Our dog Poncho loves going hiking with Chrissy and Kylee! We live in an apartment, so I wasn't sure how difficult it would be for them to pick him up, but they didn't have any issues with it. They send the CUTEST pictures and videos while they're out and about. We have also boarded with Chrissy. It was such a relief to find a daycare that does more than just leave the dogs crammed in a room. Finding Tails N Trails has been such a relief and Poncho clearly loves going.

Tails n' Trails Worcester is the best! Our dog Levi gets so excited when he puts his gear on and see's Chrissy or Maddy's car with all his friends. Off leash hikes are the perfect exercise to get his energy out and socialize with other dogs. Chrissy & Maddy are super flexible & the best when it comes to communicating and sending updates - they take such great pictures and videos. We've also utilized the overnight boarding and we feel so great knowing that Levi is being treated like one of their own. Could not recommend them enough!

Top notch all around from walking, pet sitting and training (ask for Dave, he is the dog whisperer, expert, collaborator, problem solver all around great person to hang out with). Communication is excellent, too. Highly recommend Tails and Trails! So do Daisy and Bowser. ❤️

Tails N' Trails, and specifically Christine, is so wonderful! My husband and I adopted a puppy Fall 2020 and needed help with dog walking about 2 days a week. Christine was very reassuring with any concerns we initially had about leaving our little guy. We did a meet and greet and I knew right away that we could trust Christine. Mello(our puppy) LOVES Christine and we know that he is in very good hands. I can tell that Christine treats Mello as if he was his own pup! We always get prompt and detailed updates when he arrives and leaves as well as cute photos. We would highly recommend Tails N' Trails to anyone wanting the best care for their pet!

I’ve been using Tails n’ Trails constantly since July and they are just the absolute best. Chrissy is so professional and takes the dogs on the most exciting adventures! And I’m convinced one of my dogs loves Maddie Pupka more than he loves me! 🤣 I love the pictures and commentary they share and, most importantly, I know my dogs are safe in their care! My crazy beagle Romeo comes home exhausted and happy every time he gets to go with them! Couldn’t recommend them more!

My 10 month old puppy loves her time walking, hiking, exploring and meeting lots of other dogs with Maddy. What a great service this has been for our puppy who was very afraid of other dogs. Our pup is now socialized, well exercised and happy. So glad we found this group who obviously love what they do!

We started training our dog Neptune with David about two months ago. He is clearly passionate about what he does and the animals he works with. He’s been very patient with Neptune and shown his skill not only in dog handling but teaching us as well. We really couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. So far the entire experience with Tails and Trails has been great. Very professional and most importantly, great communication. We’re looking forward to Neptune gaining the confidence he needs to go on some off leash group walks!

Chrissy is one of the best dog walkers I have worked with and I wish I could rank this business higher than a 5. As an owner of a German Shepard, I was nervous about getting him set up with a dog walker who might not know how to handle them. Tails n' trails has been one of the best things to happen to him as Chrissy is so gifted with handling him and she genuinely cares about all the dogs that are in her care. She also made it very easy of me with logistical things like timing and her communication is impeccable so you truly have nothing to worry about and you can ensure that your pet is safe and well taken care of. She has truly been such an amazing person to work with and both me and my dog are very happy!

Chrissy is by far the best person to have take your pups for a hike. i’ve gone with many hiking companions, but i never felt a good vibe like i do with chrissy. she is patient with each dog, and understands what each one needs. she sends updates, and pictures throughout the hike. if your looking for someone you can trust with your “kids” def reach out to chrissy

We hired 4Paws to watch our 3 dogs and a cat while we went on vacation recently. I would absolutely recommend Lori to everyone! We got cute daily updates and photos of the pets.Because of weather, Lori did extra visits to make sure the dogs weren’t outside too long. We did not have to worry at all about the pets because of her excellent care. She even won over our cat who usually does not come out to see anyone but family. She was very thorough ( finding out everything about the pets care, personalities and our expectations) and also flexible for any situations that came up. Excellent service!!

