Melissa was our first ever house and pet sitter. We feel like we hit the jackpot with her. Overall, she has a pleasant personality and is easy to be around (she came to the house the day before we left). She took excellent care of our elderly cat, Sammy, playing with him and brushing him routinely. Melissa communicated with us in a timely and clear way both before and during the stay. She was attentive to detail, such as letting me know when some outside plants looked slightly brown and confirming when she took care of watering the houseplants. We felt very confident in her care during our trip and would be delighted to host her again in the future. She is a gem.
Mary Ann was a friendly and welcoming host, and Cappi and Riley were delightful and easy to care for. Riley and my pup Roxy enjoyed playing together, and Cappi and Riley were great pack mates to her during our stay. They neighbors and staff in Mary Ann's community were kind, and I'd happily sit with Cappi and Riley any time.
I had a fantastic time at Paul's house with Sunny. Paul's communication is great and was very helpful letting me know where things were in the local area and how to get there. The house was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. Sunny is a dream and I miss him already. We had lots of lovely walks along the promenade and in parks. He has a lovely personality and I love his cheeky 2 min zoomies on an evening then cuddles to watch TV on an evening. A truly lovely, peaceful sit. Thank you Paul and Sunny x
Lorraine and her husband were incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home from the start. Their cozy house exuded warmth, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Coco, the affectionate cat, added an extra layer of charm to my visit. With nightly snuggles on the couch, Coco became the perfect companion. Cumnor is a picturesque village just a 20-minute bus ride from Oxford. In the village, there are two local pubs and a well-stocked convenience shop, with a great fruit and veggie section. I highly recommend this housesit for a wonderful blend of comfort and countryside charm.
Thanks so much to Phoebe and Stephen for being such great hosts! They explained everything so well and were very helpful all along the sit, instantly replying to my messages. They are very friendly and welcoming. Churro is full of energy which can feel overwhelming at first but he’s also full of love and very fun to be around. Paella showed signs of anxiety on first walks and would resist to go out. But, as she warmed up, she proved to be calm and easygoing. Be ready to get really attached to those two! The location is great, a few steps away from both Hyde Park and the tube. Lots of pubs and restaurants around as well as shops. I would definitively sit for them again!
My husband and I had a really wonderful time looking after sweet Raffles! He's a lovely and calm dog, and we had no problems with him whatsoever. Nathalie is wonderful too, and we're grateful for meeting her and the opportunity we had sitting for her in her beautiful London home. Thank you!
Ann was an amazing host! Communication with her was so easy and smooth, and she explained everything in great detail. The pups were so amazing and lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent taking care of them. Would highly recommend petsitting for Ann and her fur babies!
