We cannot say enough great things about Sherry! After our pet-sitter cancelled last minute, a quick internet search suggested her page. Sherry responded very quickly, was flexible in her scheduling, and did a home visit to go over care instructions in-person before we left. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she is professional, kind, and reliable. She went above and beyond our expectations, allowing us to enjoy our trip abroad without a single worry. Our small dog was boarded at her home for the duration of our trip, and she made several in-home visits to check in on our cats (including refilling food & water dispensers, cleaning litter boxes, etc.) Our pets were happy, healthy, well-cared for, and we returned to a home that was just as we left it!! At pickup, Sherry provided us with thoughtful toys and treats, making us feel completely pampered by her generosity! We’re so grateful for her attention to detail and the genuine love she shows to our furry family members. We highly recommend Sherry to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter — she truly exceeded all expectations! I needed to board my two pups, as I was going out of the country and my mom was not able to care for my dogs. In complete panic mode, I reached out to Sherri and she was able to accommodate me same day for 11 days. My pups aren’t very trusting but instantly felt like Sherri could be trusted. When I needed to extend the boarding for an additional day, she was able to adjust it. Overall, extremely happy with Keke and Fetch Dog Walking and Cat Sitting! I would use them again!

Sherri of Keke and Fetch was a wonderful cat sitter. She is trustworthy, honest and dependable. Her response time, whenever I contacted her, was very fast. She cared for my two cats in my home for five days and nights. She emailed me after every visit. My cats were relaxed and happy when I returned. And my home was very clean. I highly recommend Sherri! I will definitely hire her again.

Sherri did AMAZING with our kitty!! We couldn't keep him for 5 months but she was happy to help us every month, for a good price. We now have him back and I feel like he has even improved on his behavior. He's not alone or stuck in a crate all day like those other pet hotels, he had his own little cat room with FRIENDS!!! First of all I have had My boys Mac and Bebe boarded with Sherri for almost two years. I randomly had to find someone to watch my boys and I contacted Sherri at 2am and she welcomed them with open arms. Sherri is attentive, so very nice. Extremely clean and safety is a high priority. Obviously I’ve had them with her for over 2 years. I’m finally taking my boys home! I’m very happy with the care they received for their time.

We were truly happy with Sherris cat boarding services.We were travelling to San Diego for two weeks and our previous sitter cancelled on us last minute so we were in a serious bind. We used to board our cat Baby who is a senior tabby at a kennel,but lately we have been hesitant because the last couple times we sent her to a kennel,she came back stressed and lethargic from being in a cage all day. Sherri has a whole cat room for her pets that she boards and Baby loved it! She came back as happy as can be,which has never happened coming home from a kennel. Sherri was very pleasant and easily able to reach when we wanted to check in on Baby,she even sent pictures to us. We will be sending Baby back to Sherri for our future travels! Cheers

I've used Keke and Fetch for about two years now because I travel a lot for work. I have a Chiweenie and my doggie is very picky when it comes to staying over at someone's place when I'm not there (Separation Anxiety, etc). She absolutely loves Sherri. I can't recommend Keke and Fetch enough because Sherri is always responsive and the trust is there. She's very professional and payments are easy. Sometimes, Sherri will send me and my doggie back with dog food samples of other businesses as she is a supporter of small businesses here in Phx, as am I. Sherri is sweet, compassionate and if my picky dog likes her, then you know it's legit!!

Sherri was amazing at caring for my 2 pups while i went away for 5 days. Anytime i texted her she would reply right away. She took veru good care of both of my doggies. She followed through with all of my dogs needs. She also stood in communication with me throughout my pups’ stay with her. Would definitely use gwr services again :)

I have used Karen's services multiple times. Karen is so gentle and absolutely amazing with my dogs and she took great care of my 16 year old senior dog. I know for sure my dogs are always well cared for and safe at Loving Hands Pet Care! I highly recommend Karen for pet sitting especially if your pets have special needs.