Lori was fantastic! She took wonderful care of our cat while we were out of town. We didn’t have to worry about anything——she even took in the mail! We’re looking forward to having her back to meet our new puppy soon. I’d highly recommend you contact Lori if you have pet sitting needs!

Lori and Renee first came into our lives back in 2013 to help care for our geriatric medically complicated kitties during a rare trip out of town. They are honest, trustworthy, caring and just delightful human beings. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They are that AWESOME!!! We continue to use their services exclusively several times a year and couldn’t be happier or more comfortable with who is watching over our fur babies when we can’t. Total peace of mind. We are truly thankful to have Lori and Renee in our lives.

We recently adopted two very large senior labradors, sweet dogs but with some behavioral/anxiety problems. We had lost our dog a year before and thought they would fit in nicely with our family. After six months of trying in earnest to make it work we were feeling very overwhelmed and we nearly threw in the towel. Then a kind neighbor suggested we seek help from a trainer. I found Doggone Fit through a posting on a local FB board and gave them a call. From the moment the owner answered they have been amazing to work with. I highly recommend them if you are in need of some help getting some help with handling your dog. If you want more detail, read on: We were connected to a trainer who coincidentally lives a few blocks from our home in Holden, Richie. He was a last ditch effort to save our relationship with these dogs, and we are happy to report that he did. He did this by teaching us what we needed to know and showing us what our dogs needed from us. As is typical, we were unwittingly causing most of the problems. He introduced us to E-Collars, which to be honest we were very reluctant to consider. Not a little reluctant, extremely so. He suggested we try them on ourselves before putting them on the dogs. They were not painful, merely briefly uncomfortable. In that first session Richie took our most problematic dog Cooper and fixed the main problem in about a half hour using the e-collar. Cooper has needed some reminders as to what his expected behavior is but for the most part Richie taught him what he needed to know while also giving us the tools to know how to reinforce it. To me, this was remarkable. In a few training sessions Richie taught us methods and gave us advice on how to handle the dogs, use the collars, and how to correct their behavior. It has been a couple months since then and I'm very happy to report that while two dogs equaling 200 lbs (!) are still overwhelming at times we have figured out how to live together in relative peace. We learned our role and the dogs have too. They still need some work but Richie, the e-Collars, and our consistency has definitely changed our dogs for the better. With Richie's helpful, patient guidance our dogs have become far easier to handle. One last thought about the e-collar. After using them for a few months, I finally realized it is a way for you to clearly communicate with your dog, it's like a radio that speaks a language that dogs understand. We had sweet dogs who wanted to please but before the collars we were speaking a language they didn't understand, now they do and everything has improved since then. I am absolutely GOBSMACKED. After an initial assessment with my 7 month old Pittie/Pointer mix and 2 year old Hound/Pincer mix (both rescues) on Sunday at their faciility, Richie Marin came to our home last night for in home training. We had been having a terrible time with walks with the young pup tugging the lead, counter surfing for food, and overall naughty behavior with my elderly cats. My 2 year old dog had picked up bad habits, and behavior changes from the pup, and from the change in the hierarchy in the house. The barking was driving me nuts, the incessant dogs shadowing my every move. Gah! Well, there is a new sheriff in town. Richie whipped both dogs into shape in one session, and taught our family how to train them on "place", sleep in crates (first night was harder on me than them, but I got my best night of sleep last night in months). Richie and the team at Doggonefit have changed our lives, and given me a peace-filled home again. I am vacillating between tears of joy and shaking my head in wonder at how easy life can be with consistency, know-how and diligence. Absolutely astounding. Cannot thank DoggoneFit enough. You guys are seriously - the BOMB!! All that money spent on doggie play dates and toys was a waste. Bring your dogs to Richie, and you will have more money in your pocket, a peaceful home, and well-behaved dogs that you can be proud to introduce to your friends.

