Very disappointed that when I called I was told a price on a groom. And then when I called back to set up an appointment, I then was informed that they don’t take “BIG DOGS”. Isn’t the owner a guy?. Since when is a standard doodle 40 pounds considered a big dog?🤔 I can understand if I was asking about like a great Pyrenees or a huge German Shepherd or Bernie’s Mountain dog. But a 40 pound doodle? And as for my smaller dog, I will gladly take my business somewhere else. I’m glad I asked people on Facebook after calling and getting this response because I have now found out a lot of things, not so good from other customers that used to go there.
They take great care of my doggo every time. They’re so gentle and reassuring with her. She has anxiety about nail clipping and getting a bath, so they talk to and pet Mira to help calm her down. She comes home smelling like a baby and she’s so soft and fluffy. They’re amazing!
We take our chonky kitty here for his grooming and they are really great with him. When we drive him there, he cries the whole time but when we drive home he is happy as can be and trots about the house in all of his majestic glory lol. 10/10 Totally recommend.
They did a wonderful job. Wondering why if grooming is 50 then why does it cost so much for just a bath for a dog. Was quoted 37.
Great with our dog and very worth the time and money! Thank you for always doing a fantastic job!
our beagle hates getting nails trimmed but they make it super quick and easy!! staff is always friendly and the facility is clean.
Very pleased with the grooming our Pomeranians received!! We absolutely will go back here to keep the pups looking great! Ninja & Gorilla are happy too! Thank you!!
They worked with me on figuring out how to get my dog groomed since I have a crazy work schedule, they were kind enough to let me drop him off before work and pick him up after work. And my doggy was all nice and clean!!
Our Great Dane doesn't like her nails done. They did a great job, took time and explained a couple things also. We'll be back!
Our dog Lacey loves getting groomed here. The staff treat her awesome and she always treats them to her smile.
