I spent a day with Caroline and Gareth before their early morning departure and we had an enjoyable time together. I had a thorough handover and was shown walks for Orlagh and met some other dogs and their owners in the park. Their home was immaculate and they are the most generous of hosts. Orlagh was a delight and we enjoyed many different walks together and most afternoons met up in the park with the other dogs and owners. I enjoyed exploring New Norcia, Lancelin and Bells Rapids Parks also patronised the local Beach Fitness club in Two Rocks. I was sorry to leave and would highly recommend this sit to others.
It was lovely to spend time with Stacey, Beau and Bentley, who all have their own personalities. While I wasn't required to walk Bentley or Beau, Stacey was great on lead and we enjoyed exploring the nearby park together. I didn't get to meet Tracey in person but she provided me with all required information via text and was always available if I had a question. Getting to (and into) the house was also really straightforward. The house itself is really comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed meeting Frankie and her boyfriend, who were around in the evenings. Even though I didn't have a car, there was a nearby Tesco and I could comfortably walk to Hampton Court Palace. Natalie and Nigel were really polite to us. We spend the night before with them, they gave us an onboarding to everything we would need for our stay and they prepared an amazing dinner. They left us a lot of groceries and everything prepared for our sit 🫶🏼. Oscar is a really sweet boy. When we sitted him, he was a puppy in process of training. He showed many signs of good behavior and obedience, considering he was only seven months old! But of course we had to be also very cautious and always having him in sight because might be breaking something. He loves to be in company all the time and has a lot of energy to burn, which can be overwhelming if you don’t play with him enough and make him burn it. At the beginning he woke us up at 4 am because of loneliness or boredom but, after a couple of days, he got used to our routine and with a good walk in the evening he started to sleep al night through. Although Oscar couldn’t be left alone for more than 2 hours, he had two days of daycare per week where we were able to explore the city and relax. The house was really comfortable and had everything you could need to feel at home, with a nice space to work remotely, including two monitors. The house is located in Purley, in the southern part of London, and you can reach the city center by train in 30 minutes. It was a pleasant sit! Thanks to both for everything!

Olga is a loving, obedient and easy-going dog. Brenda and Kevin always helped me with any questions I had and gave me tips about the area. the house is very nice and clean. There is a small garden there with a beautiful lemon tree. loved it. Thank you Brenda and Kevin for the stay 🙏🏻
Sitting for Desirée was wonderful. The two cats, Binkie and Sjors are both adorable. Binkie can be a little bossy and has some health issues but both cats love cuddles and it is a pleasure to have them around. They will sleep in the bed with you or jump on your lap when sitting on the couch. Shadow is a little introvert but you can handfeed him, he will take the food with his tiny paws which will melt your heart! Desirée and Peter are very laid back and answer every question immediately. I accidentally broke the garlic grater and Desirée refused my offer to replace it. Her home is super comfortable, perfect for remote work. I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you again, Ricardo and me would love to return!

They were amazing! I’ve never boarded my dogs before and was so scared. They sent me a report card and even updates when my dog had loose stool. They gave him pumpkin puree no additional charge. My two dogs got to stay together! They had plenty of yard time and got so much exercise! My dogs came home tired and healthy! I really appreciate that they don’t intermix the dogs preventing sickness from spreading! The owners are amazing, James is a dog whisperer my dogs are shy and timid and took right to him and the entire staff.
This is our 2nd year boarding Dixie & Daisy with Hilltop Kennels. We wanted to thank you, owners & staff, very much for taking care of our girls. I knew it !! How much they like and are comfortable being there because when I go pick them up. They came and greeted me but still wanted to go back and sit with the staff at check out. I researched many places and this is the place I feel comfortable leaving and trust to leave our girls with while we are on our trip. Nothing fancy but with outdoor, playtime, a safe place, and the care they get. We love this place. 👍👍

Jennifer is the nicest! We’ve been boarding our dogs here for over 6 years and Hilltop staff have been wonderful with them; they know our pups personalities and take good care of them. One of my pups has been sick and they went over and beyond to locate good vet techs for us. Also reasonably priced and great outdoorsy set-up in a lovely backyard! We drive over an hour to board our pups here!
