The folks from The Puppy Butler are fantastic! This was the first time we left our 2 young cats at home to go away on a vacation — and The Puppy Butler made us feel completely at ease & that our kitties were in the best of hands. They sent us twice-a-day detailed updates with adorable photos & videos (they even played with the cats and kept them so entertained!). They fed the cats just like we described, perfectly cleaned out the litter boxes, and the apartment was spotless. Best of all, we came back home to 2 very happy and relaxed cats, which is the ultimate proof of just well they were lovingly cared for. My husband and I never left our 7 year old cat Lola with anyone other than a family member so needless to say we were very nervous! However The Puppy Butler did an amazing job not only easing our anxieties but making us feel very comfortable with our decision. They are true animal lovers and are the most honest, reliable, and competent pet professionals I’ve ever met. Simply put, I wouldn’t trust leaving my 3-year old bulldog with anyone else. I’ve faithfully and exclusively used The Puppy Butler for walks, sitting, and overnight boarding for a while now, and have recently just started using them for their new active offleash playtime sessions as well. I so look forward to receiving the adorable photos and videos they send me each day, as it’s such a delight seeing my little chunky furball running around free in nature on their beautiful lawns. Perhaps the most impressive thing of all is that with their expertise, they have successfully managed to somehow get my extra-stubborn bulldog actually excited and engaged for a full hour of energetic playtime each day (although it does result in some serious snoring when he’s taking his post-playtime doggy nap…). I honestly can’t recommend The Puppy Butler highly enough!!

I love Furry Buddies! Our two whippet dogs had the best team of walkers: Tracey, Corbey, Brian, and Carol Ann! Each walker treated our pups with kindness, gave them treats and toys, and absolutely left an impression. The dogs would wag their tails at the front door when a furry buddy walker was at the door! Truly excellent service, always on time, and reliable, and great value. I always felt comfortable and trusted the walkers. Very much recommend their services.

I used Furry Buddies for around 7-8 years. Everyone I met was kind, caring and extremely reliable. They communicated well and if one of the staff was planning a day off and they provided a replacement. I felt so comfortable and relieved knowing they were with my dog,Lexi. They would call or text me if they noticed anything different about her. Their daily notes were great and when I had to say goodbye to her at 15 years old I received cards and beautiful gift from her walker amd the owner made a donation in her memory to a local rescue. This is the best organization to help you care for your pet. It is a great price for what they do. Much more than just a “walk” they provide a loving - compassionate reliable service. Love this service. Dog watchers are trustworthy and follow directions perfectly. They call love animals, and it shows. Plus, they offer to help with things like collect the mail, water plants, and more.

The owner is highly insulting and harasses her customers. She called twenty times just to confirm two visits. The subcontractor agreed to meet after the visits were completed and then declined. After all this, the owner wanted to charge extra.

Tracy has been pet sitting my cats for a while now, maybe 2 years(?), over which she has developed a good relationship with them all!! She has a lot of availability and she has reasonable rates. She does a great job making sure they are all well attended while we are out. It is hard leaving them since they are older and have some medicines they need- she takes care of it all. Really great to have Tracy taking care of our fur babies!

Tracy is remarkable. She has a gift for connecting with animals and is loving, kind and a best friend to my 86 lb shaggy pup! She has special bond with the all the animals in her care, and they can sense her love and devotion. My dog gets so excited for her walks and cuddle time with Tracy. It gives me great peace of mind when my pup is in Tracy’s care. I can’t recommend Tracy’s Love for Pets enough- Tracy is simply the best!

I get nervous leaving my two cats because we are so attached but I would not trust anyone other than Tracy to care for them when I go away! They are not sociable cats but love Tracy and get obviously excited when they hear her voice, and I believe that that really says something about her as a person and animal lover! She has been available to cat-sit very last minute and is willing to do as many visits per day as my babies need. She sends daily pictures and updates. Tracy is very accommodating and you can tell she genuinely cares about both the pets’ and the owners’ needs. Highly recommend Tracy’s services whether for daily visits or occasional visits!!!

We love Pamper and play! We have used their service for walking our dog and for housesitting. In both cases we found Liz and her team to be reliable, responsible and loving toward our dog. I also love how we can book a dog walk once in a while when we realize we're going to be gone for a long day. Liz is as happy and responsive to do a oner-off walk as to be coming regularly. The folks that housesit for P&P are wonderful. (TJ is great!_ I can tell they really bond with our dog. I highly recommend Pamper & Play. You won't regret it!