Karen did a wonderful job pet sitting our two dogs and cat. She is very kind to animals and our shy dog quickly felt comfortable with her, and of course the puppy loved her. Even the cat came out to see her. On top of taking loving care of your pets, Karen will bring in your mail, clean the cat box, pick up dog poop...no worries when you leave! She's also insured, bonded, and certified, so you can trust her in your home. We highly recommend her as a pet sitter and will definitely call her in the future."

We were away for a week and Scott visited our home every day and took care of our cats and home. He sent me picture of cat every day and message that everything is going fine. After a power outage, he sent us a message about it, made sure the air conditioning was on and everything was working as it should. He watered our plants and retrieved the mail. When we came home we noticed that he had even vacuumed. So nice surprise! Our home was clean anyway and everything was in its place. So happy with this service and will absolutely use it in the future! :)

Karen is the best. She is very loving and compassionate, and detailed. I liked her from the moment that I met her and she really takes her time with each of my pets to make sure all of their needs are met. She sends pictures every day and a comment about my pets which is very reassuring while I am away.

I have been allowing Marcene to care for my furry babies over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. She is always available, flexible, fair and enjoys what she does. My pups are always happy and healthy when I pick them up. She also sends texts/picture updates during their stay and is great at communicating any concerns. I would highly recommend Grandma's Dog House if you're looking for a kennel free, laid back/home environment with loving supervision.

Let me preface this review by saying I’ve never boarded my dogs for the 7 years of owning them because I simply didn’t trust anyone enough. What if my dog gets sick, has an accident, or doesn’t get along with another dog- will they be punished or locked away for the entirety of my trip? I missed out on a lot of vacations. I initially met with Marcene for a meet and greet and I knew instantly her and her boyfriend Shaun were truly dog people. They watched my two small fearful dogs for two weeks and kept me updated daily which really helped me be able to enjoy my vacation knowing my dogs were on a vacation of their own. Marcene is able to adapt to your pup in any way to make sure they are comfortable during their stay. She even checks bedding daily to see if any laundry needs to be done. I’m so happy my dogs now have a home away from home so I can go out of state once in awhile. Thank you Marcene and Shaun!

The family were going on vacation and had to find a boarder for my mom & dad's dog. I searched and found Grandma's Dog House we meet up with Marcene at her house before our trip and right away I knew Clementine would be fine while we were gone. Marcene treats your dog like their part of her family. She has a great backyard and your dog is not locked up in a kennel like the other places. I would highly recommend her if you need a dog sitter. Our 12 yr old poodle mix Penelope does not do well at boarding. She climbs fences and ends up cutting her nose or paws. I’m so thankful we found Grandmas House! We get daily picture updates, location to Sky Harbor makes it convenient for drop off pick ups and I can relax knowing Penelope is being cared for. Grandmas House has even cared for our 2 Guinea pigs.

A home setting where my pups wander around as they wish - no crates (I suppose if you really wanted one Marcene would use it). My dogs love going there and I trust they get attention and love. I have peace of mind when I need to be out of town.

As an emotional pug mom, I can't thank Pet Play House PHX enough! My husband and I were quite nervous about leaving our fur babies, Chloe and Loki, for a week of dog boarding. However, from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by such sweet and caring staff that immediately put us at ease. It was heartwarming to see the cute pictures and posts on their social media showcasing our pups enjoying their time there. It was evident that the team truly cared for Chloe and Loki, and it felt wonderful to know they were surrounded by love and attention while we were away. I had to take a work trip over the weekend and I was so nervous about leaving my puppy somewhere for the first time. Astrid (my little lady) broke her femur when she was 7 weeks old and although she had surgery and it’s all healed her knee is a bit weak. Let me just say, this place is spectacular!! I spent about two weeks trying to find the best spot and this place was the one. They took her leg situation very seriously, let me know everything they were doing/where she was going/what they do during the day. Along with that, posting daily photos of all the fun these dogs are having. I almost started to get worried she wouldn’t want to come home with me!! As for price, if you think about it, it would be like getting yourself into a cheap motel for the weekend. So I say that the price is extremely reasonable and it’s more than just your average motel 6. Definitely coming back, and I recommend checking them out too.

