Pet care really cares about our furry family members, they treat the with such care, love and respect. Very happy with the gassi walks, Beto loves them and has a great time. Love that they post pictures of the walks on Instagram and also send you pics of you little one doing new stuff. Thanks Pet Care (and Steffi) for the love to Beto! I highly recommend them!
Elrond and Steffi from Pet Care Nürnberg are the best pet sitters you can find in the city. They love all the dogs as they are their own and take care of them with love. Our Juno was always happy and tired after he spent an afternoon or a few days with them. They take them for long walks and let them sleep in the house. It wasn't problem for them to pick up our dog at our apartment or drive him back home. They always sent us pictures and updates of Juno. We couldn't ask for better people watching our Juno and we will miss you!
Our Cocker Spaniel loves the dogwalk with Pet Care Nürnberg! We appreciate the flexibility and responsiveness form the team and can always trust that our dog had a lot of excercise and fun while we are at work. Thank you Pet Care :)
It was great to find Petcare Nuremberg! Good clear communication in English. Very profesional and caring for my dog! Thank you for keeping me up to date on how he was doing! I would highly recommend to leave your dog here! It has been the best place I have found around the Nuremberg and Fürth area!
I highly recommend. My cats immediately liked Elrond and I felt safe leaving them with him. He also sent photos and updates, and was kind enough to do so in English for me.
We could not have found a better place for our dog during out short trip out of town. Elrond was absolutely amazing and professional. Our dog enjoyed her stay.
Excellent dog walking service, my dog absolutely loves them, reasonably priced and wonderful people. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Friendly family run business. Prompt to respond and you can tell they really love what they do.
We are looking for holiday care for our guinea pigs and were so happy when we received an immediate response to our boarding request. But when it came time to take a look at them, the contact left a lot to be desired. At first they said they wouldn't be there on the proposed weekend. So a new suggestion, no answer, inquiry 5 days later, answer that it had to be discussed with Schwmutter, otherwise no one would be there (who looks after the animals??), you get in touch. 11 days later an apology and we could stop by the following week. Again we suggested a day (which would have been yesterday), no response for 5 days. If you're looking for a dog boarding facility, you've probably come to the right place; there seems to be more interest there. Because collages and pictures of the dogs are posted at least almost every day, there seems to be enough time for that. It's a shame, but with this lack of interest and unreliability, I wouldn't leave my animals there anymore anyway.
Steffi, Elrond and Elke have been looking after our rabbits during our holidays for years now, initially at our house, now on site...rarely have I met such nice, competent people, our dwarves feel very comfortable, they are really upset when they go home again OK...vacation for stuffed noses and staff, what more could you want...I wouldn't trust my two to anyone else, but everything is just right here
