What a lovely sit! We were warmly welcomed with a good meal and got very good instructions. Also a well written guide helped us with the sit. Bernadette and Patriek live in a beautiful area of Spain, surrounded by olive trees. The house is very comfortable with a large swimmingpool. Becasuse we were there in November unfortunatly we could not use the swimmingpool but in the summer months it must be a delight. The three cats Teejay, Popsie and Lexi are great. All with their own caracter. They gave us compagny in the evening in front of the fireplace. Especially Popsie loves to get cuddles. They are very easy going. This sit is a bit more work than just taking care of the cats. The rooms of the B&B need some care and because of autumn we had to sweep daily and remove all the leaves from the pool. We have had a great time and highly reccomend this housesit.
We enjoyed our sit at Chloe & Joe's looking after Bailie. They were very communicative throughout, leaving helpful guides for the local area and the care of Bailie. Bailie was the perfect companion, very well behaved and the right amount of playful energy!
Thank you Judith for your five star review, we enjoyed Joey and Lilly for their spunky personality, Daisy for her loving way and Debbie gave us smiles while trying to put up with the kisses from Joey. Nice place and nice town, walking distance to the ocean and short driving distance to many places, including to San Francisco, and the big perk of having a world class chocolatier in town. PS: do not miss Sweet 55 on your sit.
Lovely home, great central location with easy fwy access, friendly hosts and best of all, Hela, the amazingly sweet superpup! What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

We had an incredible experience house-sitting for Stephanie and Manny at their beautiful home! The communication before, during, and after the house sit was smooth and clear. They were extremely accommodating, making sure the dates were convenient for us and addressing any questions we had promptly. Stephanie and Manny went above and beyond by allowing us to stay at their Airbnb house for a few extra days, making our trip even more enjoyable. Their main home was spacious yet cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking view of the canyon, the surrounding greenery, and the mesmerizing night sky full of stars made for a truly magical experience. Daisy, Dahli, and Loco were an absolute joy to care for. These three adorable dogs were so sweet, loving, and well-behaved. They quickly became our companions, and we made many happy memories together during our sit. We would be thrilled to come back and take care of them again in the future. To top it all off, Stephanie and Manny kindly drove us to the airport and even showed us some of Sacramento's landmarks on the way. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality were truly exceptional, making this one of the best house-sitting experiences we've had. We wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie and Manny as wonderful hosts, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have cared for their home and lovely fur babies!

Chuck and Christi are amazing at what they do. When I leave my beloved pups with them I always feel like I am leaving them with family. I have had my hound (Rocky) stay overnight in their cage free setting a couple of times and Rocky is able to sleep comfortably and snuggled up in the bed with Chuck! So much peace of mind knowing that he won't be whining in a cage all night. When I've utilized their Doggie Spa services I have been pleased with the results. Christi & Marilyn always take good care of my dog, Ace. Ace is a very active dog who loves all the other dogs who come to daycare. He enjoys the quality time that he gets they and I don’t need to worried about him. They treat him like family. They sent me updates regularly & follow up on any specific instructions that I may have for Ace. Ace truly loves going over to Christi’s place and usually is exhausted by the time he is done. She has really good hours- which makes it very convenient for drop off & pick up. Both of them are very responsive and it makes it very easy to work with. I take my dog there and she loves it!!! I love the family and how well cared for my dog is when she’s with them. I also, love that they are not crated and they feel like it’s a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to take their dog.

We had to board our 3.5 month old Boston Terrier puppy for the first time, and like any new puppy parent I was so nervous to leave her overnight with just anyone. I found loving home and immediately knew there was nowhere else I would take her. Chuck and Christi are extremely communicative, and they truly love the pets in their home. Our little pup was treated like family. We got pictures of her hanging out with the other pups, and nice and cozy inside from the harsh winter. When we went to pick her up the next day she didn't want to leave! I look forward to bringing our Lily back for daycare to help with socialization, and more overnights as travel becomes safe again. Our dogs, Max and Sammy, visited Loving Home Dog Care for a Meet and Greet and had the best time ever! Chuck and Christi are like the parents of the animals in their care, rather than typical dog care providers. They take the time to get to know the pets and welcome them into their home. We feel so much better about going to a wedding in Connecticut in a couple of weeks. I'm sure Max and Sammy will feel they are on vacation as well!
Everyone here has a real passion for pets of all kind. You can see how much they love the dogs that come to stay with them. The pricing is great and a package of days or nights can be purchased which make it an even better value. Too busy to get nails trimmed, give a bath, or have your dog’s nails trimmed? They can take care of that too. My dog comes home smelling fresh after a bath with a clean scent that lasts for days When you send your dog for a stay, you’ll get pictures of them playing
Our fur-baby Zander is an anxious dog and hasn't done well with boarding at the larger kennels when our family travels (e.g., he doesn't eat, high anxiety, etc.). Finding Loving Home Dog Care is a blessing! Christi and Chuck took such good care of Zander...it was like he was on his own vacation! They took extra time with him to make sure he eats and takes his medications, he enjoyed lots of outdoor play time and was able to cuddle up in bed with Christi and the other pups to rest at night (no crates!). If you love your dog like we do, Loving Home Dog Care is the place for you!

We first found Loving Home Dog Care in summer of 2022. We were going on vacation and looking for a place to watch over our pup while we were gone. Nala is extremely nervous and has separation anxiety so we wanted a place she would feel comfortable and loved. Christi and Marilyn took excellent care of our girl and when I arrived to pick Nala up following our vacation, she did not want to leave with me! Loving Home Dog Carr does not crate the pups and treats them as if the are their own family. We were so happy with the results that we are sending Nala back again for another week this summer!