Our chihuahua puppy has loved staying at JetPet while we are out of town! Pictures are posted daily, and you can tell how happy all of the dogs are during their outdoor play time! There are great add-on services to help your pet adjust and stay happy during their stay.

I boarded my 15 year old cat here, and they took excellent care of her! I called and they gave me updates on how she was doing (yes, I'm that cat mom) and posted pictures of her on their social media so I could see. She LOVED the extra treats I ordered for her and when I picked her up all the staff knew exactly who she was and told me about how well she did during her stay. I'm very grateful for the care they showed her!

We love Jet Pet, everyone that works there is amazing. Our 3 boys get so excited when the stay there. It is always heartwarming when you see them playing on the Jet Pet posts. People here care about you pets(family).

We boarded our dog here last week while we went out of town and the team just was amazing. They took care of Dobby so well AND made sure she was in their daily pictures on social so I was not freaking out about leaving our baby. They are just such great people. Thank you to the whole team!

I just started sending my puppy, Rocky, to daycare and although I was nervous at first, it’s probably been the best decision I’ve made for her. Craig and Nadia are both amazing with her and always make sure to keep me updated on how she’s doing throughout the day. I get lots of pictures and videos and I can tell that they genuinely pay attention to the needs of each individual dog in their care. Being that Rocky is a German shepherd, I always want to make sure she’s getting the exercise she needs. Whenever she comes home from daycare, I can see that she’s definitely gotten all her energy out - which is a huge plus and a much better alternative to her sitting at home all day waiting for me to get off work. If you have the opportunity to send your pup here, I would definitely jump at the chance! Craig and Nadia are both very kind and capable, and very clearly have a knack for what they do. :)

Nadia is amazing. She has taken care of my dog for 2.5 years. We started going to her when she boarded in her home and it’s great to see how her business has grown. My dog runs to her to greet her so I know he’s in good hands. They do a great job of separating dogs by their size and how they play. She has been able to help me with last minute day care for emergencies which is a life saver. She is a truly special lady that loves dogs and makes you feel like family.

If you're reading this, congratulations, you've found an absolute gem!!! Best dog daycare by FAR. This is for several reasons: 1. Firstly and most importantly, you can tell that the staff really loves and are crazy about dogs. They remember their names pretty much immediately and have such a way with them. 2. best prices in the valley for sure!! 3. The facility is like a big house, which is also really nice. There's a huge backyard for them to run around with sprinklers and play pools. 4. I received the most adorable and sweet photos of my dog throughout my trip, and even some videos too. Most corporate dog daycares don't give dogs that much individual attention (I would know, I used to work at one!!) 5. And lastly, they have someone there watching the dogs overnight. that is so awesome! Overall, you won't go wrong entrusting care of your pup with them!!!

Can't say enough good things about Nadia's. They took care of our fur babies for us, after recently moving to the Phoenix area, while we took a vacation. They were so sweet and wonderful with our babies and you can truly tell they love what they do. Our big girl never really plays and we got this sweet video of her playing which is something that I have rarely seen her do. She is always way to nervous (being a rescue) and I think it was the relaxed and wonderful way she was cared for by Nadia and Craig.

Went for a meet & greet; met with both Craig & Nadia & they showed us around the place. There's outdoor & indoor play areas/places for the dogs to go to the bathroom. They are very caring & have a lot of background in dogs. They take into account different personalities & are very very intentional about making the dogs feel at home, understood & not stuck in a box.

Nadia’s took my dog in on Christmas Day due to a family emergency. Nadia & Craig were so kind and accommodating to help me out in a moment of need. Our dog had a wonderful experience interacting & playing with the other dogs. I’ll definitely be taking him back to Nadia’s!

