I have used Bel to cat sit a couple of times now and she is always so attentive to my cat. I trust Bel to keep me updated and provide quality care.
Bel at Wofles has cared for our cat Max for extended periods. Max loves her! Max had a minor health issue that Bel noticed right away, communicated with us and we were able to address quickly. They go above and beyond.
We just started working with Bel earlier this year when our regular family member cat sitter was not available, and man do we wish we knew about Bel sooner! She is incredibly professional, came to our houses before we left to meet our cat, to hear about how we care for him, and to plan for getting in and out of our house while we're gone. While we're away, she sends updates with photos and videos every time she stops by. We feel so much better about leaving our cat knowing that Bel will be stopping by and spending a lot of intentional time with him. It's so clear that Bel just loves animals! Plus, Bel has been willing to pick up our mail- which is so helpful! Scheduling and communication are both super easy through the app. Highly recommend working with Bel. :)
I have been using Woofles pet care for my cats since 2022. Bel and her team are amazing! They are reliable, professional, trustworthy, and caring. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to care of our kitties and I love the updates with pictures. I would highly recommend!
Bel has been doing drop-in visits for our 2 cats since Dec 2022 and I can't recommend her enough! She's everything you want in a pet sitter: reliable, great with communication, sends a delightful update after each visit with plenty of photos, and - most importantly - our cats feel totally comfortable with her.
I am very happy with Woofles Pet Care as my cat sitter. Bel is completely dependable, and I can tell from the photos she sends that my cats are at ease with her. It gives me a lot of peace of mind when I am out of town.
Bel has been a very reliable and caring sitter for my cat for a year now. I love the serious experience and focus on cats, and a bonus is that my indoor plants always look better than usual after Bel has been around!
Bel takes such great care of my two cats when I go out of town! I was nervous to leave them in the care of a non-family member for the first time but Bel took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about it. The daily photos and consistent updates she sends while I’m gone make me feel very reassured that everything is going well at home. One of my cats can be a bit temperamental and she handles him very professionally which I very much appreciate. I’d recommend Woofles Pet Care to anyone. Thanks so much Bel!
Bel has been our go-to cat sitter for the last 2 years and would recommend her to anyone! I trust her not only with our pet but with our home. She's mindful of the mail, temperature of the home, and following all the notes I've left. The app she uses for daily pet updates is often the highlight of our days while we're away- we love her photos and updates!
I'm pretty picky when it comes to who watches my dogs, especially since I prefer to have them stay in my home. Bel with Woofles has done such a great job for us. I can't stress how wonderful it feels to leave my fur kiddos for a few nights, knowing I have nothing to worry about and that I will have a stress-free time away. Bel is great with providing updates during her stay. She also had her hands full taking care of our senior dog Darla who didn't have full use of her back legs. She did a wonderful job and didn't hesitate to reach out when she had questions. I almost didn't want to leave a review because I don't want her to get too busy...I'd like to keep her all to myself. HA!!! Would absolutely recommend Woofles 10X over to care for your pets. :)
Penny is VERY good at what she does.
Thank you for your review.
We have 2 dogs and family who live out of state. Finding Kiara has been a godsend! Close to where we live in NE, amazing with animals and a pleasure to work with all around. Highly recommend.
Kiara has been caring for our yellow lab since he was a puppy (and he’s 7 now), both for walks 4-5 times a week, and pet sitting about 8 times a year. She’s communicative, caring, convenient! (The drop off and pick up is huge for us, since we have 3 small kids). Can’t recommend her enough!!
Love this place! Best pet sitting experiecne ever!
My fur baby and I absolutely love Paws Massage and Pet Sitting! Never have to worry that my dog is being taken well care of and he LOVES his overnight stays with the other dogs. Highly recommend!!!
Teddie loves his walks with Kiara & Melissa--I would highly recommend Paws Massage and Pet Sitting!
Kiara is a angel I think she may be st Francis
I cant say enough good things about this service. Excellent care!
Still feeling this one out
Thanks Joe!!
I couldn't be happier with my experience at Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding! Sami is fantastic—she truly understands the unique needs of my two Labrador Retrievers. The spacious yard provides plenty of room for them to run and play, and Sami ensures they get ample exercise every day. What stands out the most is the personal connection she builds with each dog. Her extensive knowledge of different breeds and their individual temperaments shines through in the care she provides. It gives me peace of mind to travel knowing my pets are in such capable hands. I highly recommend Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding—it's the best option in the Twin Cities, hands down!
We would highly recommend Sami and her business for the compassionate, loving care she gives all of her furry buddies. She has been a godsend to us taking care of Josie - so patient, fun and caring. I would recommend her highly without reservation.
