Our dogs were so happy and relaxed when we got home. We kind of got the feeling they didn't want Ashlyn to leave. She also took good care of our home and even watered the plants.
We loved having Guadalupe watch our cat! We were very fortunate to find Guadalupe at short notice. She was very responsive to all forms of communication both before and during the stay. It was easy to talk to her on the initial video visit, and we were able to chat by text as anything arose while we were away. She took great care of the home and I felt she went above and beyond what I would have expected in terms of cleaning up before departure. We felt very pleased when we returned home from our trip and walked into the home. Our cat was well cared for. Guadalupe was also able to cope easily with unforeseen minor problems with our home, particularly a few power outages due to PG&E electrical work. We were able to have the neighbor come and hook up a generator during the outage, and my husband was able to walk through with Guadalupe how to flip the breaker so the fridge would turn back on after the outage was over. She was very calm and quick to correspond, which was really helpful. We felt bad there were some outages, but Guadalupe handled it very well. We were happy that she didn't hesitate to contact us when she had a question, which was only once during the stay. She also sent a text picture of our happy cat getting a pet, which was sweet because we know our cat is shy to strangers. Thangs again!
It was wonderful having Tayler come stay with Cinza! She was always prompt in responding to messages, which gives us great comfort with our sitters. The apartment was immaculate upon our return - probably the cleanest we've ever come back to it! We would gladly have her back. It was an immense comfort knowing our fur-baby had company while we were away and everything was well cared for. Thank you again, Tayler!
