Cat Sitters in Lanchester

It was a pleasure to have Elaine as our sitter. Chester was so happy and content when I returned. My house was clean and tidy and Elaine had even washed the bed linen and hung it out to dry! I would recommend Elaine as a sitter to anyone.

FAB FAB FAB the only downside is Ruth is so booked up you can't get her again. Dogs LOVED their time with Ruth, cats all purring and fish and hamster all good too. Our house was left clean and tidy with bedsheets all clean and washed and changed. I would not hesitate to have Ruth return to housesit for our pets. If you manage to book Ruth for your housesit then you are extremely lucky. We hope to see you again soon .

Maxine took wonderful care of my cat, Mimi. This was my first time using zeewoi, and Maxine was very kind and told me how the site and the sits work. As a newbie, I highly appreciated this information. Maxine and her partner David are really kind people that genuinely love cats. Maxine sent me updates of Mimi daily (we had agreed on daily updates) and the videos proved that Mimi trusted Maxine and David and felt safe around them. This was a huge relief during my time away and I was able to relax knowing Mimi was well looked after. Even though my apartment is not within a walking distance to the shops, Maxine never complained and made her own arrangements. Maxine also bought toys for Mimi which Mimi plays with often. This was a pleasant surprise which was highly appreciated. Maxine also engaged my cat often and played a lot with her. I appreciated this a lot as my cat loves playing with wands and toys. The apartment was super tidy, to an extent I didn't think was ever possible haha. Maxine is an experienced sitter, which was evident in the way she organised everything for the sit. During the week approaching Maxine's sit, I had a checklist with a number of house related tasks to complete. Due to time constraints, a couple of these tasks were incomplete, but Maxine did not complain although I know that the completion of these tasks would have made Maxine's visit smoother. Overall, I am really grateful to Maxine and David who were so gentle with Mimi. Communication was excellent and friendly and I highly recommend Maxine as you can trust that your cat(s) will be completely safe and well looked after.

Estefanía and Juan Jose took really good care of Alexis and kept us up to date with pictures and videos of him looking very happy. They left the flat nice and tidy and were really easy to organise the sit with.

Tina came over to meet us/the dogs a couple of times before the actually house-sitting. We were also able to run through everything with her, including what was required regarding our hens. She arrived in good time before we left, and we kept in touch during our time away. When we returned home, everything was neat and tidy, and the dogs seemed very happy. Carolyn

We couldn’t be happier with choosing Tom and Sophie to take care of our little girl. They are reliable, easy to talk to, they send us pictures, were tidy and it was super clear to us that our dog had a great time 🥹 We would love to have them back and 100% recommend them as dog/house-sitters 😄

Zoe and Javier were wonderful with our 3 furkids, giving them lots of love and attention while we were away - in fact they didn’t seem to notice we had gone. The house was clean and tidy and the dogs even had a wash! Our cat can be sulky but she took to them quickly and was happy to cuddle. They were communicative and sent regular updates and videos, and they were polite and pleasant in all interactions . We definitely recommend and rate them highly, and are very grateful for their sit.

First off if you're lucky enough to get Lex and Lily sit for you, snap them up!! They were great with communication from the start, wanted to know information about our dogs and we're very flexible with our requirements. Now we have 4 chihiahuas and they all have very different personalities. Lex and Lily just totally got their vibe from the outset. We got regular updates and amazing photos of their adventures, and my goodness they certainly had plenty. The dogs seemed happy and loved seeing the new places they were taking them. Half way during our holiday one of our beloved dogs became very poorly. Lex and Lily were so on the ball. Without their help and intervention I'm not sure Buddy would have made it. Not only did they alert us to the problem, they volunteered to him them to an emergency vet very late on a Saturday night. They were so responsive regarding his situation and kept me in the loop. They were given meds that he has to take life long, and administered them amazingly. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to have people who genuinely cared and wanted to ensure your pets get as much care and love as you would give them yourselves. They left our home beautifully clean and tidy and went above and beyond. Thank you both, please come back when you can to see the boys. Xx

Georgia was an excellent sitter and my animals loved her. She was impressively researched and organized and had a great attitude to everything. She made time for the dogs and the cat and the house and also made the most of the area, which was totally new to her. It really felt like we both got an absolutely great deal out of the exchange and I’d have her back any day!

A massive thank you to Gordon and Alison, who have made our trip away so enjoyable and care-free. From our first meeting we knew our house and dogs would be in good hands and we were not disappointed. The hand over went smoothly and from then on everything flowed. They kept us updated with photos, managed Pym's medication and left a detailed letter covering such things as washing, rubbish, fridge contents etc. When we got home the dogs had obviously been very well cared for and the house was immaculate. Kathryn, Pauline and Jim were just amazing pet and house sitters ... the best one we had so far! They absolutely spoiled Mocha and took her on daily adventures. They were great at sending us regular updates with pictures. They were very mindful to follow the training we have been doing with Mocha. Great communication ahead of the sit too. They were great house sitters too, looking very well after the house and giving it us back all cleaned! Would be very happy to welcome them back!
