We had a great time in Annecy with Zabava, Anushka, and Pippin! Kathleen was excellent to communicate with before, during, and after the sit. We also had a great time chatting the night before she left. The house is really beautiful, and the guest room downstairs is ideal. It was nice and cool and extremely quiet at night. The kitties are super quiet, easy, and fluffy sweethearts who were just a joy to be around. Their routine is very easy to accommodate, and Kathleen left detailed information for us. After a couple of wary days, all 3 cats really warmed up to us, allowing lots of pets and head rubs and playing with their toys. Kathleen did tell us that they would shed quite of a bit of their luxurious fur each day, but it wasn’t a downside for us, considering how lovely their company is! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the conservatory with the rain drumming on the roof windows and the kitties snoozing nearby. On fine days, it was a pleasure to walk the easy 25 minutes into Annecy Old Town. The lake itself is spectacular, and we definitely plan to be back so we can do more exploring. We’re so grateful that Kathleen chose us to sit with her magnificent kitties, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat!
We had a great stay with Maverick and Hokie! When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was beautiful with incredible views and so many fun activities going on nearby on the island. We arrived a day early so Mike and Ginny could show us around the house and familiarize us with the cat's routines. They gave us fun recommendations for places to go and things to see. The cats were so friendly and we had a lot of fun playing with them. I will miss them and would love to come back to visit sometime!
I had a wonderful time with Dexter in the house. The house is beautiful and really quiet, you have a lot of space and a big garden. The neighbors are lovely and made me feel welcome and at home. Dexter is a great dog, he loves cuddles and has a lot of energy. He is really easy going, happy if I was around but it was also possible to leave him during the day as he can be outside on his own. There is all you need in town (groceries, bakery, pharmacy, chipper, pub) and a bus which goes to Ennis and Limerick. The communication with Ina was very uncomplicated and she made sure I enjoyed my time in Ireland. Really grateful for this experience and I will definitely come back! Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful housesit experience! Mia Tortilla, the dog, stole our hearts with her adorable nature. Taking her on walks was a joy, though we had to be vigilant about street snacks. Managing her dislike for other dogs was a breeze with a bit of distraction. The house itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and conveniently located for both Manhattan access and local amenities. Communication with Chrystal and Justin was seamless. Overall, a delightful housesit, and we highly recommend them.
