When we first met Karen by zoom, then again when she arrived at our home the night before our trip, we found her to be quite pleasant. We felt very comfortable as we left on our week’s vacation over New Year’s. HOWEVER..We do NOT recommend Karen as an honest Sitter. Here are our reasons: 1. We keep an extremely clean and meticulously kept home. We take extreme pride in our home and our family and friends frequently mention how beautiful and well-kept our home is. We came home to an enormous liquid stain on two of our beautiful cloth dining room table chairs. There was also a very large liquid stain on the wooden surface of our dining room table. Karen didn’t even mention this mishap to us. There was a used fry pan and spatula on the stove which had not been washed. The counter had not been wiped off. Two towels were being washed in the washing machine, but the sheets from the bed were on top of the washer, and they were still dirty. To be fair here, the dishwasher was running. That is a plus. 2. BUT: WHO WAS THIS OTHER PERSON IN OUR HOME???When we had a zoom meeting with Karen, she indicated to us she would be staying at our home by herself. This fit our criteria. We prefer having one person staying at our home, and this was conveyed to her during this zoom meeting. The night before we were to arrive home from our vacation, around 6:30pm, our cameras alerted us to not only Karen coming into our home, but also there was a man we had never met, with luggage, following right behind her into our front door. We have screenshots of this.  The morning of her departure from our home, our cameras once again, picked up Karen exiting our front door with the same man and their luggage leaving our property!!! There is no denying this man spent the night in our home, unvetted by us . To this day, we have no idea who he is and it doesn’t really matter because our criteria on our home guide, which was given to Karen, explicitly says “NO GUESTS.” Our cameras are positioned all around the outside of our property. Karen never reached out to us beforehand to ask permission to have a guest. This event, coupled with the fact that no mention whatsoever was made about the damaged dining room chairs, the liquid stain on our beautiful wood dining room table, and other items mentioned, leaves both of us feeling very, very violated. This was a terrible experience for us!! We both were upset. Instead of coming home to unpack, we spent the entire afternoon of our arrival home and the next two days, trying to remove the stains and restore our home to an acceptable living space. Our cat, other than being a little low on water, seemed fine.
Flavia was lovely!! I trust her with my eyes closed. She buy somes pet toys for Simba and have take care of him very well. She perfectly clean my house too. She is the perfect pet sitter
Si Ning and Hayden were wonderful, caring pet sitters. Si Ning and I communicated well and often using app and later through text. She was very thorough and prepared to take care of the home and our pets. I felt comfortable leaving my dog and cat in their care. They even put the sheets and towels in the washer and washed the dishes. I definitely recommend Si Ning and Hayden for house/ pet sitting.
David and Karen had great communication before and during the stay. Poppy and Teddy were lovely to look after and we always had a warm welcome each time we came back to the house! The house itself is lovely and very close to Leek which we loved exploring and going to the Peak District nearby. They also left us basic essentials and food, as well as a robe and slippers! Felt very homely and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thankyou Dave and Karen :)

My pup had the best day today at Houndstown Allentown!! Everyone there is so nice and took the time to get to know my boy!! At the end of the day we got his report card and he had a great day playing with his new found pack!! Great bright new place in town, keep rocking it like you are and I'm sure you will have much success!!! See you for our next visit on Tuesday!!
Piper had an amazing time at Hounds Town Allentown! She will definitely be back. The staff are friendly and have an obvious love of animals, the facility is absolutely impeccable, and my dog came home happy and exhausted after a weekend of play and relaxation. She may be 13, but at Hounds Town she acts like a puppy again! Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is!
We came across Hounds Town through a Google search and immediately it looked like a fun place to take our 6 month old Golden Husky mix to get some energy out. We had our evaluation this afternoon and it was perfect! Everything went so well, the staff members were absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, and just overall super sweet. And it’s gotta be the cleanest place we’ve ever walked into. We are actually jumping right on board and starting our pup tomorrow with them, and I can already tell he’s in good hands. I would highly recommend if you need a place for your fur baby to hang out during the day or somewhere to stay while you go away to check these guys out!
Kaia loves it here. Her first day she was nervous and went in the play area with hesitation, but the next day she went, she was jumping on the employees and super excited to go play. I love the updates I see of her on Facebook and loved the first day play by play paper I got on her. We are very happy that Kaia loves it and it warms mommy’s heart to know she’s playing while I’m at work all day.
Highly recommend this place for sure..So clean, staff just so wonderful and accommodating...Very cute quarters for the dogs,Lola came home ate and down for the count on her first day ...Don't think she wanted to leave herself ..Was a trial run cuz she's been with me past two years. But now feel so so comfortable to have her do what she use too...TY you all so so so much... She definitely will be back...They send pics and give ya like a report card so so cute...
Took our Norwegian elkhound Ellie to hounds town for a quick evaluation and the staff was so kind and sweet and friendly! Next step is a daycare day and I can’t tell you how excited Ellie is to go play with the other beautiful dogs there! Looking forward to using hounds town in the very coming weeks!