Best canine care around! Absolutely cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience has been. Erin has been walking my dog Annie (60 lb lab/pointer mix) for at least 5 years now and she is a happy healthy dog because of it. They treat each dog like it was his or her own. Expert training and care no matter the breed (small, medium, large & XL. Boarding with Doggone Fit has also been perfect. So thankful for this group of excellent trainers.

We started our dog with Doggone fit as a puppy and it’s been the BEST decision we’ve ever made! He loves going on his adventure hikes and getting exercise, and the added discipline/training element that’s built in has made him into such a remarkably well behaved and enjoyable dog. Richie has been working with our puppy since she was 12 weeks old. She has gone from a scared little one who shook and wouldn’t walk past cars to a delightful, confident and friendly dog with people and animals. I originally hired Doggone fit for Ellie to have exercise and activity with other dogs (which has been great for tiring her out) but I totally underestimated the value of the training the dogs get while out with their pack. She sits patiently at corners when we walk her, she plays politely with other dogs, and she has excellent recall already at age 5.5 months. Heidi, the owner, is wonderful at getting back to you quickly about any scheduling or billing questions. Matt, one of the other trainers also boarded Ellie for a night and was great about updating us about how she was doing and picked her up at our house and dropped her off without any issues. Everyone is wonderful and I really can’t say enough about how great Richie has been. Doggone fit is worth every penny (it’s a little more costly than a short walk) and is helping us raise a well adjusted, obedient, and friendly family pet. Do yourself a favor and call them.

We had a fabulous experience! Richie was kind, considerate and non-judge mental. Our 185 lb dog was becoming a behavior issue and we needed help. Richie taught us that we were not communicating and getting respect. We learned how to use a few tools and our dog is now manageable by all members of our family. We still have work to do but Richie is patient and continues to encourage us!!! The owner was easy to work with and extremely accommodating - highly recommend!!!!

You will NEVER find anyone who will love and care for your pet, more than yourself, than the team at Doggone Fit! With first hand experience of seeing Heidi and her team care for, train, enforce obedience (human and animal) and share unconditional love for all animals, you would have to leave 3 states before you find 1 person qualified to care for your family pet outside of Doggone Fit! We trust them 100% 👍🏻

We had two ‘foster failure’ pups we adopted. After 6 months, they continued to be terrified of cars, anyone entering our house, and in a final straw, one was nipping and growling at our kids (as we have 5 kids I was seriously debating re-homing one). Richie worked with every member of our family - establishing rules, teaching us training, and was ALWAYS available via text/call or message. After 3 visits - they are new dogs. I am beyond elated to have the dogs I had always hoped for - and as a therapist I am thrilled that they can come to work with me! We recently had friends over and they were AMAZED how well our dogs behaved and are planning on contacting Richie. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

DGF has truly have been an incredible support to our dog and family. We never thought we could have an off leash dog! We are so thankful for the valuable skills and knowledge learned prior to, during and after training to make sure our pup is happy and successful. With the right effort and maintenance we continue look REALLY good at home, and out in public!!! So thankful for them!!! ❤️❤️❤️

These guys are the most trustworthy pet care facility that you will find. I had to go in for eye surgery, so I knew I had to find a place for my dog Nacho. He had stayed here before and it was a great place for he and I.

Fantastic place for overnight boarding! I just moved to the area and prefer a boarding/daycare location over burdening someone to take care of my high maintenance Frenchman. I love how I can completely customize his stay with playtime/snacks/webcam options etc. Being able to peek in on him in his suite while I’m away helps relieve my anxiety so much as well. Everyone on the team there is so kind during every interaction and on the phone. I’ve taken my little guy to large boarding locations like this where I used to live and this experience is much better in terms of not overcrowding and the ratio of team members to pets. You don’t need to worry about your pet being ignored or missing a meal, they are on top of it! My guy loves it here and we will for sure be returning in the future!