Very professional. We had Liz take care of our 2 dogs and 4 cats, in our own home, while away for our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. They and we loved her!!! She stopped by 3x a day to make sure our furry family members were happy and healthy. Liz even went the extra mile of vacuuming to make sure we didn't come home to extra fluffy carpet due to summer shedding. She loved the animals as if they were her own, and spoiled them as if so. I think they were more upset to see Liz go then us when we left for vacation lol. She also kept us updated daily with how everybody was doing. They didn't seem to miss us one bit 😍

I have two German Shepherds and was dog sitting for a friend when I had a family emergency. I was needed at the hospital ASAP. I was nervous about these dogs being together and I needed someone fast that could handle the job. I had heard about Liz from a friend. I can't express my gratitude enough. She showed up as quickly as she could. She walked them, fed them, managed to have them all tuckered out by the time I got home (not an easy task) AND all three of them were snuggling on the same bed. As far as my experience goes, Liz is a miracle worker! I will definitely be relying on her services from now on.

I literally wish I could give Paws and Claws 10 stars. We are incredibly lucky to be able to work with a kind, thorough, hard-working team of walkers and sitters. Our pup, Delilah, can take a while to warm up to new people (to say the least!), but Stephanie, Kelly, Grady, Clio, Traci, and Grace are incredibly understanding and patient with her. My favorite part is reading about the highlights of Delilah’s walks as well as which of our 4 cats make a guest appearance 😂 The communication has always been crystal-clear and the booking process is incredibly easy. Most recently we used the house sitting service over Christmas and the updates were just as jolly as our holiday! Thank you, thank you, P&C!

Philly paws & claws took great care of my dog while I was on vacation. They even sent me pictures of my dog daily. My dog looked very happy in every photo. They took my dog on many walks & gave him the attention he needed. Highly recommend this company for all of your dog needs.

We had Paws and Claws do in-home visits once a day for our kitty, Ziggy, while we were away for the holidays. They were fantastic! Stephanie and her team are so convenient and professional! In addition to taking such good care of Ziggy, they also sent us daily updates with pictures to let us know how he was doing. Highly recommend!

I've been using Philly Paws Claws for years for drop in visits for my iguana, dog boarding, dog taxi, and a couple walks. They're consistently A+ service, sending pictures of your pet, on time, easy to schedule with, and just fabulous all the way around. They're a bit more expensive than some but the reliability and quality is awesome. The taxi service is great to combine with boarding because then you don't have to do drop offs or pick ups when you're busy trying to get out of town or arriving back after hours. Thank you Philly Paws Claws!

Stephanie and her team at PP&C have provided incredible care for our puppy since we discovered her services earlier in the summer. Our pup goes to daycare a couple of times a week at Stephanie's residence and has been boarded with her for a long weekend as well. We also tried their grooming services, which exceeded my expectations. I've not had the opportunity to meet all of her staff, but they are diligent about sending photo updates with each service so that we can see our pup going on a walk or playing with his doggy friends. Our pup is always excited to go to daycare and comes home appropriately calm instead of being wired or overstimulated (which we appreciate!). I highly recommend PP&C for anyone's pet care needs!

Paws and Claws is hands down our favorite dog sitting services in Philly! Our dog always come back so happy, and not stressed out at all!

In early August I got the opportunity to help Philly's Paws & Claws out on the 'Dog Day of Summer'. I have to give credit where credit is due, All of the employees were beyond helpful as well as very cautious, caring, and friendly with all the wonderful fur faces that we saw! From what I experienced, this team is all about the hard work and communication but you can tell they do it all for the love of the animals. Lovely to see such a wonderful team of people offering amazing and helpful services to the public. In the future if I were to need service, I would trust them with all of my animals! :)

They have been so great watching my dog. He can be a little needy and high energy but he has so much fun when he gets to go to daycare and he has the biggest smile on his face when he gets home. They were also super great an flexible when my flight got canceled and I needed them to keep my dog another day!

We are so happy with the care and attention our pup, Ava, received at her long weekend stay with PPC. They kept us updated with pictures and texts about how she was doing. Would 10/10 recommend using their services!! Our girl clearly got a lot of TLC while she was there and came home happy and healthy!

My Golden Doodle, Douglas, is always so well taken care of and happy with this team. They've cared for him numerous times, and each time he comes back to use happy and tired! They are very communicative and clearly love all kinds of animals. I will continue to use them and highly recommend.