It’s been almost a year since we moved to the area and we were in need of finding a daycare close to us—-Nadia location came up and I decided to ask for a tour—Nadia was very nice in giving me a tour of the place and I immediately felt like Gigi was going to be well taken care of. We are so grateful for Nadia and Craig —they take care of our pups like they are part of their family. They love going to daycare. It’s constant play with the other pups. We love the service of transporting our dogs to and from daycare as our jobs start pretty early. During the day I get pictures and messages on how the pups are doing—they get their naps and lunch. I love how they can interact and play with other dogs—Nadia and Craig keep a good eye on them! In the year that they have been going—we have never had a problem with our dogs coming home with scratches. Every opportunity i have, I recommend them to anyone. They deserve more than 5 stars. The best location ever. Picture included is them getting picked up in the morning on there way to daycare—-the middle pup is there little buddy —the other two pups belong to us! I look forward to the pictures that Nadia sends me.

I used Nadia's Dog Nanny Services when our family went on our last trip. I was so impressed with the clean, open space and calm, friendly way Nadia took care of our dog. We received regular video updates, which really put my mind at ease about leaving her in a new space. When we picked her up, she was clearly happy to have been there. Thank you! Definitely recommend. :)

I scheduled boarding for my 2 dogs from 4/5/24 to 4/12/24. I called Gina on the 5th to inform what time I would arrive. I left a message and she never returned my call. I arrived at her house and called her. I got her voicemail. I left a message and did not receive a callback. I had to have a family member board my dogs. It was not an ideal situation because my family member is in poor health. I had to leave town and could not make other attachment arrangements to travel. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience. This woman was totally unreliable and showed not an ounce of professionalism. Warning: do not do business with this woman. I do not recommend South Mountain dog boarding. Giving this business one star is one star too many.

Southmountain boarding is fabulous. We've used the dog day care and overnight stays. Our Chihuahua mix loves all the dogs he meets there. Gina takes great care with all the dogs. It's like our dog is going to doggy camp! I feel so at ease with my dogs staying there.

The place seems fun for dogs who are social. Our biggest concern was about monitoring and how they were handled. We had specific instructions on how much food they should have each day for a very short board (less than a week) yet somehow had to pay for food for our two dogs halfway because they “ran out”. We have worked so hard to have our cattle dog lose weight. She said he just stayed inactive while our smaller dog was hyper. The smaller gets bullied by the larger over food and we expressed that, yet we came back to find our cattle dog had gained 1/9th of his body weight in four days and our smaller dog has a gash on his nose. I’m not thrilled. Plus we requested updates and only had one asking to buy more food. Giving 3 which is “expected” and which is generous. 4 should be outstanding and 5 above and beyond. Honestly closer to a 2.

I brought my two dogs to Gina’s place and they love it. The dogs are in their natural environment and get to run around, play all day. but when it is hot, she brings them inside to an air conditioned room cool down. Unlike other kennels where you have to pay extra to have some activity, they get hours of fun out in the backyard. Gina observes your dogs and updates you daily on their activity. You can relax knowing your pets are safe and comfortable. Dont expect a cookie cutter kennel where evrything is organized and such, dogs dont care for those. I will definitely bring my dogs back here when Im in the Phoenix area.

Incredibly happy to have found Bark 23 for our pups. Our Boxer had a great time at daycare and recently had over a week of Sleepovers, while we were traveling, and was thrilled. Jordan is awesome with spotting nuance behaviors and working with them. He also sent photos each day - tails always wagging, ears always up. Michelle and Jordan's home and yard are absolutely delightful for any dog to rummage, run, sniff and lounge. Your pup will thank you for their special time at Bark 23.

I was in a pickle and needed someone to watch my pup for four days, and every boarder/sitter I called was booked due to spring break and St. Patrick's Holiday. Michelle assured me that I was in good hands. The team sends photos and videos and constantly checks in. I was nervous and anxious about not having time to do a longer meet and greet; however, they took time to acclimate Hustle to their environment and tested her to see if she would be aggressive with the sitters or other dogs(of course, my pup passed with flying colors). I can't say enough positive about my experience with Bark23. Michelle and her husband are amazing and super knowledgeable. We brought our puppy here for socialization skills. I learned so much about interacting with my own dog, and how to best introduce him to other dogs. He has only been there twice and has already made huge improvements. I was able to take him to a dog friendly restaurant, (just after two play dates) and was complimented on his behavior by so many people. I am so thankful for Bark23! You will not be disappointed!