My boyfriend and I boarded our dogs here for five nights and it was not a good experience. Firstly, we boarded them around Labor Day Weekend. Which limited us on kennel selection (It happens). However, we wanted our dogs together for comfort purposes. While the sizes are listed, the rooms appear to be smaller than expected. They also removed one of the beds from the room. Luckily, my boyfriend thought to bring a pillow that one of our dogs sleeps on. Otherwise, this small room would have had two dogs and one bed. No one from the facility informed us of this until I called inquiring about the second bed (We paid for the webcam services). They remove the second bed to give the dogs more space. If you are having to remove a bed, you probably shouldn’t have two dogs sharing a room. Note* this space was for a Husky 53 pounds and an Australian Shepherd 42 pounds. One of our dogs does not always play well with others. So, we selected family play time in their al a carte services. I called and stated our other dog can do regular play time along with family play time. They didn’t listen to instructions and just applied one piece of information to both dogs. There was diarrhea in our dogs room on two separate occasions. I had to call the facility both times to bring this to their attention. Took about a half hour for them to clean the room. Also, because they didn’t know which dog it came from, it limited their overall play time. Our dogs are very active and I don't think they took them out consistently for family or group play time. One of our dogs had diarrhea for four days after coming home. Likely due to stress. They never called to let us know about any medical issues. Overall disappointed in facility services and communication. In the photos below, you can see the two separate occasions of one or even both our dogs having diarrhea. It goes from bad to worse, never got a call. You can see the in picture where the bed is moved, our Aussie is alone with the door to the patio closed. Where is our other dog and why is she left alone in a dirty room with no air flow? I doubt any human being would want to be locked and left in a room with feces all over the place. Disgusting. Paid over $500 for this luxury treatment.

We are Very particular with who watches my dogs as they’re the closest thing too kids to me we have been using the barkwood even since changing ownership and have had no issues. It’s nice being able to see our babys when we are away. Thank you BWI.

The Barkwood Inn & Pet Resort is officially my #1 go-to place to drop off my Husky’s for boarding or day care. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. I am very grateful for them; I recommend them 110% to anyone who needs their dogs to stay there. They are clean, responsible, loving with the dogs, and provide excellent customer service. My dogs stayed their for 10 days; I searched various places to board my dogs and was left dissatisfied; But I found Barkwood Inn and this is the best place in town! I love my dogs and worry a lot about them, so I was very anxious when I first left them at barkwood. However, the manager and the staff at Barkwood Inn, were always attentive to my needs as a pet owner; especially, to my dog needs. They are on top of everything and respond back to any calls or concerns whether through the day time or the night time. The webcam allowed me to feel more comfortable leaving them at boarding since I was able to watch my dogs at any time of the day and/or during their play time hours. My Huskies were able to play with other doggies and Barkwood Inn always posted pictures of them. My dogs returned back much happier and gained a couple pounds since they were eating correctly and being taken care of so well by Barkwood Inn. I am incredibly grateful and happy with my dog’s stay here at Barkwood Inn. Thank you to Megan (the manager) and the rest of the staff of Barkwood Inn for their patience, care, understanding, and amazing work ethic!!

My two dogs (two years old) stayed with Barkwood this past weekend while I was out of town and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, which immediately made us feel better about our dogs staying there. Every staff member we spoke to was kind and answered all of our questions. The webcams were so fun and allowed us to make sure our dogs were behaving and having a good time. One of our dogs refused to get in the car when after we picked them up! They had such a good time, and the pricing was so reasonable we are looking forward to using their boarding services again soon! We truly felt like our dogs were safe, well cared for, and loved!

