Carla is dependable, very pleasant and great with our 2 dogs. The house, especially kitchen, was not as clean as we left it.
Hailee and Chris were very conscientious and reliable in their pet and house sitting. Both of our cats were well cared for, and there were no issues with the twice daily Vetsulin injections for Ziggy. Hailee kept us informed and sent pictures of the cats. The house was clean when we returned from our trip. Would be happy to have them take care of our home and cats in the future.
It's was our first time with zeewoi. We can honestly say it was a very positive experience! When we first connected with Lisa and Diego we had a good and trusted feeling that it would be a good fit for us to overturn our home and beloved lil Miniature Schnauzers to this lovely couple. The timing was perfect for Lisa & Diego came 2 days prior our departure. It gave us time to get acquainted, have dinner together and share some personals. We have prepared a list of contacts and phone numbers for them (our Vet, son, Internet provider as well as close friends) in case they'd need assistance which they never needed. Also introduced them to neighbors We took the opportunity to show them around town, where the stores and restaurant are. While being abroad, we never felt to have to worry, the communication was excellent, they always stayed in contact and informed us about incoming mail and told us how good and easy our dogs are. Neighbors told us how nice this couple was and how they always walked our dogs. Upon our return we were not even able to detect that anybody was living in our home. Everything was spotless and clean. We can only give our highest recommendation for Lisa and Diego. A very responsible couple ! We wish them all the best of luck for their future and hope, we will see them again whether through zeewoi or otherwise. Thanks so much Lisa, thanks so much Diego. We miss you already.