My dog (Twinkle) stayed at Lucky Dogz while I went on vacation and n🕊️only came back with led poisoning but also had lost a tooth. I called the office many times and either no one answered or the manager was extraordinarily rude. I asked for her to pay for the blood work, the surgery, or even just to apologize to Twinkle but she refused and said, “She’s just a dog.” For a company that takes care of dogs I was astonished to hear her say that. I. AM. NEVER. BRINGING. TWINKLE. BACK. The treatment me and Twinkle received was atrocious, I will never be leaving my dog in the hands of Lucky Dogz again. Twinkle and I want justice! Update: The response I received from the owners was ridiculous. Instead of apologizing for the MANY issues they instead tried to gaslight me. Feel free to use lucky dogs overall it’s an alright place but the management is horrendous. I would like the business so much more if the managers acted like mature adults. Update: Twinkle died and never got the apology she deserved. Fly high Twinkle Update: Still recovering. Thank you for the support everyone❤️

I wish there was an option to give this place 0 stars. We trusted them with our dog and when he misbehaved (something all dogs and puppies are bound to do) they stuck him in a crate alone for who knows how long. They didn’t even inform us. While in the crate he was so scared he tried to escape and in doing so cut his face, head, and paws. Also while alone he barked so much he got laryngitis and one month later he still does not have his bark back. Through out all of this they still did not inform us. DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE.

A terribly unsafe environment for your dog and just generally unprofessional. From my time being here I have seen seriously injured dogs at least once every month which alone says that there are little safety measures in place for their workers let alone your pets. Most of the workers are inexperienced young high schoolers who are left to watch after a group of 30 so dogs ALONE I have seen many dogs here injured but any reviews called out on this fact are hit with animosity by whoever runs the website. I have seen dogs who don't get along together or are sick put together in a group and the indifferent owners leave them to the young inexperienced workers to figure it out. This place has no order as you can see just by entering the place not only is the general interior aesthetic an eyesore but the merchandise isn't even correctly or fairly priced. There can be easily seen the same exact item placed labeled for two different prices which can range from 4 to 6.99? Not only this but the food products here are left for ages untouched, you can see as some dog foods have outdated packaging that don't match the rest, they are sold with little quality control put in place and the place has a serious issue with rats and feces covering every bit of the place! Just look up to see the rat bites in the ceiling. To put it simply DO NOT bring your dog here it is not a safe environment for your dog or their health and with the way the business is run it shouldn't be supported. Most of the positive reviews are either made by current workers egged on by owners or people who have close affiliation to the business I urge any readers to reconsider your dog's daycare choice!!! (Please do not trust owner responses that reply to posts with "fake" as they are very much real reviews as I have seen the customers who have come in with these dogs that they claim have never stayed. Unfortunately the owners lie and report genuine reviews to save face and keep customers from realizing the genuine truth of how the daycare is run.)

PARENTS AND DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!!! My daughter was an employee at lucky dogz and was bit by a dog , fired and blamed for getting bit . They refused to give me the dog that bit her shot records which I needed to take the er to prevent her from getting unnecessary series of rabies shots . I had to contact the Springfield police department for assistance. Yes , I know it’s probably hard to believe that I would have to go to these lengths. The police were able to get the records and give them to me . The owners never once asked me if my daughter was ok . Instead I was asked did she finish her shift . These owners have no regards for humans or animals.

About a month ago my dad scheduled boarding for November 4th. They quoted him a price for one night. They made him pay in advance but charged him about double. We canceled with 3 days notice because of the facility's conditions and the limited pick up times and they refused to give us a refund. They were horribly rude and unprofessional. We would never go near that place again. Stay away!! They're crazy! Also, the owner will probably say something like "this person was never here" or "your name looks fake" but this absolutely did happen and my name can be whatever I want on the internet so that's a ridiculous response.

We were nervous about putting our new pup in a daycare but we were referred from a neighbor and decided to give them a shot. We have been with them for over a year and extremely happy with Lucky Dogz. Our girl is happy and every time that we drop her off she runs to their kind workers. The staff is friendly and a joy to interact with when we are there. Our girl is active and since we live in the city with little opportunity to let her run we are grateful for all of activity at a Lucky Dogs (especially the kiddy pool days). Elizabeth and her son show genuine concern for the dogs they care for and Charlie loves Vanessa. I highly recommend them for your doggy needs.