We can't express enough how beyond satisfied we are with Barkwood Inn. We had our granddog Hunter there for 30 days. Staff is so caring, everytime i called to check in on Hunter the Staff was very pleasant and friendly answered all my questions. I love how they take daily pictures of the dogs. When we pick Hunter up he is always so clean and obedient . Their facility is crispy clean and top notch. We highly recommend Barkwood Inn. GIve them a try you won't be disappointed. I am completely shocked and disgusted by the way my dog was treated while staying at the Barkwood Inn this past week 4/6/24 to 4/13/24. My dog was separated and kept from any playtime for 4 days of his 7 days at the Barkwood due to being “ill”. Which I would understand had this illness not been from the negligence on the staffs part. Come to find out he was ill because the staff did not follow the feeding instructions provided to them. They took it upon themselves to change his food (even though we sent him with more than enough food, they even sent all but two days of food back in the bags we separated out for him) This caused him to have diarrhea. They then proceed to continue giving him the food they had without permission and would not let him play with the others dogs because he had diarrhea. They were supposed to call and provide updates on his condition and did not the only reason I knew he was not being allowed to join playtime still was because I was watching him on the webcams. He was better on Saturday and they still continued to not allowed to play with the other dogs causing us to have a family member come pick him up early so would stop being neglected. I can not for the life of me understand why they would change a dogs food rapidly like this it is common knowledge that doing this causes dogs to get diarrhea. I do not suggest sending your pets here as it is clear that the staff does not have the proper training or education to properly feed/care for animals even when clear instructions are provided. I wish I could give them negative stars as this was the most stressful boarding experience for both myself and my dog. This business owes my poor dog a huge apology for the way the mishandled his stay.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the booking process was easy. The facility is clean and well appointed. I love that I have the option for web cam access to keep an eye on my boarded pups, and they also post daily pictures on social media so I can see them there as well. My dogs were well cared for and came home clean. Pricing is reasonable, and they offer a discount for multiple dogs sharing a room. I've checked out other facilities with equivalent pricing that offer concrete and chain link "cells" in a barn. The Barkwood Inn is warm and inviting, and I felt comfortable leaving my beloved doggos with them.

I typically refrain from sharing negative experiences, but I feel it's important to inform fellow pet parents about my recent situation. I began bringing my dog to Waggerz in July, while it was still under the original ownership of Sherry, who provided excellent care and attention to my dog and the other pets. We had no issues during this time. However, after a week-long closure in September, I learned that the facility was under new ownership and Sherry was no longer there. Shortly after, I received troubling reports about my dog licking the floor excessively, to the point of vomiting hair. I was never contacted during the day about this behavior, despite my dog showing no signs of distress at home. The staff suggested I take her to the vet, despite her having just undergone a comprehensive wellness exam in July, which showed no health issues. I believed her licking was more behavioral than medical, as she was content at home with interactive toys. Each time I picked her up, I was assured she was doing well, yet the morning staff often mentioned ongoing issues. After several weeks of this inconsistent communication, my dog developed an abscess on her foot, leading to a three-week recovery period. During this time, I proactively had her blood tested, and all results were normal. Doubts began to surface when I contacted Waggerz on October 21st to check on my remaining package days. I was informed of a “hair situation” regarding my dog allegedly pulling hair from other dogs' tails—something I had never been made aware of prior. This was concerning, especially since my dog had not been there in weeks and had always socialized well without such behavior. On October 22nd, I expressed my concerns about the lack of consistent communication to a staff member and requested daily updates. When I picked her up that day, I was told she had been great and hadn’t licked the floor at all. However, on October 24th, the story changed dramatically; I was informed that she had licked the floor so much that she threw up—something I found difficult to believe given her feeding schedule. Additionally, I was alarmed to witness her urinating in the lobby, which indicated to me that she may not have had proper bathroom access during the day (unfortunately, we’re not just talking about a dribble, we’re talking almost a minute long, back legs shaking from squatting so long kind of pee). This experience has raised serious concerns about the new management and their ability to provide adequate care. While I understand that transitions can be challenging, effective communication and attentiveness to the pets’ needs must be prioritized. Ultimately, I lost trust in their ability to care for my dog. We have since switched to a new daycare, and I am pleased to report that my dog is thriving without the issues she experienced at Waggerz.

We love this place! We send both our dogs to Waggerz for daycare and boarding. Waggerz staff is great, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We recently adopted a second dog, they were great with him (more so with me). They know their stuff about dogs. Our dogs come back exhausted from a day of exercise. They must wipe them down with puppy wipes, our guy always smells so good when he comes home, no kennel smell. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. They do grooming as well; great for us; we drop off for daycare and our guy comes back with his nails done. Great place for pups.