Sami is amazing!!! She always gives us updates of her walks with Tilly and has even accommodated some last minute walk requests. She always communicates in advance and has been a huge help while our work schedules change. Tilly looks forward to any time Sami is around!
Sami is wonderful with pets. Our two dogs love her. We worked with her for years while she did dog walking. Our two goofy pups would get so excited when they heard her car door. They bark at everyone else. 😆 …
Sami has been excellent walking my girls when needing her services. They get so excited when they see her and good and tired when they return. She has been really accommodating and always upbeat and friendly. My friends have seen her walking them and comment how great they are behaving with her. I recommend her services.
I am so happy I found Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding!!! Sami (the owner) understands the specific needs of my Greyhound Waffles! She has a spacious yard for him to run, in the winter she makes sure Waffles gets his energy out, but also makes sure he is bundled so he doesn't get too cold! You can tell that she makes a personal connection with each dog she cares for, and has a vast knowledge of Dog breeds, demeanor, and individual pet needs! We are able to travel internationally knowing our waffles is well cared for. I would give a million stars if I could!!!
Sami is friendly and a good communicator! I used to have seahorses beside a dog. And seahorses require specific care. She followed detailed instructions very well and took good care of the fish and the tank. She respects my property and was flexible about schedule, too. Really appreciated the pictures and updates she’d post of my fish while I was away, too!
Sami did a great job with our small dog! We could tell she really cares about animals and that comes through in her interactions with them. Would definitely recommend to others looking for care for their pet!
I used Twin Citied Boarding for an overnight with my young puppy, and he had a blast. Sami was so good with him and knew how to handle and understand his anxious natue. It made me feel so good to have someone I trusted look after him. She offered him walks and a trip to the beach during his stay as well, which he loved. I would highly recommend her services to others!
I have two cats who strongly dislike the vet or being away from home. Sami has fed them whenever I’m out of town, and I love the reassurance of the photos and their report cards. I’ve recommended her to friends who also trust Sami with their pets when they’re traveling. Thanks, Sami!
I would highly recommend Red Rover pet care! Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and I felt really comfortable like my dog was in great hands.
❤️🐶 …
Rachel has been amazing! We have two dogs, one with special needs and one who is a rescue and usually nervous with new people. They both loved Rachel and her two pups right away at the meet and greet, and it’s been amazing to be able to leave them without worry. Rachel sends us updates about the dogs when she stays, which we appreciate, and communication to set up each visit has been super smooth. When we get home, we can tell they’ve been well loved. We can’t recommend Rachel enough!
I was going to apply for a position here because I absolutely love dogs. After seeing the owner’s response to clients, I never want to work here and I hope nobody takes their dogs here either. What a repulsive, self-serving attitude towards dog injuries! Completely flippant and blames the client! I’ve never even been here but I am thoroughly disgusted.
Dirty, no freshwater and insecure gates. Never take my dog there. O"m former employee si know what I'm talking about
Our dog was bitten by another dog while under the care of St. Paws in January 2023. The St. Paw's owner assured us they would facilitate our veterinary costs being reimbursed by the other dog owner. We have not been reimbursed for a single penny of the over $1,000 of vet bills that we incurred caring for our dog after the bite incident and our requests for updates or additional information about being reimbursed have been ignored despite multiple attempts. Do NOT board your dogs here. EDIT: To reiterate - We were told St. Paws would FACILITATE the reimbursement from the owner of the dog who was responsible for the bite and all we needed to do was send copies of our receipts (which we did). We are aware we signed the client agreement. If St. Paws is unable to facilitate the reimbursement, they should have told us upfront that they are unable to collect from the other dog's owner and provide the appropriate details such as contact information so that we could request the reimbursement ourselves. Instead it is almost a year later and the only response we have received is that they are "sorry to hear we didn't read their client agreement".
This was our 3rd or 4th stay here, and had had no issues previously. But now, I will not be taking my dog here again. My dog came home with a scratch on his nose, and his butt covered in poop. He did not sleep well apparently, as he passed out in the car and has done nothing but sleep since he came home. On previous visits, I had received report cards daily on how he was doing, with pictures. The past two times, I’ve only received an update at checkout. Not sure if that is a tactic to keep new customers or if they have been short staffed, but either way the lack of updates is another red flag.
