Lauren, Brian and Savannah are terrific hosts and we truly enjoyed the time we spent in Augusta! Lauren's communication was clear and thorough and we had no problems whatsoever. Miss Savannah is a delight to spend time with - she is very mellow, sweet and knows her commands. The bed in our guest room had one of the BEST mattresses that we've ever slept on and again, Lauren made sure that we felt welcomed and comfy. We would welcome the chance to stay with Savannah again!
Jarney and I had a wonderful time pet sitting for Sue. From the moment we arrived she was very thorough with your instructions and even left us a written copy of all the information we would need to care for her home. She was often in touch with us while she was away, to check in, and answer any questions we had. Sue has 5 cats, all very adorable and we enjoyed looking after and getting to know each of them. Also, Rossland is a cute little town in the mountains, with lots of good hikes close by. It’s a great place to spend a couple of weeks! We would definitely house sit for Sue again!!
We could not recommand this housesit enough. we enjoyed our time with Beaux. The house was very very cosy and clean. We enjoyed the activities on site and had the opportunity to discovered some very nice vineyards near by. We hope to have the opportunity to come back. Thank you souch to our hosts.

Great sit in a great location! Adam was very responsive over messages the few times I needed something, and his cats are just the best! Extremely loving and chill, they make up for an easy sit without complications. The automatic food machine in the morning makes it even easier. Would love to see these two cats again!
Peter as a pet parent was very easygoing, explained everything and made us feel at home. Cats were nice. Masha was a bit afraid of us at first (maybe due to our baby?) but in the end she found her way to us. Sergei was very playful, liked to cuddle 😇 we had a positive experience! Thanks

We've been going here for 5 years and this is the only place we will trust with our dog. She is always happy when we get back and we know she was well cared for. Roy is a great guy, very responsive, and really cares about what he does. Reasonable prices too, although the piece of mind while we're away is priceless!
I am not sure if we got a new person, but the grooming was average. We gave them two chance, but will not be going back. For the price, i want someone that listens and gives us what we discussed and asked for.
Tarheel is absolutely amazing!! They took care of my 4 yr old bunny in my home! When I came back everything was clean and in order. My baby was happy and very well taken are of. I felt comfortable going away knowing that they have exotic pet knowledge. I would definitely use them again for in home pet services.
Roy and his whole team at Tarheel are such a gift. They have animal care down to a science with such a defined but caring process. The fact that I can leave my pup there over the holidays and know that he’s well taken care of is a great feeling. I have used and continue to use their service. I’ve recently moved to the area and had to go back to work so finding a place where my dog is comfortable and with a caring and experienced staff was a top priority for me. I found it at Tarheel! I love how caring they are. They stand out and my little Jack loves everyone. They are the absolute best. I have no regrets and most importantly my Jack is in very good hands.

My dogs absolutely love coming here while we're away and Tarheel also does home visits. Home visits are perfect when you're getting home later than you intended or just want someone to pop in when you're out all day and Roy and the whole staff are incredible, kind, and responsive. My pets will all go here forever. They also have extensive knowledge of rabbits, which is not common with boarding places and take excellent care of my rabbit
