Debbie and Wayne are amazing hosts, very gracious, and incredibly kind people! Debbie is an excellent cook, and they welcomed me with a lovely dinner and plenty of details about Rosie's care, the neighborhood, things to see and places to go while I was there! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable - filled with the character of an older building, but the comfort of a newly-renovated home! The location is fabulous with gorgeous views of Lake Michigan and a quick, easy bus ride to downtown Chicago and the trains from there! Rosie is a very sweet, one-of-a-kind dog who was open to snuggling whenever I was available, but was also happy to be on her own if I was busy. She has the sweetest disposition and demeanor and was incredibly easy to care for, even making her potty outings as quick as possible in the freezing weather!! I highly recommend sitting for this wonderful family if you can, and I will hope to return (if asked) sometime in the future!