Last month, I received a facetime from my family to show me updates on my puppy while I'm at school. The video that first popped up was nothing I've seen besides in ASPCA commercials. My dog, brutally cut up and without a voice, whimpering in his bed. Lucky Dogz left him in a crate for significantly longer than any owner would feel comfortable with for not acting to Lucky Dogz's perfect standards. While my dog has his flaws, he should not end up physically harmed for not acting right. Lucky Dogz will not be able handle your dog if it's not professionally trained to a service dog level. To top it off, no refund was given and when my family let the owner know what happened, we were kicked out. This establishment is run so poorly and their only response to complaints is to sweep them under the rug. After this, I would feel better leaving my dog at the pound than taking him to this disgrace of a doggy day care.

I have been taking my dog to Lucky Dogz for over 10 years and have known this family well. I just started taking my new puppy and he is so happy to be there! The human drama has nothing to do with the fact that the dogs are happy and well cared for. Get a life bad reviewer and if you are mad at the owner why would you want to hurt the pups who go and the humans who take their dogs and benefit from these services? Yes I am sad there IS family drama but it is no one's business but theirs! I LOVE LUCKY DOGZ!

Great place to board your pup and take for daily doggie care. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, they actively play with the dogs, and my dog comes comes home exhausted every time.

Lucky Dogz treats our puppy like the prince that he is. Lucky Dogz has been the perfect match for us. They match groups of dogs up perfectly and maintain a safe and active environment. Our Lab Puppy is full of energy, and every day he comes home relaxed from a full day of care and play. The owners are accommodating, organized and most of all very friendly. Our Pup shouts Five Barks for Lucky Dogz!

Deanna was absolutely amazing! Both my dogs received the best care, she was very accommodating to us and the needs of our dogs. She always responded in a timely matter. Will definitely be using her services again!!

Rosie is absolutely wonderful! She is not only reliable but also incredibly loving towards our dog. Every time we leave our pet with her, we have complete peace of mind knowing that she is in great hands. Rosie goes above and beyond to ensure our dog is happy, well-cared for, and safe. We also love all the pictures she shares with us of the activities our dog is doing! We couldn’t ask for better dog care and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring.

Rosie kept our dog overnight. Our dog can be nervous, especially around new people, but she warmed immediately to Rosie during our meet and greet time. In less than ten minutes my dog was sitting next to her getting her ears rubbed! Rosie was also careful to introduce our dog to her other boarders one at a time so that she could be sure that animals had good interaction and our dog was not overwhelmed. We will definitely place our pup in Rosie’s care again when needed!

Rosie has been caring for my 3 fur babies for a couple years now and always pampers my pooches to the point they don’t want to leave! I feel so very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and she always accommodates me the best she can (especially last minute). When I pick up the dogs, they honestly act as though they don’t want to leave. That is a true sign that they are loved and cared for by Rosie. I highly recommend her!

Rosie has been a phenomenal find! Our dog (3 year old goldendoodle) loves to stay with her in her home when we are busy or on vacation. She keeps in touch by sending pictures while we're away and our dog always looks so happy to be with Rosie and the other dogs. We will definitely be using her again - 5 stars!

Rosie is the best! My dog loves her daycare days to the point where it's almost impossible to get her in the car when I come to pick her up, even after a full day of playing. She always comes home happy and tired, and Rosie is so sweet with her. I can't recommend her and Main Line Dog Care enough!

We've boarded our 10 year old Havepoo Daisy with Rosie several times in the last year. Each time has been a very good experience for both Daisy and us. Rosie's love and commitment to the dogs in her care is always evident. She is reliable and very easy to work with. I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020. I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in! She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3

We are so lucky we found Rosie! She cares for our 6 year old labradoodle Quincy like we do in our own home. She spoils him with daily walks and visits to the dog park. Hi - I recently traveled to Europe for a week and Rosie watched my 2 Chesapeakes and did an amazing job. One of my dogs is epileptic and Rosie was great about giving him all his medications. I will definitely be using Main Line Dog Care again.

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!

I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Howls and Meows and Colleen always take great care of our dog Nelson. There are always other dogs to play with and plenty of space to run around. Highly recommend!

Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!

Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!

We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.

Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

We love the service Colleen provides through Howls and Meows Pet Sitting for our dog, whom she walks every day. Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. It's a huge relief to know that our dog will get some TLC during the day. I love that Colleen sends a note after every visit. Hire her! You'll wonder why you ever dealt with other dog walkers or pet sitters.

Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.
