This was a great housesit...because of lovely Luna & sweet Echo, and because of Laura's & Karyn's comfortable home. Luna is just the best; playful, fond of the beach and sweet as sweet can be. And so is little Echo, a peaceful cat, happy to sleep on her bed. Laura and Karyn kindly lend me a car, so I could take Luna to the most precious beach...a very recommendable morning walk! There's also a great park close by but on the beach Luna can be off her leash (which she is fine with, great recall). The house is well-equipped and very comfortable indeed, with a precious garden, on a quiet street. Shops and city centre are a short drive only. Laura & Karyn are very kind, and had me over the day before they left, to show me around and get acquainted with the pets. Hence, a lot of time was taken to show me everything properly, which was wonderful. During their trip we have communicated via Whatsapp, which went perfectly. Very happy to have housesat here, a very recommendable sit!
We spent two wonderful weeks in the house of Caroline and Patrick. Gertie and Rosie are adorable. The house and the garden are very enchanting. The hens are funny and we had chance to have fresh eggs every day and vegetables too. We loved walking the dogs in the forest and around the lake wich are close to the house. We spent lovely nights in front of the fire in the drawning room. We had the chance to spend time with Caroline, Patrick and Jack, one of their sons. We would love to go back there.
We had a wonderful week looking after Jock and Midge. Christine's house is perfectly situated for great variety of doggy walks just minutes from the door. Early mornings on the golf course were ideal as we had the course to ourselves and Midge had a great time zooming about while Jock and I enjoyed a more sedate wander. Evening walks on the beautiful beach were so relaxing. With the tide out and hardly anyone around it was a perfect end to the day. Elie is an ideal starting point to explore some of the Fife Coastal Path in either direction. The coastal villages are well served by a good bus service which allows you to walk a section of the path and hop on the bus back. Little Midge enjoyed sitting on my lap and looking out of the bus window on the way home. Christine's made us feel very welcome and her home is most comfortable with a pretty garden which catches the sun almost all day. Jock and Midge were great company and it was a pleasure getting to know them both. We would be very happy to sit for Christine again in the future. (June 2021)

Susan is not to be trusted. We left our dog in her ‘care’ and when we got her back we immediately had to take her to the veterinarian. Her backside was impacted with so much filth she was shaved, given two medications and put on watch for UTI. She cried In pain when we picked her up. Our poor dog suffered terribly and took almost two weeks to recover from the horrible treatment under Susan’s ‘care’.