These guys are the best! We've been using them for years for both daycare and boarding, and my dog loves them! He has so much fun over there, he has excited to go over there and always comes home exhausted in the best way. I've never had to worry about my dog being hurt or getting into trouble, they are very in tune and aware of their pack and know how to handle situations before they escalate, or when it's appropriate to keep dogs separated.

We love the pack here. The introduction prior to our dogs first visit was great. Very experience couple doing what they love. Loving safe comfortable environment with lots of outdoor space for the dogs to wonder. Easy access to water all day. Our dogs learned how to use a doggy door for the first time here. We will continue to take our dogs to Bark23. Pricing was clear and transparent on website and it was easy to find.

Leaving my dogs behind while traveling has never been easy and I've never believed in kenneling dogs. I am so incredibly thankful I found Michelle and Bark 23. I took a 4 day trip to the other side of the country and Michelle helped keep my nerves at Bay. She did a house drop in and sleep over. My dogs LOVED her and I felt happy knowing they were being taken care of by someone so knowledgeable and who sincerely cares about their well being. She kept me updated with regular texts and photos. She event went above and beyond, and mI ean really above and beyond, when my mom wasn't able to get into our house one evening to check on my pups. Michelle offered sleep over and do extra checks ins to make sure my dogs were happy, safe, and socialized. I think it's safe I have found my dog sitter for life 🥰

Lizzie pulled hard to enter each day and was tail wagging when I picked her up. Last night I had to emergency board Lizzie to stay at hospital with my husband and 24/7 was invaluable help and relief. When I checked on Lizzie this morning, she was playing with a buddy and slept with other littles. What a comfort that was to hear! Thank you LP24/7.

Best dog daycare in Phoenix!! Walnut loves going and always sprints to the door. We’ve tried other places and none compare to Learning Paws’ service and care. All the employees are a pleasure and authentically care about the pups. They have enrichment, events and grooming services. I personally really like that they also take pictures so you can see how your pup is doing while you’re away. It makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

LP 24/7 is such a blessing for me and my pup. He’s always thrilled to go and clearly enjoys everyone who works there. I’m super thankful for the nurse extended hours, too! We are a new client of Learning Pawasabilities, referred by our good friends. We were going away and our trusted dog sitter was unavailable. We left our pup for 4 days of boarding and couldn’t be happier! He had an awesome time and came home happy, healthy and exhausted! Thank you to all who took such great care of our boy!

Learning Paws, the owners and people working there are just incredible! They went way above and beyond of what we would expect from the doggy daycare/boarding place! Me and my currently husband went to Greece to get married and left our two pitties for boarding at Learning Paws. On our wedding day (they were sneaky to ask us when we were getting married ☺️) they took and posted pictures of our two girls in wedding attire- with flowers, veils, and sweet messages to us. When I saw the pictures I cried and laughed at the same time! They were amazing!!!! They were ranked as the best doggy daycare in Phoenix and they really earned it! 😊 I also wanted to mention that our one baby has cancer and takes 20 pills and supplements a day and they did an amazing job taking care of her!!!! We love love Learning Paws and so do our fur babies! 😍

I am incredibly grateful for Camp Bow Wow for a multitude of reasons. First the staff is a group of genuine people that care about the dogs and seem to love their job. I have been taking my dog there for a short time and about one time per week. I'm always impressed how multiple staff members know my dog when she walks in the door. They also celebrated her 1st birthday and sent me a few photos of her special day. That really meant a lot to me and my pup seemed so happy just looking at the photos. A few weeks ago, I called last minute for daycare and they put me on a waitlist. I mentioned that I was putting my other dog down that day and the staff member said that she would look into it. She called me back not even 5-10 minutes later and told me she can bring her in no problem. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me on one of the hardest days. THANK YOU for taking such good care of the pups and their owners too!

