Smoky is an incredibly easy cat to sit for. She does need time to warm up to strangers, so give her her space and let her come to you, and it'll be fine. Smoky naps for most of the day and likes to play with a laser pointer and feather. She may try to wake you up early but if you ignore her until her actual meal time (630 am) she'll leave with a disgruntled chirp and head back to bed. Smoky actively supervises her meal prep 😂 and is very vocal...enjoy your conversations with her! The apartment location is stellar, right across the street from the northeast opening to Central Park, a few blocks from convenient subway stations, and several citibike options within walking distance.
Susan is a pleasure to work with. Very kind, considerate, clear and thorough. Everything you could ask for in a host. The cats are beautiful and charming. I enjoyed them immensely. And the flat is extremely comfortable and in a great location. I highly recommend this sit to other sitters and I hope I am fortunate enough to get another chance to hang out with the cats again before too long.
Carlotta and Vittorio are friendly and welcoming and we had great communication. Their flat is gorgeous, comfortable, well equipped and in a fabulous part of London. The star of the stay, though, is Pancho! He's such a cool cat, he's got tonnes of personality and after sussing you out from behind the sofa, he just wants to hang around and be part of your day. This was a fantastic sit! Berkeley is an incredible dog, home and garden are lovely and Shay was welcoming and clear in her communication. We hope for more time in this special setting with such a wonderful canine companion.
Janjarang and Christoph are a kind, respectful and thoughtful couple. They made us feel welcome from the moment we accepted the sit and we felt very much at home during our time there. Before our sit started, Janjarang very helpfully sent me through some information about Switzerland. She was always happy to answer any questions and provide suggestions and recommendations to ensure we enjoyed our time in Zurich. Janjarang and Christoph were easy to sit for. They were always clear in their communication, their instructions were easy to follow and they were always available to answer any questions. Summer was a lovely companion to Cormac and I during our stay in Zurich. She is a sweet natured cat, she is playful and curious. We enjoyed playing with her in the lounge area and watching her explore the backyard. She was a pleasure to look after. Janjarang and Christoph have a lovely apartment in a great location. The tram stop into the city is very close to their apartment. Their home is the kind of place you walk into and feel right at home, but also the kind of place you feel like you have escaped to on a beautiful holiday. We were very grateful that Janjarang and Christoph trusted us with their home and precious Summer. Would absolutely recommend!
Lori’s home in Tiburon is a warm and comfortable in walkable, beautiful neighborhood. Bella and Oscar are sweet cuddly companions and good walkers. I enjoyed my time with them and hope to return. Lori is a good communicator, and just as lovely!