I'm no sure I know how to share how I feel. Upon arrival I was impressed , leaving I was not pleased or upset .... I was confused as to what was happening at this establishment . I called twice for clarification before picking up my pets and the employees had no clue what was going on. The young lady kept repeating " I have no clue what I'm doing " then chased me down to my car because they didn't charge me for the right thing. Then I had to pull out a calculator because she kept saying " I don't know what I'm doing" my dogs were there 3 days no report card, no text of photos like I was told . I'm just in the dark and wouldn't mind a call from management if possible.

Amanda was so helpful and friendly on the phone. We are a member of a camp bow wow in nj and visiting Allentown for only one day. She was so great at helping me set up the visit. Upon arrival Autumn was so genuinely happy to see Penny! This location was super clean and seemed very spacious for my pup. At pickup she gave me the updates of all Penny’s new friends!! The 5 star reviews I had read were spot on. Penny had a great day at Allentown camp bow wow. Will definitely be back!! (Love being able to watch her on puppy cam all day. ESP snout cam! 🎥🐾🐾🐾
In love with how my mini poodle walked out of Camp Bow Wow Allentown on Friday after a full day of daycare with grooming by Oliver. She looked absolutely Divine! Oliver transformed her to a stylish pup! Obsessed with his attention to details and the extra care he gave on her knees . So convenient to have your pup groomed while in daycare. I appreciate the communication and the attentive care that the staff place on my fur baby. Thank You!!!
My dog has only been here twice so far, but she was able to warm up to the other dogs and the staff which is what I was worried about since she's very nervous around other dogs. But she had a good day and tired herself out. The staff is friendly and informative, and prices are reasonable. Will definitely use this place again going forward and for boarding when needed. - update - used camp for boarding and they did great, they also offer lots of extras if you want. I opted for some extra one on one time to make my dog more comfortable and they send photos to show it's done
We love everything about Camp Bow Wow in Allentown. The friendly camp counselors, the facility as a whole — from the clean play areas to the overnight suites. I also like how user friendly the app is, and how easy it is to reserve for day camp, as well as overnight stays. We also love that they have so many cameras. We are always able to spot William and watch him interact and play with the other pups. Can’t say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow in Allentown.
Our Harper girl absolutely loves camp. She tries to jump the gate to get inside and forgets to say bye to mom. She loves the weekly activities and has made alllll the friends. At the end of the day, she is asleep in the car before the car is even in reverse. So thankful for Camp Bow Wow and their amazing staff.
Our dogs love it here! They are pulling us to the door when we arrive here-so excited and ready to play with their pup friends! I love that I can still check in and see them on their cameras which is comforting because we can personally see how much fun they are having for ourselves (even though it obviously from how they act when we are there and how tired they are when we get home!!) We also love the photos we sometimes get from them!!
Amazing daycare with very caring and professional staff! I have taken both a foster and my own dog there and have always had a great experience. They are very compassionate and have great communication. Your dog is in excellent hands there.