We have been bringing our Frenchie to this loving family for our boarding needs for a few visits now, and without fuss arrives happy she leaves happy and cared for as if she was home playing with us.. this entire family of staff are respectful to her needs and the care and love of all the fur babies who attend. This place is the best. Been boarding our dogs here for 5+ years. The secret is out now and everyone goes here. They take care of your dogs like they are their own. I cannot recommend Hilltop enough. We are lucky to have such a great place so close to us!
We have 4 dogs and recently have boarded them at Hilltop several times. My dogs seem to love the place! They get plenty of exercise which is much needed for my dogs.
Years ago when my Lab Leo was a pup and I was looking for a good place to board him I walked into hilltop kennels unannounced. I was shown around by a nice man (I think the owner). It was spotless and the dogs there were all wagging their tails. A man was playing with a Great Dane and that dog was having the time of his life! I have used Hilltop since 2005 and would never use another place. These people CARE about your fur babies as if they were their own. The owners live on site and provide the very best care anyone could ever hope for! Trustworthy, reasonably priced and safe!

I've been taking my lab here for years when I go on vacation. He always comes home happy and healthy! He's older now, and when he wasn't eating as well as usual, they softened his food for him which helped and I thought was going the extra mile. I love the way they take care of my dog and truly care. I especially love that he gets to play with other dogs here. It's just been a wonderful experience!
Unfortunately this place receives one star from me, but just because of the groomer who did a very poor job with my dog. I've never been so disappointed about his haircut until today. No offense, but you should change your groomer. One that actually knows how to trim. Other than that, everyone there is great and my dog was happy with the boarding. The first picture is the one I showed to the groomer, the only mention was a bit longer on the body part, and around his mouth, a bit shorter, but round. It turns out, now I have a mouse instead of a dog. With the comment that his front legs weren't even trimmed and I had to go back from my car and ask her to do it again.
Cheddar loves Our Dog House! He gets so excited whenever we pull up. It’s clean, everyone who works there is friendly, they let you buy doggy day care 1/2 days in bulk, they keep your card on file for easy check-outs, they are flexible about pick up times, and they do grooming and boarding! We love Our Dog House!
we love them!! Finn was scared to play and interact with others dogs and his personality has come through so much with just daycare once a week. Finn TUGS to go inside and excited cries when we pull into the parking lot! plus he is tired for the whole next day which is a plus

First time using Our Dog House. Staff was caring and communicated well. Great location and hours of operation made it easy for drop-off and pick-up. Our Pup Tate came back looking healthy and happy. Will definitely use them again!

Our dog Rowdy loves going to Wag Shack. We think the world of the staff, they are kind, helpful and they get to know all of the dogs. We have used their Playcare, Sleepover and “Spaw” services multiple times with success. Recently, Rowdy stayed overnight for the Fourth of July. The team listened to all of our concerns about fireworks and talked to us about their care plan in-depth. We appreciate Wag Shack and recommend!
AMAZING! I really can't say enough to express how incredible it is here - my dog absolutely loves it regardless if it's for overnight boarding or just to go play for a few hours! The staff is really attentive here and you can tell they really put your pup first. A few of the things I love is that they don't separate based on size, but instead separate based off temperament, which is really neat. Another thing is the report card feature which allows you to get pic of your pup everyday while they're there (a couple of these pics attached) and that's such a peace of mind while traveling that you get these check-in's pics! I've used their "Spaw" service of giving him a nail trim before and I've got to say they do such a great job, seriously, best nail trim he's ever had! If you're considering this place for your pup I cannot recommend it enough.
I've done both doggy daycare and boarding and my dogs love it. They come home exhausted and are always so happy to arrive.