The best dog daycare in Worcester. My dog leaves tired and happy every day. I get to go home and relax with her, instead of spending the evening going on 3 walks in between her bouncing off the walls. You can tell the staff have a true love for dogs and what they do. If you're an animal person, these are your animal people.

Waggers is a great lounge for my little Rocky. He loves going there. Everyone is super sweet and so accommodating.

I have a couple of clients that bring thier dogs here for doggy day care the staff is always nice helpful and professional. They are also excellent with the dogs the dogs that I bring there are always excited to get there and when coming home happy and totally tired while coming home would definitely recommend bringing your pup here

I’m so glad we found Waggerz Lounge for our dog. The staff is great and very caring! We boarded Scarlett and she interacted with lots of dogs; the socialization with other dogs is great for her. They get lots of exercise because when she comes home she just wants to sleep. . It’s great knowing we can make last minute reservations for either day care or boarding along with feeling comfortable that she’s in good hands.

Our dog Sully loves going to waggerz. We have been going here for over 5 years for both daycare and boarding. The staff are great with all the dogs and I feel very comfortable leaving Sully both for the day and overnight if needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable doggy daycare! Great hours and prices!

Very friendly and caring staff. My dog loves it here, she can't wait to go in the mornings . Ive also left her with them on at least 3 occasions for a week, and every time I pick her up shes healthy and happy! This place allows me to relax on vacation as I dont need to worry about my dog. Staff is wonderful. They are like family, except nice!

I can't say enough about Waggerz' Lounge. Great spot for doggy daycare. Been coming here for 4 years now. My dog always gets all of her energy out and is asleep for 2 days afterwards. The staff is attentive, polite, and respectful. They're always updating records to making sure that all the dogs are up to date with their vaccinations. Great hours for early in the morning drop off and late afternoon pick-up. Boarding is easy to do, just have to call and reserve a spot. There are two pens: one for big dogs and one for smaller dogs. From what I can see, all the dogs have a great time playing with each other. I can't recommend Waggerz' enough.

Our fur baby absolutely loves Lucky Paw Lodge! He wags his tail uncontrollably when he's going inside. The staff love him and it shows. We take him there sometimes just so he can play with the other dogs and pick him up the same day. I would highly recommend Lucky Paw!

This place is incredible. Massive, very well put together inside, and staffed with dog lovers. We showed up without an appointment on a whim, and were offered to tour the entire facility without hesitation- This REALLY put my mind at ease! The facility was clean, organized and humming with activity. My 3 dogs aren't exactly easy to handle. They lost some manners during the pandemic and we have gone through many in-house dog sitters since then. What a relief to find a place that is comfortable handling them AND the dogs love to be at!

I just wanted to say thank you for making Belgiums stay so comfortable. I feel good when he stays with you. He is tired, but a good tired when he comes home. You all are so great. Belgium and I appreciate your love and comfort. We will definatly be visiting again. Much ❤️

After being on a wait list for daycare for a few months a space opened up for our 11 month old rescue. He loves going twice a week. Can't get inside fast enough! We love him going because he is zonked out for a day and a half afterward. I recently had a minor complication to an out of state surgery that we weren't expecting and we were not going to make it back home in time for pickup. Lucky Paw had no problem transitioning our pup to board for the evening. We hadn't left any food/snacks or prepared for an overnight and even so, the team assured us he'd be fine and they would make sure he was fed and had whatever he needed. We were so thankful!!! It's a big relief to have such a trustworthy local resource.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Well organized and nice location. Our dog was there 2 nights/days and appears to be well taken care of. I'm sure that we will be back with Molly the next time we need daycare or boarding for her.

I recommend Lucky Paw Lodge for doggy boarding. My doggos Milo and Penny were healthy, evidently well cared for and happy when I picked them up after their stay.