Kinsley has been coming here since she was a puppy. We placed her in daycare because she was so shy and timid as a puppy we wanted to build her social skills. Camp bow wow has helped her with that tremendously! She loves coming here each week. She runs to the door each time and loves all the staff and other dogs here!
My older dog loves Camp Bow Wow in Allentown. The staff is familiar with her and understands her needs, then caters to them as best as they can. We are grateful to have an amazing team to board our Trixie with.
When our puppy started going to Queen of the Valley, he wasn’t socialized with dogs much. After his second time, he came home wanting to play with the ball like they taught him at daycare. The best place for our puppy! He comes home absolutely exhausted every time. Couldn’t recommend all of these folks enough! They take the best care of our Costco man! 🐾

We are so happy with our experience at Queen of the Valley. Our dog had previously struggled at another local boarding center/daycare due to his anxiety, but Queen of the Valley was great at including him in small groups and helping him ease into the experience. They encouraged us to text to check in, and they even sent some pictures of him having fun. It makes going away so much easier knowing that he now has a place that is so supportive of him.
My dog always has a wonderful time playing at daycare. All of the employees really LOVE dogs and it shows! Never had a bad experience. It's a lovely open space for my dog to run around and burn her energy off. Wish I could bring her everyday.

This is probably the best boarding facility we have ever been to. We have boarded our dogs at dozens of places across the country and this one takes the cake. The dogs are cared for, given needed attention, and stay outside to play with others for most of their stay. The play areas are large and split into a few areas for larger or smaller dogs. We like to call it ‘The Farm’. They are taken into their kennel together to sleep. Facilities are beautiful, clean, and built for the best dog experience. We drive up from NYC specifically to take our pups here. ( 7y/o 80lb lab, 6y/o 75lb golden retriever on first stay and ongoing 2 years)
We've been leaving our anxious dog here for daycare - Jay and the staff are friendly, patient, and accommodating. You can tell that they are kind, caring professionals. So grateful that we have them in our area. Highly recommend!
I have used these guys for a couple of years now and they've always been great! I have two hound dog mixes and they get excited now every time I pull into mighty paws. They take good care of my dogs there and it's nice having the peace of mind knowing that they'll be fine while I'm out of town. Love the doggy Webcam livestream too. It's fun getting to spy on my boys from time to time. Looks like dog summer camp! Anyway, I would definitely recommend using mighty paws!

We took our dog to Mighty Pawz to have her nails trimmed. She is a timid little thing. The people at Mighty Pawz were so gentle and sweet with her. They did a wonderful job clipping and buffing her nails. I will definitely be going back to Mighty Pawz!
Kimbo has been going to Mighty Pawz for years and he loves it! He is a high energy Black Lab and Pointer mix and he is always exhausted by the time he gets back. Kimbo is also anxious when he has to be boarded overnight when we go on vacations or etc, and Mighty Pawz is the only place he feels comfortable to stay. Best place for dogs in the Lehigh Valley!
This place is amazing! Where do I start?! I have a chuahaha and an Akita and I brought them both in for the temperament test and they were a little nervous at first (they are still puppies and they are very hyper together, have trouble listening mainly the chuahaha ) and by the end of it my chuahaha was a completely different dog. They spent extra time with them and gave me tips to help train and calm them . I went in for boarding only and I was so impressed when I left that I decided to bring my chuahaha in for daycare the next day to help calm and socialize her more! A+ A+
Best dog boarder and daycare in the Lehigh Valley area. The staff are attentive and patient and they love all the canine guests that come through their doors. They are professional and will go above and beyond to make sure your pup has a positive experience, be it day care, boarding or grooming.
Jay and his staff were extremely accommodating on very short notice. I was leaving for a short vacay and my pup had never been away from me. But Iggy my pup had such a great time he actually behaved a little better after his stay. Thank you. The building was clean, rooms air conditioned, even loved the fact I could check in on cctv. I will definitely be coming back and sending friends. Great establishment.
Had to get my pup a bath and her nails clipped as she fights with me. Quick and affordable, was able to go on my lunch break. Will definitely be using in the future!
Riley loves going to daycare here. She is a high-energy pup, and they do a great job tiring her out. she'll fall asleep on the ride home. We know she's in good hands because Jay and the team at Mighty Pawz are great. Highly recommended for all your pups need.