I couldn’t love The Wag Shack and Grace (and all the staff) more!! They took my sweet 5 m/o Dalmatian who had terrible separation anxiety and helped her blossom! She absolutely loves coming to play. Wow!! Wow!! Grace and her staff were amazing!! From the beginning to the end of there stay!! Milo and Cooper had so much fun! Every picture of Milo and Coop they were smiling!! I can't sing The Wag Shack enough praise - I've tried. I've written ballads, arias, concept albums. 5 Stars is not enough to make a constellation of my love for this place! And, Casanova - my pooch - loves it even more than I do. My wife and I have used The Wag Shack for many one-day (not-overnight) stays for Nova when we have a busy week and can't give him good long walks. We've used the grooming services and he's always come back smelling great and brushed (and when he's blowing his coat out they do an awesome job of getting as much of the undercoat out as possible). And, we've of course used The Wag Shack for boarding several times. The longest stint was 8 days and 7 nights while we were on vacation. Here are some things we love about this place: Play Test Before Nova was allowed to stay at The Wag Shack they made sure that he wasn't aggressive towards other dogs and could play well with different sizes and personalities. Knowing that every dog at TWS goes through the same processes is a good deal for everyone. Play Time The dogs are running around out of a kennel while they're staffed - with a 1 hour "nap time" in the middle of the day from what I understand. So they get a full day of playing and socializing before being put to bed at the end of the night. They do some serious playing because - without fail - Nova is dead asleep in the car on the way home. And, on the way to TWS he recognizes the entrance and gets super excited. He pulls so hard toward the door every time we arrive. "Report Cards" Every day The Wag Shack sends pictures of your dog playing so you know they're having a good time, happy, and healthy. I don't have to guess when my wife asks "Do you think he misses us?" Because I know for a fact he doesn't miss us at all because he's having the time of his life. Staff The staff are so obviously happy to be working with dogs, and Nova loves them. We value all of their feedback and are happy to hear that Nova is getting much better at socializing (he was not well socialized before so didn't know how to interact with playing dogs. There was a lot of confused standing...). His dog and people friends at TWS have made him a much more social fellow! Thank you to everyone at The Wag Shack. Y'all are awesome! We boarded our 3 dogs at The Wag Shack and had the best experience with them. The people are so friendly and are really knowledgable about dogs. Everyday they send out a "report card" with pics of your pups throughout the day, which made being out of town much less stressful knowing they are happy and in good hands. The pricing is fantastic as well, especially having 3 dogs, they are the most reasonably priced I have found in the area. This is definitely our new spot for daycare/boarding!! :)
Our dog is shy around strangers and hates being brushed, thus had never been fully groomed. The team at Canine courtyard has always been welcoming, attentive and caring. They were able to fully groom our fur child and we are thrilled with the results! He left so happy from his visit!! Here’s before and after!
My dogs absolutely love staying here. We’ve used their daycare, grooming, and boarding services and they come home happy and healthy every time. I wouldn’t trust their care in anyone else’s hands! Sarah, the manager, always makes sure we’re taken care of and sends pictures to help ease our anxiety
I was so impressed with them! We left our 4 month old puppy here for a few days while we had to travel and I was so nervous since he’s so young and hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs. They helped ease my mind with daily photos and updates and I actually noticed my puppy is now more comfortable and playful around other dogs. Plus having his groomed prior to pick up was so convenient. Can’t say enough good things about this facility!

I was going out of town for a family gathering. My husband has advanced cancer and does not travel anymore. He and Peanut always hangout when I need to visit family. This time his pain was getting worse and he had a hard time walking Peanut. I was so stressed out as to what to do with our little guy. I researched many options and interviewed even more pet care people. My husband was doing research for a book he was writing years ago and spent a few days at K9 Courtyard. He was so impressed with them he said that will be the perfect place for our Peanut. I was skeptical that anyone can take better care for our Peanut better the us. The day I dropped Peanut off. I was in tears. How am I going to leave him for almost 2 week?? When I dropped him off the young lady at the desk told me I can call anytime and check on him. She also offered an additional service that they to have pictures and updates sent to me. I added the Puppy Postcards. The first two days I still called and checked in. After that I saw how much fun he was having and how much love he was he getting I was so happy. The rest of my visit with my family was wonderful because I didn’t have to worry about Peanut. The day I picked him up. He had a bath and a cute scarf tied around his neck. So Handsome! I could see how happy he was and we’ll taken care of he was. My husband and I are both very thankful we now have a great place to board Peanut! I might have bring him be just for some fun time with all caring folks that took care of him. Our two pups love going here. Have been multiple times and already have another reservation for them to go when we take our family vacation in a couple weeks. They always come home happy and a little tired from activity. Grooming services have always been excellent as well and we have Great Pyrenees so it isn't an easy job. One has gone previously just for doggy day care a couple of times and she loved that as well.