We are SO happy we found Camp Bow Wow. Our little Ellie Mae loves it. The staff is exceptional and you can tell they all genuinely love animals and treat them as their own. Ellie Mae is always so excited to get to camp and has the best time playing with all of her friends. We love that we can check in on her on the live cameras to see what she’s up to. I feel so comfortable leaving our girl there and am so grateful for everyone at Camp Bow Wow! 💕

Our dog Chance has been going to the Furshire doggy daycare for the past 3 years. Prior to that she went to doggy daycare for 3 years back in Wisconsin. We recently moved across town to Arcadia and came across camp bow wow. Chance was accepted after going through her introduction day, which is required. It was her first full day and I didn’t see her on the cameras. I called to ask why she wasn’t playing and they said she tried to mount a dog but they were gonna put her back out to play. While watching the cameras it looked like the dogs just stood around in one room and didn’t get much exercise. Later in the day we got a call to say Chance wasn’t allowed back because she tried to mount another dog. It’s disappointing to say the least. I don’t think this is a great place for high energy dogs like mine. Chance has never been aggressive or been kicked out of any doggy daycare we’ve ever taken her to. I will not be recommending camp bow wow to anyone in the future.

Camp Bow Wow is the best thing I could ever do for my dog Jack. Our interview was a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and obviously love dogs. The premises are clean, safe and secure. I have no worries leaving Jack in their care. Jack enjoys his visits there and has made many friends and looks forward to his next visit. Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

We have been bringing our pups to Camp Bow Bow Phoenix for over 2 years now. My puppers love come to camp and you can tell how excited they are when they do their little spin and bark at me when the staff can’t tget them back fast enough because they are talking with me. The staff is friendly and you can truly tell the care about the dogs that visit. One thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that the remember one of my pups that we no longer can bring to daycare because of his age. They ask about him and that to me shows that they care about their customers. I drive out of my way to come to Camp Bow Wow Phoenix, and will continue to do so for many more years.

This might be a bit different of a review as many other of their wonderful reviews, but this deserves its accolades, and I was beyond impressed with our encounter with Camp Bow Wow today! I am the tech supervisor for the emergency animal clinic close by to their facility. Without giving any personal details away, this team noticed a critical issue that most other places would have likely overlooked, and brought one of their client's best canine friends into us within MOMENTS of seeing a concern. Their attentiveness, care, and gut instincts made a world of a difference in our ability to be able to help this sweet dog. I cannot commend your reflexes and intuition enough. You knew what you saw, and you reacted when so many others may have missed warning signs. I am so confident in being able to sing their praises to anyone who may ever ask. You made a massive difference in the care that pet was able to receive and the swiftness we were able to give it. Thank you, you wonderful humans.

This place is truly the best. My pup (Flash) is a very nervous dog. Sometimes, that gets translated into him being aggressive. The counselors all saw through his growl and have been very patient with him. He had a great couple of day trips and we ended up boarding him for 4 nights without any issues. The services offered are a good value for the price. The staff really goes above and beyond!! The photo was taken by staff during one of his enrichment sessions.

We are so happy to have found Camp Bow Wow for our little boy Percy! All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and responsive. We love being able to check in on him throughout the day with the Camper Cams, and the option for on-site grooming has also really helped streamline our care schedule. As for health and safety, Percy's annual vaccinations are set to expire soon and Camp Bow Wow has sent several nice reminders that we need proof of renewal prior to his future stays - which we greatly appreciate, seeing that they are diligent in making sure all dogs are properly vaccinated. After moving to Phoenix recently with no family near by we were really worried about who would watch our little guy when we were away. Camp Bow Wow has been amazing and makes us feel so safe dropping Leo off! They are constantly cleaning on the doggie cams and giving the dogs affection. We always see Leo playing and having a good time. They also offer fun monthly activities for the dogs! After being gone a week they even emailed us photos of Leo, and are constantly posting photos of the dogs on Instagram. We love camp bow wow 🫶🏼

I love the ease of reserving a spot for my dog. The people are so enthusiastic and friendly with the dogs and their humans. The enrichment sessions are thoughtful and fun. I also love that there are cameras in the play areas so I can see what my pup is doing throughout the day.
