It was an amazing experience sitting for Christine! She’s an awesome host & human. The communication couldn’t have been better, the instructions were clear & detailed, the sit was smooth sailing all around. Stormy & Juniper are the cutest little pair and were super cuddly throughout my stay- it took no time for them to warm up to me, often staying by my side for snuggles or greeting me at the door each time I walked in. The house itself is a dream with serene views of the hills in San Anselmo and tons of natural light. It was a true retreat and I can’t wait to come back ♥️
What an amazing time I had looking after Indie and Liz's beautiful Victorian home! Indie was super easy to look after and a very independent gal! She always comes to look for you when hungry and purs, or throws herself on her back when in need of love and affection. Loved every moment spent with her. Liz has a very welcoming soul and we'll be friends long after this is concluded; she looks after you and pretty much spoils you to be honest; being generous with her food, space and anything that can assist in making your stay more comfortable. She made me feel super welcomed and we even chatted for more than an hour on our initial video call (great chemistry!) The home is centrally located and you close to everything; literally 5 mins walk away from all that the area has to offer. It felt safe and the area has unique features that you will come to love if you get to stay for a while. All cooking utensils were available in great condition, wifi super quick and bed comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend sitting Indie at Liz's home. Thank you for having me Liz and may we meet again in future :)
Georgia & Jonathan are very gracious hosts. Their kitten Weegee is so sweet and extremely active. She loves to chase string and cuddle. We enjoyed watching Netflix together ☺️ There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, as well as places to walk and hike if you're interested in getting outside. Georgia is a great communicator & I had a lovely time sitting for them. Definitely recommend this opportunity if you're looking to see what Portland is all about! If you're staying local (and don't have a car), Uber/Lyft work perfectly. There are also scooters!
I had a wonderful time at Steve and Kelly’s beautiful home in Kensington! I arrived to a sweet welcome gift along with a note and a few other special touches. They really made me feel welcome. Also, the house was spotless and had a nice view! Sweet Clementine is a joy to care for. She enjoys her cuddles here and there, but isn’t clingy. She spends a lot of time in the garden enjoying the beautiful Northern California weather and is fun to play with as well. Kelly was easy to communicate with, left good notes and instructions and was great to work with. I would be more than happy to sit for her again in the future!
We had an incredible time looking after Rosie in Kaitlin & Andrew’s beautiful home. Rose was well-behaved and very sweet, always happy to receive cuddles, go for walks, and play with her ball and toys. The house was extremely clean on our arrival and we were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. There are amazing paths through the jungle that lead down to the river, which we were able to swim in almost every day – a very special experience. Thank you both for everything, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to come back again soon!
We spent a wonderful 10 days in Chrissy and Patrick’s lovely villa, overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps- a breathtaking view! The house was warm, clean, and welcoming- perfect for our family holiday. Anything you need is only 5 minutes away by car, which makes this sit very convenient when traveling with children. Chrissy was a delightful host, who provided us with thorough instructions prior to our arrival so that we knew what exactly what was ahead. She was very helpful and responsive throughout the sit, and always very friendly. The real show stopper was their adorable dog Cutie, who we all grew very attached to during our stay. He is a fantastic dog. He is probably the sweetest and most easy-going dog we’ve ever had the pleasure to take care of. He is cuddly, affectionate, gentle, and overall just a darling personality. We already miss him, and would be thrilled to return anytime. If you have the opportunity to sit here, you’re very lucky. Definitely a 5-star sit, highly recommend!