Staff went way beyond to make sure my elderly dog was eating. Called me when they had a concern about another dog. We have boarded our 4 dogs here many times and they have always cared and treated them like family. No need to worry about the kiddos as they are treated with love and care. Luv it here @ Flower Mound ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ***June 2023***Update*** Our 13 year elderly dog cannot walk or see. For 6 days they treated him like a king!! So happy with their service. Will never go anywhere else!! Thank You!!
I take my dogs here all the time and they absolutely love it. The employees treat my dogs as their own. Management is always amazing communicating any thing that might come up. I always trust the canine courtyard staff to be a second family to my pets.
Zero stars! They lost our pet's rabies vac paperwork. Our dog was not groom properly. We paid for cut and it look like he was not even touched. Gave them a 2nd chance and same terrible service. Edit: after this review we received a call and they went above and beyond to make it right. We took are dog in for a cut and they did a wonderful job. The do listen and read their reviews. We will continue to take our dog there.
Staff is amazing!! My new rescue has severe separation anxiety and working in some daycare to help her overcome her fear has been so easy with Canine Courtyard! She loves going and thrives while she is there. We even had a successful overnight visit recently. I highly recommend.

Used pet pampering plus for watching multiple dogs. Mindy was great with all of them, even the 1 that felt she needed to protect her house and bark. She quickly warmed up to Mindy coming to take care of them. 1 dog has pills to take and Mindy made sure she received her pills and was doing good. She sent pictures everyday. Mindy is great!!
Mindy and team take great care of our kiddos (fish, cats, dogs), including the random foster dog we typically have. It's really awesome to let the doggies stay home rather than take them to boarding - they are happier and we are much happier to have them home when we return from a trip. PS - Mindy takes great pics of our pack and I love when we receive them!
Mindy and her husband are TOP NOTCH! We have 2 great danes and she loved them like her own. I think when we got home from vacation, our dogs were a little disappointed that we were back and it wasn't their new best friend Mindy to come play lol.
We love Mindy! Our pawrents were so unsure of leaving us 4 girls and little brother in the house all day while they were gone. They have always boarded us for peace of mind. I’ll admit we are a very rambunctious, excitable, but fun, nice, and I for one think we are very well behaved crew, even if mom calls me a brat all the time. See I’m a 3 year old Great Dane weighing 150, same as my 5 year old Dane sister. I’ve a 100lb Ridge mix, and 2 mix siblings, 45lbs. We think we are amazing to handle, we don’t see any issues. We can all hold it, and we don’t tear up too much stuff. Anyway, mom found Pet Pampering Plus and Mindy. Miss Mindy came to meet us, and she said “no problem” I’ll watch them! (see mom?). So off on vacation they went, and Miss Mindy came in every morning and evening, fed and watered us, let us all out to run and do our outside stuff. She took lots of pictures and videos of us all and sent to mommy everyday too! Mommy said she was so overjoyed and loved Miss Mindy, and that we would see her again. Mom and Dad travel a bit more now, 3 times so far this year! We love our mommy and daddy, but Miss Mindy is the next best person to have, when mommy needs a break from us?! (what does that even mean?) Oh and she even put flakes in this big glass of water with swimming things in it! Pet Pampering Plus has been taking care of my two boxer boys for over 7 years. Mindy and her husband Jerry own the company and they are both the most reliable, knowledgeable and passionate in the industry. They do daily visits/walks and occasional overnights when I’m out of town. It is such peace of mind, knowing my boys are well cared for in the comfort of their own home while I’m away. They also work with Eddie, who offers boarding at his home. My boys absolutely love all of them and I personally would not trust my boys to anyone else!
Mindy did a great job taking care of our cats! And there are alot of them since we are fosters!! All of the cats warmed up to her quickly. I love the daily pictures and updates.