Amazing place that takes great care of our corgi, Winston. We know that we don't have to worry about him when we go on trips anymore because the staff at Cloud Nine takes such good care of him. We appreciate seeing updates here and there during his stay on their Facebook page. We love our dog dearly, and do not trust anyone with his care. We would recommend Cloud Nine to any pet owner!
We have used Cloud 9 Pet Retreat for almost a decade for boarding, doggie daycare, and groomer and have been nothing but impressed. The facility is clean, the staff is super sweet and caring, and my dogs get excited when I mention doggie daycare! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Clean and well kept place. The people were nice and welcoming. We did do a day care a couple times and this all went smoothly. We boarded our dog for 3 days and he seemed happy and well when we picked him up.
We had taken our little Willow to Cloud Nine in May and she was well taken care of. I loved the pictures during the day to see her happy face when she wasn't picture shy. I highly recommend Cloud nine and their excellent staff. We certainly will be using them again and again.
Beautiful area. As of right now we have only used the grooming service. But she did a wonderful job with our border collie! We have now also boarded all of our dogs there. The staff is wonderful! We never board our dogs but when we need to I will absolutely use Cloud 9 Pet Retreat. They have an amazing facility for the dogs and lots of add ons for the dogs stay.
We always bring our dog here when traveling to points north of Philadelphia. Great place, always comes back happy and healthy. They treat dogs well here and he gets to hang in the countryside, gets a bath, nails trimmed and makes pup friends when we’re out of town. 10/10
We loved Cloud Nine! When we lived in the area we couldn't imagine taking our fur baby anywhere else when we needed to go out of town. We especially loved the "Christmas dinner" and the "milk and cookies" they gave the dogs over the holidays. It was so nice to see a picture of our sweet pup enjoying a nice treat while we couldn't be together. I know I sound crazy, but we really love our dog and we know she's a handful. We were always reassured by how kind the staff was and how happy our dog was when we picked her up. Can't recommend Cloud Nine enough.
Best boarding for our poodle. They actually offer grooming and baths before you pick ip your dog. The floors in the boarding areas are heated by radiant heat. A luxury for an animal

Edit: We are now about a month into using this pet sitting company and could not be happier. I feel good leaving her there knowing she enjoys her day at her "happy place". Patricia has taken amazing care of our dog! I would recommend this business to anyone. The hours are extensive for a longer work day. She only takes a small amount of well behaved dogs so they have a great day with puppy friends. She is very communicative during their stay with pictures and updates. Your pup will come home all played out for sure! We will definitely be using her again!
Patricia knows dogs and helped mine feel comfortable around other dogs they weren’t used to. She really tired them out and they seemed very excited to go back the next time. I have rebooked her for several more times this summer.
The daily text messages with photos and videos said it all. Gracie was having a wonderful time playing outdoors with other dogs, taking walks, and snoozing comfortably in a warm and loving home. It gave us peace of mind! We highly recommend Choty's doggie day and night care!

Christian is fantastic! Goldberg loves to go to daycare and we know he is in good hands when we take vacations. Christian has helped us so much over the last two years with our rescue Goldberg (bulldog/beagle mix) even helping us with training. The Bed and Bone came highly recommended by my daughter where she also takes her pup for boarding. My two pups spent 6 days there and I am more than pleased with the communication, pictures, and videos of them sleeping and playing at different times. Trusting and reliable.
I met with Christian in person. We went over boarding for my dog on a specific week, he looked at his calendar and assured me that week worked for him. I called him a week later to confirm and he doesn’t answer my calls or return my calls. He responded to my wife with a text message saying he is booked, sorry for the inconvenience. Not responsive, Not professional and definitely Not reliable.

Love Lucky Chance Pet Resort! They make sure my pets are walked, fed, played with while they were boarding. Very clean kennel and cattery. The kennel staff are very loving and kind and very affectionate toward your pets. Your pets will be well taken care of!
We picked up our dogs and they were acting unusual. They were not acting like themselves at all. We brought toys with them so they had things to play with during their stay and the toys were not given to them though we asked for them to have them in their kennel. When we got home they continued to act this way and when our one dog went to the bathroom it looked VERY weird as if it had paste al over it. They also were very hungry as if they were not fed all week. We will never be bringing them back. DO NOT DROP YOUR DOGS OFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BECOME ILL.
Nice place, their courtesy is important to your pet. Huge area for pet to run. Priced higher than some of the smaller vets in the area but better than QTV.
Terrible. The photo are not what you suspect. My rescue was so scared we had to drag her in and when we picked them up both my pure breed chocolate lab and rescue were so frightened. Never again.
