Despite a rocky start of no one's fault (Summer got sick, AND the residential water in Asheville was turned off for a few days due to extreme cold!), Summer was wonderful! She was professional, very communicative, and super loving of our pups. She left our house spotless and well cared for. She's welcome back any time.
This was a delightful sit for two peachy pooches in Portland. Stasha and Doug welcomed me into their lovely home. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything that I needed. Stasha was very organized and had a thorough guide prepared. Joules and Wesley were fun, loving companions. Joules, an older girl, loves walks and sleeping. Not necessarily in that order. And Wesley likes every part of petting. Except the stopping part. Stopping petting is unacceptable. I loved my walks with those two, because the neighborhood was so beautiful and interesting. And the city of Portland is great as well. I loved exploring the assorted neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend.
Simon was so informative before we arrived so we knew exactly where to come and what was required. A beautifully relaxing setting in a small village with Scrappy, the waimarana. So well trained, so well behaved and so adorable. We enjoyed every minute. The countryside, the beautiful home and the trust and generosity of Simon and Harriet left us wishing we lived closer so we could come back regularly.
I really enjoyed this petsit. Betty is an affectionate, pretty cat, and Cooper's snuggling under the covers with me won my heart. If you are up for an exercise walk, the house is walkable to town and to the market, which is nice. Be aware the walk home is uphill! Tracee and Ken are super nice, and communication is good. Overall this was a very good experience; thank you Tracee!
I had the best time dog sitting for Frodo and Sam - they are such fun and sweet boys! Farbod’s home is in a wonderful location and very well set-up with a great office/desk, natural light, and friendly apartment building neighbors who all know Frodo and Sam! Farbod provided a very thorough welcome guide with clear instructions for taking care of his home and pups. I would absolutely jump the chance to sit for Farbod’s lovely home and watch Sam and Frodo! Thank you!
Els and Gordon are a very welcoming couple and communicate well. Rudy was fabulous company, he loves to be by your side at all times. Although the weather was very rainy we had some lovely walks together and warmed up in Els and Gordons comfortable and spotless home. It was lovely to sit for Rudy.
Susan and I enjoyed our house sit for Mary very much. Zorro the cat was a sweetie and no trouble at all. Mary was kind enough to allow us to bring our cat Fifi, and Zorro was pretty tolerant of having her in his domain. Mary was very thorough, having everything that we might need to know while they were away written out for us. The house was a real pleasure for us, I loved the open design, the high ceilings & the exquisite kitchen. Outdoors there’s a secluded garden with a large deck for hanging out in nature. Plus, a neighborhood 2-mile walking/running loop, which we enjoyed every day. It was a pleasure to house sit for Mary and look forward for a return visit.