From the initial meet and greet with the owner, Allison, and our sitter, Kelsey, everything is done with professionalism and love for our animals. Allison is extremely helpful and accommodating to finding the right sitter to match our pups. Kelsey cared greatly for Belle and Buster while we were gone and we came home to happy pups! She left us detailed journals of their time together, fed them, loved on them and made sure they were comfortable and safe (especially during the 4th of July fireworks). I was impressed that she even taught these old dogs some new tricks - working on some training techniques with them! I highly recommend and can’t wait for Kelsey to watch our pups again soon! It’s a great comfort to know they are in good hands while we are gone! Thankful for Fetch Pet Care!
Alison started taking care of our 4 pups about 6 months ago when we needed to travel out of state for a funeral. She came over more than once to get to know all of our dogs, and was Dillinger in getting to know the personality and specific needs and routine for each one as well for them as a pack. While we were gone, she communicated with us regularly, and we came home to very well cared for and happy dogs. We’ve used Alison over the time since then with the same reliable results. We couldn’t ask for better care for our pups when we travel, or even for a date night away for just the two of us. Alison just got to meet the newest addition to our family today and we are now up to 5!
Historically, we were using an overnight boarding facility but as the pups get older, we wanted to give in-home overnight sitting a try. Allison came over for a meet & greet and they both cuddled right up to her. It was so nice to be able to leave for our trip without having to take them and all their stuff to a boarder. Allison was awesome, providing daily photos & updates! We came home to 2 happy (stress-free) pups. Will be using Allison and Fetch for all future dog sitting needs!

She spends as much time outside letting the dogs run as weather permitting possible. She sends regular updates, pictures and journal entries. Very friendly service and Diana took very good care of our dogs. Initially I was uncomfortable with someone having access to my home but I was out of options due to kennel cough exposure keeping them out of boarding. After meeting with Diana I was more comfortable and the daily pictures and notes she sent made me happy to have chosen Fetch Pet Care. I will use them moving forward instead of boarding our puppies.
We needed last minute pet sitting for three dogs (one of which had been in hospital for a week). The sitters were all booked so Allison the owner, took care of our doggies despite a family emergency she had been up most of the night dealing with. We have never had anyone come to our home to pet sit and were a little nervous, but will never hesitate again to use Fetch. Allison went out of her way for us and our dogs and therefore we were able to be gone for 7 hours and enjoy a very special engagement party.

Hawk has been with us for 3 years and, like any self-respecting cat, he has made himself the center of our universe! Moving to a new city meant no more built-in cat sitter relatives living nearby, so we called Fetch. Fetch paired us up with Lauren and we were all very happy-- Hawk especially. She was thoroughly professional in all aspects of the arrangement. She arrived exactly when she said she would, she was thorough in reporting Hawk's status daily, she won him over immediately and she provided excellent care. We are at the point in life where we will be doing a lot of traveling and there is zero anxiety now that we know we can hire Lauren to look after Hawk. Fetch is an excellent Pet Sitting Service and I've already recommended them to several other people.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been bringing my dog here for like 2 years now, I know when I bring him here, he’s in good hands. I call the staff his step parents hahah. They are all friendly and very sweet. They treat the dogs so well and as if they’re their own. The facility itself is also very clean and nice! The grooming services, as well as additional packages you can add for play time for your pups, are great and convenient. Plus! I love the holiday pictures they do every year. Our fur baby knows when we turn on the street that she is going to Camp Bow Wow! She loves her DayPlay days! The staff is incredibly friendly. We use CBW for boarding as well. Highly recommend! Love that we can peak in on her with the in-suite cameras!
Our pup loves Camp Bow Wow! The staff are always excited to see her and know her by name when we come in. You can tell they really love dogs! They have such a great assortment of activities, and their groomers are also great! Highly recommend! You just have to reserve early for holidays - they are popular and book up fast! Staff are always so friendly and helpful and responsive!