Lucky Paws is really clean, and the staff is friendly and loves dogs Ellie has a great time in play group and they put her on Facebook having fun. Every time we go there, we get the shampoo and nail clip what a wonderful job they do. It takes the worry out of going on vacation. Deb and I are so happy we discovered lucky paws.

My Sailor absolutely loves the Lucky Paw Lodge. He goes a couple days of week for doggy daycamp and he absolutely loves it. He gets super excited when we get to the parking lot and he knows he is going to see all his friends. He cries however all the way home which makes me sad that he doesn't want to go home with his Momma. He has done the train and play program which was huge in his development as a rescue puppy. The staff are amazing and love each dog like it's their own. They have been very accommodating even when I had to make a last minute boarding for a hospital stay, not even knowing how long it would be. They trim his nails every month and baths as needed. He loves the attention and treats.

I am truly grateful for Starwood pet resort for taking care of my lovely Ginger cat when i was a way. I am very thankful for the staff and especially Nathan and Finny who sent me daily updates and pictures that really eased my anxiety. It was my first time leaving my feline friend in a pet resort and to add to that, he had blood in his stool same day of resort drop off so i had to take him to the vet before dropping him off at the resort. As you can imagine my worry and anxiety grew double and leaving for my vacation was not easy. However i am incredibly thankful for Starwood who took amazing care of my boy in regards to food, medicine but also cuddled and played with him in addition to providing me with daily updates. Again i am especially grateful for Nathan and Finny who went above and beyond to ensure Ginger is happy and i am at ease and in the know. I wish they were more people like them! I highly recommend Starwood pet resort; they are amazing and i know you will leave your furry friends in safe hands!

I am very slow to trust anyone with my dog, but he has always come home healthy and happy. They’re always quick to let me know how he is doing, even if I call too frequently to check in. I am so glad to have found a place for my buddy.

I appreciate the customer service I received at Starwood. When I booked my dog’s stay, I was given an incorrect price for boarding so I was a bit surprised when I arrived at drop off. The owner was contacted and she was able to provide me a price that was close to the quoted price. I was immediately satisfied! Both of my dogs had an amazing time. Because of the customer service and the great experience my dogs had, I already booked them for July.

Staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of services for your dog during its stay. My dog Lizzy came out unscathed and no issues. She did pick up some kind of respiratory sickness after her stay but she was brought to the vet and given antibiotics to treat it. Other than that I had a good experience. I will use them again next time, thanks 👍

Edit: He has plenty of time to respond to reviews but no time to call us back. This incident happened prior to COVID. I never said our dog was attacked so I'm not sure who you're quoting there. You did ghost us and now are being dishonest online. If you're a potential customer reading this review you don't have to take my advice. I'm just sharing my poor experience. I would also note his response and how he is more concerned with a negative review than actually caring about his customers. We were bringing our dog here for daycare until one day she got bit by another dog. The owner said he would take care of the cost of the surgery. However he sent a check for part of the cost and then completely ghosted us. He stopped returning our calls. It's been 3 years and we haven't heard a peep. I would never recommend this place.

We love Starwood! Our shy medium-sized dog, Dahlia, has been going there for about 9 months now and we wouldn't bring her anywhere else! We have done both daycare and boarding and she always comes home happy, healthy and tired!

Honestly They deserve 0 stars but I was required to put 1, I don't understand how this place is 4.7 stars. It smells horribly, the staff doesn't seem like they care at all that pets are there and my dog came home with kennel cough AFTER getting the medicine before being left in their care, not to mention the fact she seems completely spooked by everything since coming home. She won't eat by herself, or go-to the bathroom alone, and when we picked her up we were told she was moved away from other dogs because she was barking to much, SHE DOESN'T BARK AT ANYTHING, and when my partner and I called during our vacation to check in (because we were anxious the entire trip after seeing the state of the place) the person who answered seemed more interested in getting us off the phone rather than easing our nerves this place is trash and needs to be shut down.