Update: New owners have driven the quality down. DO NOT GO! First incident, I show up at 8am (they open at 7:30) and the owner was not there to open the door. I waited with a staff member for 45 mins. Second incident, They lost both my dogs tags and tried to charge me twice for daycare. No apology or explanation Third incident, I was excited to see they had reasonably priced dog grooming, and I decided to give them another shot. After 2 hours, I get a call that all the groomers have decided to quit. Staff made it right with a free bath, free ear cleaning, and didn't charge me for the time spent there. Staff is great! Management is terrible Original review (5 stars): My dog loves it here. Staff is friendly, and I love that you get a report card during the day. The prices are very reasonable. I take my dog once a week, and he comes home very sleepy.
I've been using this daycare for about a year with no issues, I was a very happy customer but I will not be returning. Last week when I picked her up she had a puncture on her nose, which is now swollen, and a scratch under her chin that were not there when I dropped her off. I was told the dogs 'played too rough' Update: I appreciate the prompt, very professional response 3 years after the fact, and blaming me for your inattentiveness I read just fine, a puncture is not a ding. I might add every time I picked up my dog, staff were on their phones which may explain dogs being injured. Thanks so much for your response!
This was our fourth time using St. Paws to board our dog when traveling out of state and we have had positive experiences in the past. We got used to getting daily report cards and pictures which helped ease the fact that we were so far away. Unfortunately, this time, we only received a couple updates and one picture in the 6 days he was boarded which caused some stress on our end. I understand being short staffed (unsure if they were, just guessing) etc. but was disappointed that the service was not what it has been in the past. I did call when we hadn’t received a report card in almost 48 hours since we had dropped our dog off and was told it would be coming. Better communication from St. Paws about how often to expect updates is needed.
I love St. Paws so much! My puppy had the best day there. It was his first time around a large group of dogs and I was worried about how he would do but Phoenix and all of the staff were soooooo caring and kind and gave him some personal attention to help him (and me tbh) feel better! I felt so great leaving him there and could tell he had such a wonderful day when I picked him up. The report card is so sweet and I love seeing how he did that day. He is going back tomorrow! So glad I found this place.
Caring, accomodating staff that we quickly trusted with boarding our black lab. They have a small facility but the dogs get exercise and playtime daily. The nightly cost is reasonable and they were understanding and accepting when we wanted to pick our dog up a day early because our travel plans changed due to weather. We'll definitely be repeat customers!
My dog Clara loves coming here. Always excited. They are caring and give report cards in your email during the day. Prices are great too. They evaluate your dig before the first session to see what group they should be put with, or if your dog is to aggressive to be there.
The only company I would ever wholeheartedly without question trust with this handsome devil right here. I can't possibly recommend Red Rover Pet Care enough and frequently do so with all of my personal clients. They go well out of their way to make sure that your pets are shown just as much love as you yourself would give them.
We love Rose and the Red Rover Pet Care Team! We have an aggressive dog, and Rose is wonderful with her. She trains her team to work with our dog as well. I could not recommend Red Rover Pet Care more. Reliable, Kind, Affordable, and Personalized care.
Don’t even know where to begin complimenting Rose and her incredible team! Professional, communicate, and do what they say they are going to do. Most importantly they are so great with my dog. Possibly too great. Getting the sneaking suspension my dog prefers them to me 😃. …
Rose and her whole team are outstanding! They've walked my dog, petsit my entire pet family (dog and two cats), and provided amazing care during difficult situations while I was out of town. Rose is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what's up with your pet and what she can do about it if there is a problem, and my dog (who can be picky about people) loves going on walks with everyone on her team.
Rose has been walking my girls for over 2 years. What I appreciate is her attention to my girls--anyone can walk a dog, but she really gets to know and love them, and will always let me know if they've had a particularly good day, and also those days where one of them might be a little off. It shows me that she's not just going through the motions, but really cares.
My pet collection is a little more exotic (two needy cats, a hedgehog and a snake) and one cat requires early morning medications. Rose is super flexible with visits and undaunted by the special care needed by some of my pets. Plus my animals adore her! Bonus- if you ask she will happily text pictures of your furry friends so you don't miss them as much while you're away.
Rose and Bee take excellent care of our 2 very hyper, very needy dogs. They care for them as if they’re their own! These ladies truly love pets. All pets. Bee has been pet sitting for us for 2 years. Our dogs look forward to seeing Bee come through those doors! It’s always a pleasure to receive Bee in our home. They even go above and beyond for our dog Princess who has a bad back and needs extra love and care. If I could give 100 stars, I would! ❤️❤️❤️
This is the best doggie walking service I have ever had. The care and dedication given to my dogs is absolutely amazing. I don't have to be anxious on my long days knowing she is taking care of our three boys. The best part is she sends pics to reassure me of their cuteness!
Rose is great with my dog and deals easily with his crankiness. I appreciate that she's willing to step in with an extra walk on those days that work keeps me at the office late.
