Had a lovely stay at Cat and Ben’s over the Easter bank holiday weekend! Sammy was a delight to hang out with, the house was super comfortable, and the area had plenty of nice green spaces and food spots. Really easy communication with Cat who left clear instructions on how to look after Sammy. Would certainly recommend to other sitters and it would be a pleasure to repeat the favour for Cat and Ben in the future!
I had a wonderful stay! Judith and Martin are really welcoming and kind. The animals are all super cute and its making fun to look after them. The place is amazing, super cosy and beautiful. The house and garden is made to relax and spend time with the animals. Both made it easy to feel welcome and home. For me it was an amazing experience!
Don’t be fooled by Smithy’s stern expression in his ‘portrait’ pics, he is the happiest, most content little fella imagineable and looking after him was a synch. Though not a huge eater, this boys energy was unreal. John and I walked the length and breadth of DC with Smithy happily trotting along between us and he still had the energy to use his cuteness against us, enticing us into a game of ‘catch’ in the garden afterwards. That said, Smithy is equally happy curled up at home whenever the weather didn’t play nicely. He stood patiently whilst being bathed after a particularly muddy experience and couldn’t wait to snuggle between when it was time to settle down for the night. He really was that easy - not only to care for, but to love. Audrey was communicative throughout and this was made all the more important with impromptu maintenance needed at the house during our stay. Set within an up and coming neighbourhood, this is a great sit for those wishing to immerse themselves into a local community. There was always someone ‘out and about’, ready to chat and get to know the new folk in town. The available off-street parking was a huge bonus and allowed the opportunity to explore the wider area without time constraints. For those wishing to closer to home though, Audrey and Pat were happy for respectful guests to visit - how often does that level of trust happen on a sit? Overall, this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we would sit for Smithy again in a heart beat.
Looking after Kacey and Dee's fur babies was a delightful experience. Their home is in a great location whereby walking the dogs was 1 minute away from the sea. Archimedes a dash hound and Belle a poodle are the most adorable dogs! They love being cuddled and are so sweet natured. The house was lovely and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I felt very welcomed indeed. I loved my dog sit and I am sure whoever they have in the future will have equally a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful house-sit in Woolacombe at Tim and Helen's. They were very warm and welcoming and their house is beautiful! We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the stunning views from the house. Their three dogs were adorable and we really enjoyed looking after them. Pippin and Ziggy are quite lively on walks while Bentley is the old man of the group! They were great little characters and it was a wonderful sit!