Where to begin? The application process is easy, and your first visit is free. This is when you "interview" to see if your dog will feel comfortable there. When we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff that knew our dog's name as soon as we walked in the door. The staff explained every step of the process and then sat us down in front of the camera monitors to watch our dog. They were wonderful with him. When we picked him up, they already knew us and immediately went back to get him. We are able to watch him the whole time he is at camp via the app on our phone. We can also schedule services and view their monthly calendar. Everything is clean and organized at Camp Bow Wow as well. We love it!
The most important thing to me is how much my dog gets excited to walk through the doors. That says everything about the staff and the experience. I appreciate how positive and helpful the front desk almost always is. Great place and I trust them with my babies completely (and have since the days they opened!)
My dog Nala, loves Camp Bow Wow. She is always excited to go. The staff is kind and caring, communication is excellent and it is obvious how much they all love dogs! We use CBW for 1/2 or full day Daycare and have used for boarding as well! Highly recommend!
CBW Flower Mound is a wonderful place to take your dog. Everyone is so friendly, loving, and kind. The time they take with the photos is remarkable! We love bringing our dogs to CBW. Hats off to all who own, run and work there.
I love this place and my dog does too. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. One of the few places that will keep your bully breed and that made me happy even though I don't have one.
DO NOT bother if you have a puppy NOT a puppy friendly group! Went for interview and was told that they cannot have eaten 90 minutes before when I said no one mentioned when we scheduled was told “it has NEVER been an issue before” Like I was the first idiot. They offered to place her in isolation for an hour I asked if I could just bring her back in an hour they said no due to scheduling! Seriously?
Declined a 4 month puppy because she as drooling in a corner and shy (first interview visit understandable); however, they continue to decline her over this 2 years later after she has been going to the Coppell location for 2 years with no issues. I was told when I requested to reinterview today that they won’t re-interview her now because I left a negative review after this incident because I did not feel that they handled the interview with her well or similar to other locations (we have been to locations in coppell, DFW airport and San Antonio with no issues). So I will continue to drive to Coppell instead as they appear to be more customer and dog focused and remember me and my first dog after 2 years when we temporarily switched to Flowermound after relocating. The manager (one of them, as the other is quite friendly) is rude and never remembered mine or my dogs name even after going here for a year once a week indicating they don’t tally care about their client base. I was also informed when I inquired about franchising a location in the Northlake/Keller area that they own this area as well in case any additional ones pop up in the location.
We were able to be seen for an evaluation once we registered online and provided proof of immunizations. Once our dogs passed the evaluation, I was able to book a reservation for boarding. Our boarding experience was great. We received a photo "report card" for our dogs each day while they were in their care. It was SO nice to get that and see that they were doing well. They slept HARD for a few days once they were back home. Communication was swift and it was so appreciated. Definitely plan to use Swisher Dog Care for future boarding needs.
I can drop my dogs here and have peace of mind that they will be well taken care of. Love that we get pictures of the dogs every day while we're gone!
My dog loves going to Swisher dog care to see his friends. He always looks so happy in his report card photos! He’s been coming here for almost a year for training, boarding, grooming and daycare. I trust the people who care for him at this facility and I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else!
I've been taking my dog here for two years now. Ryan on staff is the best! He really listened to us advocate for our fearful dog. We've been training her for over a year in order to build up her confidence. She's improving but still needs extra care and structure. Ryan told us he would make sure she was only socialized with dogs of complimentary temperaments. She was able to play and enjoy herself. It's such a peace of mind knowing we have a safe place for her to stay when we have to go away and can't bring her with us. Thank you Swisher and Ryan!
Cried the first time I left my puppy but received photos of him which made my day! (Crazy dog mom here lol). Staff is always super kind and helpful, and they have always been available when I need boarding!
Responsive customer service and good value. Seems to be a good facility to leave your pets. My dogs aren’t injured or dead when I’m picking them up so I take it as a good sign that they have a good business. They send pics once a day and my dogs seem to be happy. However, we’re unable to talk to pets so really have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.
Brought our dog for grooming and it perfectly met our expectations. In and out when they said she would be, clear communication, great experience.
