus is she is handy. She fixed my fridge door that was loose and repaired the closet railing that broke the day before I left. As to housekeeping the place was literally spotless! I would absolutely utilize Janet’s services again and would recommend her highly to anyone else wanting an house sitter.
Brian is very personable and well organised. He came to meet us a few weeks before the sit and asked all the right questions and made sure he knew what we wanted for house and dog sitting. He quickly warmed to Monty. He looked after dog and house very efficiently; he kept us regularly posted with messages and photos while we were away and everything was in good order when we got back. We hope that he will be able to sit for us again in the future

We've been going here for 5 years and this is the only place we will trust with our dog. She is always happy when we get back and we know she was well cared for. Roy is a great guy, very responsive, and really cares about what he does. Reasonable prices too, although the piece of mind while we're away is priceless!
I am not sure if we got a new person, but the grooming was average. We gave them two chance, but will not be going back. For the price, i want someone that listens and gives us what we discussed and asked for.
Tarheel is absolutely amazing!! They took care of my 4 yr old bunny in my home! When I came back everything was clean and in order. My baby was happy and very well taken are of. I felt comfortable going away knowing that they have exotic pet knowledge. I would definitely use them again for in home pet services.
Roy and his whole team at Tarheel are such a gift. They have animal care down to a science with such a defined but caring process. The fact that I can leave my pup there over the holidays and know that he’s well taken care of is a great feeling. I have used and continue to use their service. I’ve recently moved to the area and had to go back to work so finding a place where my dog is comfortable and with a caring and experienced staff was a top priority for me. I found it at Tarheel! I love how caring they are. They stand out and my little Jack loves everyone. They are the absolute best. I have no regrets and most importantly my Jack is in very good hands.
The owner is a very nice person and he cleaned my puppy so well, especially ears. They are so knowledgeable and careful. I will definitely come again:)
My dogs absolutely love coming here while we're away and Tarheel also does home visits. Home visits are perfect when you're getting home later than you intended or just want someone to pop in when you're out all day and Roy and the whole staff are incredible, kind, and responsive. My pets will all go here forever. They also have extensive knowledge of rabbits, which is not common with boarding places and take excellent care of my rabbit

I am so so grateful to Bonnie’s Bark N’ Board. She came through in a pinch and was absolutely amazing! She was comfortable with my big dog who is a lot to handle and my dog, who is normally anxious LOVED her. I got photos and videos with each visit, which I loved.