Great service, very personable! My dog Juno loves Rose and her assistant! I'm very happy with Red Rover and have recommended her to others.
FUN CITY DOGS has been amazing to my pups, everyone is friendly, caring, and accommodating. I have 3 different dogs all different sizes, temperaments, and ages and fun city dogs is wonderful at handling all of my fur babies. My puppy named Little Pa-Pa has absolutely LOVED daycare here. He is a little over excited at times but the staff here are well educated and equipped with handling him and his high energy. My other two dogs named Callie and Ella are more mellow and go with the flow and they fit in great with all of the dog groups here and I absolutely trust the staff to make all decisions on how to place my pups with the right dog group for them depending on the day. I love the cameras here, although sometimes it’s difficult to find my pup because they have so many rooms to search and sometimes the camera can a be a little wonky I know my dogs are still safe and sound even when I can’t see them. After a long day of daycare they sleep the entire ride home. I give the place a 10 out of 10, and big shout out to Rachel who is a lovely staff member here and Grey who is always so helpful and kind, there is also guy who works here (I cant remember his name) he wears these super fun and cool green glasses and he is also super amazing and kind! Overall this place is a great place with super amazing staff and they send me some of the best photos of my pups at daycare, I don’t know what I would do without FUN CITY DOGS!
They share pictures of your dog at day care on the online profile they have you set up. Our puppy is about 9 months old and he got to have some down time with a Cong and cuddles. There is a no cage policy there which is why we picked this place. Also the rates aren't crazy imo. The staff is very friendly and quick
Fun City Dogs is an easy decision for dog daycare and boarding! The rates are fair and the staff deserve endless praises—they all greet me and my dog with a smile and you can tell they really care about the animals. Fast selling points for me—webcams to watch the dogs interact during daycare and cage free for boarding!
We love Fun City! Easy to get in. Outdoors/indoors. Add-ons reasonably priced. Cameras to watch and photos of the day! We had issues at another facility with her ability to eat and our pup has had not a single issues with feedings and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thanks everyone at Fun City!
I took my dog here for a grooming and a nail clip. When I picked him up, he had cuts on his nose, neck, and was also bleeding from a nail. They did not say anything to me about nicking him numerous times. I would not recommend getting your dog groomed here if you care about their safety.
Ralphie loves visiting Fun City Dogs for daycare, as well as for boarding. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I know my dog is with people who know his personality and his play style, and that they are attentive to all the dogs needs. The photos and report cards they send are always great too. Fun City does a great job, and we’ll be back many more times. Thanks!
I love Fun City Dogs! As a first time dog owner, I was nervous about dropping my little puppy off at daycare but the staff are awesome. My guy can be hell on wheels (he means well but has no chill) and they have handled him beautifully and give him breaks from the big group when he gets overstimulated. They also tell me if there have been behavioral issues so I know what to work on with him. I so appreciate the staff's care and patience with him. We've been going for about 6 months now (daycare and boarding) and the staff all know him and greet us with a smile each time we come in. He is always so excited to go to Fun City Dogs and his full body wags whenever we walk in confirm it's a safe, loving, and fun place. ♥️
Fun City Dogs is always there for us. Our pup gets lots of time to roam and socialize, and we love getting daily updates about her.
We tried out Fun City Dogs, because we loved the kennel-free concept. Kai and Luna had a great experience on their first day! They were both so tired after being at the facility for just 4 hours. We received a report card, information for future visits, and photos via their online portal. They both looked SO happy in the photos. We were so happy with their trial day, we decided to book another reservation for the next day!
We were really excited to check this place out on our visit to the Cities. Great concept (7 day a week/drop in dog daycare)! We dropped in without an appointment and were greeted by staff that were very accommodating. We came prepared with vaccine records and were able to stop of our girls for a few hours of play while we shopped nearby. The girls had fun and were tired out upon pickup (which is what we were going for). Prices were reasonable - highly recommend!
My Min Pin (he has severe separation anxiety) goes here almost every day and he LOVES it. He is a total mamma's boy yet when we arrive there in the morning, he takes off running through the door and doesn't even look back at me. They care for him like he is one of their own.
Maybe this place was good a year or two ago, but it seems right now they're going through a rough patch. Slow responses and rudeness during pickups made things really stressful. When I got an unprofessional text accusing me of trying to get time for free and demanding more money, even though I paid in advance and they actually owed me $25, I was out of there. I don't recommended this service unless you really, really can't find anywhere else.
Our doggies love it there. They get the same lovin' as they would at home. Wagner's is FAR SUPERIOR than boarding them at a regular kennel.