My dog Ziggy has stayed with Pet Angel many times, and now it is his home away from home. Irina, the owner, loves animals very much and takes care of Ziggy as if he is one of her own with so much love. He is a picky eater and she takes the time to make sure he eats, hand feeding him when necessary. She sends updates with photos regularly. She has noticed things about his health and been very helpful. When he stays with her I know he is getting loved like he does at home, receiving cuddles in bed and getting plenty of walks in her lovely neighborhood. He is always very happy to go in when I drop him off and is healthy and happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend Pet Angel and could not be happier to have a safe and loving place, with such a knowledgeable and caring person, for Ziggy to stay when I am out of town.
Dropped my kitten off for a few hours, and she was well taken care of. I received a few pics and an update of my kitten acclimating, and it was very much appreciated. She really loves animals and does a wonderful job taking care of them. I would recommend her to anyone looking to board family pets.
My 12 year old EXTREMELY timid rescue cat spent a week at Pet Angel Inn. She was so loved and well cared for. I am grateful. She loved her 'spa time' with Irina.
Our old dog was very happy here and well taken care of. He was so happy I think they struggled to extract him from his new pack when we picked him up! We received regular updates and photos which are reassuring while we are away. We will definitely use their services again.
After having no past issues using Tailwaggon for home cat and bird care visits previously, I went out of town for 5 days last month trusting that our pets would be safely taken care of and having pre-paid for care. I spoke to Inger two days prior to leaving to confirm dates and details and let her know about our 16 year old cat's recent hind leg amputation and more delicate status. Late on the first night of being gone, we realized that we had received no regular update about the first visit and nothing showed up on our front door camera. I contacted Inger immediately asking why they were not cared for as one of our cats will decline rapidly without appropriate medication and our small bird will starve rapidly without food. I received no response then or again the next morning (after another missed visit) and was not able to reach anyone at the actual business either. A friend went to the physical business for us and the staff member there was unable to reach Inger either, who had the keys with her and offsite. At this point we were panicked that multiple of our animals might die (medication dependent cat and small bird) and that the very least our other cats would go days without food. We started considering an emergency flight across the country back home to save our pets lives. Inger finally responded saying that she had gone by the house the previous night and that morning and that the keys didn't work because it seemed like something was stuck in the lock, which was a blatant lie. We verified that the front door camera was working continuously throughout this time period and later on the second day of being gone managed to get the landlords to come by and check the locks (no issues whatsoever) and to let a friend in to finally care for our pets for the rest of the time we were gone. We later learned that Tailwaggon had lost our keys entirely and we were given back someone else's keys when requesting they be returned. Inger did not provide for any alternatives to care for our pets after her two missed visits and lie about why she did not come, and the staff member at the business was unwilling/unable to come meet the landlords to care for them in the absence of Inger. If we had not succeeded in getting the landlords to let our friend in, at least two of our pets would likely have died during this time period and the other cats would likely have lived but would have been starving. This is unacceptable and criminal level neglect, and there was never any apology of any sort from Inger or Tailwaggon for risking our pets lives, failing to fulfill the pre-agreed upon care, and then repeatedly lying about coming afterwards. They did refund the pre-paid amount but we had to specifically request this and it took days to receive an acknowledgement of this as communication continued to be terrible.
Recommended, will use their services again. Boarded my puppy for the first time here which went very well. Good communication from staff including photos of my dog. Half price bath day before picking her up. Staff friendly and helpful, phone app setup easy.
So we taken my shitzu twice to this amazing place and ms Kaleigh did amazing job this boy of mine doesn't look like a mop , he looks so cute 😍 this is his sec time around ,I'm so happy with the results …
The dogs bark constantly during the day and at night. I've witnessed dogs get loose several times with the staff chasing after the dog (fortunately, I haven't seen a dog hit by a car). The staff don't know how to handle them, and the neighbors deal with constant noise.

I’m beyond thrilled. My four dogs were in rough shape and in desperate need of a grooming. I sent a frantic message and received a response within 12 hours and was able to schedule them the next day. I had such a great experience returning to my local animal health clinic! I was scheduled promptly, they were able to reactivate my old records, and when it turned out I really need to have a vet see the dogs (not just a vet tech vaccination), Dr. Garcia was super gracious and accommodated us right then! Our dog is so afraid of the vet’s office, of strangers, and of other dogs that we worried we wouldn’t be able to treat her if something went wrong. Dr. Martin has been working with us over the years so that he knows her and can think about her needs. We’ve figured out a way to do normal care as well as special things like dental cleanings. He is so caring and gentle with her. I appreciate everything he does for her!
This place is great! Our cat’s been having some digestive issues lately, but they took really good care of him. They even went out of their way to help which was greatly appreciated!
Very impressed with this clinic! I needed a last minute appointment with my sick dog. Couldn’t get in with my vet, so I called Eldorado Animal Clinic and got an appointment for the next day, Saturday (!!!) morning, even though we had never been to this clinic before. Right from the start, everybody here, staff and vet, was very friendly, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for us. Needless to say, I found my forever vet. I am so grateful to you guys - a huge thank you from your new fan 🥰 … and Bear, who, thanks to you guys, is feeling so much better!!

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Chris Anderson and the staff at Eldorado Animal Clinic. I got the appointment for the very next day upon inquiring for a wellness check of our dog. The staff is very courteous, the facilities pristine. There is ample parking outside.
First time for our 2 dogs at this clinic since moving full time to the area. Needed Vax updated wellness checks and a prescription. Dr. Chris was very friendly and forthcoming. The tech was excellent as was the reception area. Having been with our previous clinic for many years (and dogs) we felt very comfortable with the staff and facilities we found here in Eldorado. The attention our dogs received was efficient, friendly and professional. We wont hesitate to return. Thanks!