These two boys love Swisher Dog Care! As soon as we drive up in the morning it is "game-on" and they are so excited! The picture is them after they get home :) There is nothing better than knowing your kids are well taken care of, get to enjoy a day with their friends, and that they will be safe and well cared for until you pick them up. I want to give a shoutout to Sherly and Karen for taking the time to love on my dog. He is going through health issues and they have been awesome and it has relieved so much stress on my family. They take great care of him and make him feel special. Sherly even made him birthday treats and set up a little birthday party for him. Thank you ladies!
I’ve left my Maltipoo here a few times and never had any issues. My dog has severe separation anxiety but he’s kept pretty busy when he’s at Swisher. I can call 20 times to check on him and the staff never gets annoyed. They’re friendly and very accommodating. I do wish they had cameras so we can see our babies having fun but overall great experience and I will be bringing Royce back soon for some doggie playtime!
We have boarded here multiple times over the last couple years and never really had an issue until this last extended stay. Our dogs were there for a little over a month. When picked up they were very dirty and smelled but didn’t have a reason to really look them over too much so I just took them home. Upon washing them I could see and feel they had lost a lot of weight, and had open wounds on their body. When I washed them the dried blood came off the spots and they bled a lot. Reached out to the owners about the situation but they just denied that they ever mixed them with other dogs and that they never saw any sores or wounds. Also stated that our larger dog would bully the smaller one not letting him eat, which she has never done. But even if that was the case she would be good on weight but she was skinny and malnourished as well. They only accept cash or check and now I see why. There is no way to dispute once paid. I will be reporting to the spca, bbb, and anywhere else. Please beware when boarding your puppies.
Cannot really provide a proper view, because I decided not to board my guy there. Your pet will only get 15 minutes of rest time or else it's in the kennel outside and inside. Not much area. Very cost effective though. And my stay was going to be over a month so couldn't do that to my guy
Our dogs love going to Canine Country Inn. We have been taking them there for over a year now and they always get so excited to see Bob. He does a great job with communicating with us during the process of booking and dropping off/picking up. Our dogs always come home happy and healthy.
We love bringing our dog here. The owner is awesome!! When we drop off our dog he runs straight to the owner knowing he is going to have good time. When we pick him up never had an issue.
Our dog was with them for a short stay just the weekend and came home with HORRIBLE case of Kennel Cough and a 10 day bout of a nasty viral GI infection. Bloody Diarrhea uncontrollable. After treatment vets medication and lots of money I will never take my dog here again.
Great place to board. My shibas are always in good spirit when I pick them up and they have large kennel spaces. Great owner that has seem to already bond with my shibas.
Our dog was boarded for a month and upon pick up had lost 30 Ibs and shredded his bed to bits. He isn’t a shredder, has never ripped any item before, and isn’t one to say no to food. He was also fatigued and just wanted to lie down the entire day. He was taken to the vet and the vet noted our pup seemed like a different dog who isn’t his happy self. Our vet said that it was likely no attention was paid to him and he was neglected. 30 Ibs in a month is a lot of weight to lose. What’s more concerning is at no point during check ins were we informed that he wasn’t doing well, he wasn’t eating and that he was so stressed he had ripped his bed. It was always he’s doing well but clearly he wasn’t.
These two put themselves to bed after our Christmas weekend excitement! They had a great time at Canine Country Inn, and I had no worries with my two best friends stay. Bob took note of my boys hotspots, and kept an extra watch to make sure he wasn’t messing with it, and kept an eye on my girl who had never been boarded before. Can’t thank Canine Country Inn enough for for the best care of my best pups!
We have used Canine Country Inn for years now. The kennels are clean and have both an outdoor space as well as climate controlled indoor space. The staff is amazing! We would recommend Canine County Inn to anyone! Five stars!
We LOVE Canine Country Inn. We have been using them for our dogs for 13 years now. It’s family owned and the owner lives on property. He has always taken great care of us and our dogs. We have never had any real issues with our dogs staying here. It’s affordable and dependable.
Ashlee and her husband are both great people who obviously love animals. This past week was the first time we had them care for our 3 pups and they are happy and healthy, they even smell good still after 5 days. :) We will definitely use them whenever we need our fur babies cared for. Prices are very reasonable as well! Highly recommended!