Left my baby (mini poodle) Bella there for a week while we took the kids on vacation. I’m sure they took good care of her as Bella seems to be fine after coming back, besides from her diarrhea (maybe caused by stress?). The only thing I wish they did differently is that they had called me before changing her diet. She was given cat food, according to them because she was not eating well which I appreciate as I understand being her first time in a new environment with “strangers” and barking dogs which she has never been exposed to was going to decrease her appetite. Also, she smelled pretty bad. Her harness had a very strong dog urine smell so did her bed and blanket. Not a big deal, I don’t expect this place to smell like flowers as they deal with so many dogs… but maybe would appreciate a bit of spritz on there… the ride home was not fun!!

I had a very last minute family emergency and Tom was so amazing to work with me. He found a spot for my 2 dogs during a high season. Made the entire process simple. I was greeted by the most compassionate and attentive group of people who helped me in with my food and dogs. They were thoughtful, sensitive to me. My dogs are in the best care. I bumped into Tom leaving and he was just as friendly in person as in all our prior contact. This establishment was clean. Everyone just so personable and kind. They really love dogs here. I have found a home away from home. If you need daycare or boarding this is the place!!! Thank you again to everyone at Starwood! 🙏

This is by far the best place, not only do they LOVE the dogs, but love the dog parents too! My parents found Woof through Jim who has groomed my parents dogs for years. I got my own little girly and she now not only sees Jim, but LOVES playcare! My 8 pound menace has come out of her shell, is getting trained, and did a better job at boarding while I got married than her mom did! Special shoutout to Jim, Maria, Valdita, & Makayla!! The whole staff is the BEST!!

I wish I read the recent reviews. They need training in customer service. The person I talked to over the phone was condescending and this should not be tolerated by any customers. That is not how you treat customers even if they get upset with certain circumstances especially rescheduling last minute. Instead of apologizing, she felt the need to be righteous and tell me all grooming places do this. This is my dog's third appointment. I told her thats incorrect and she kept talking over me. Definitely she needs to consider training in customer services. I am happy to look elsewhere. There are better grooming place than this. Run away if you want reliability and pleasant services.

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.

I called for a quote to have both my mini golden doodles groomed in the travel van. Pam answered the telephone and was not only condescending and rude she told me it would cost $160 each to groom my mini doods. I pay $93 each animal at my current groomer. Definitely shop around and avoid Pam. There’s a good chance she treats your animals the same way she talks to you on the phone. Rude condescending and disrespectful.

Had a great grooming session for my golden doodle. He cooperated very well n had been beautifully groomed by TLC Pet Haven. I would definitely go to the same place even though it is about 20+ miles drive for us...

Took my golden doodle. Yondu. for grooming and a boarding trial you can tell he’s well taken care of by the staff . They are passionate and caring for both cats and dogs I might even bring my cat there someday.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The flexibility alone makes it the best! My Teddy loves loves coming here. He comes for daycare and grooming and you can tell from the minute we walk in they care so much about every animal there. I am grateful to live close to them and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our dog has been going to TLC for daycare for about a year now. Some of the nicest people I have met who always greet our dog by name when she comes in. Very convenient, very reasonable pricing. We also use their boarding services and have them give her a bath at the end, definitely an expert tip right there. At the end of last year they gave us a hilarious yearbook of all the dogs that go to TLC, it was great. We have known TLC Pet Haven for at least twenty years! We took our Golden Retriever Beau there, our numerous cats over the years there, and our beautiful fifteen year old Othello just had his grooming this morning! They do a wonderful job! They love animals, and we are grateful for the services they provide, we wouldn't take our furbaby anywhere else!

Brittany comes to my home in a grooming van and is wonderful with my two small adult rescue dogs. She is very gentle even with my very nervous half Chihuahua, half Maltese. We love having her come.

I am so glad I found Fur-Sure! Pet Sitting to care for our two kitties. Brenda provided reliable care to our pets while we were away on a couple trips this summer. She took the time to meet our kitties in advance of the first trip which was helpful so she could get to know their home environment and habits. Our kitties are indoor/outdoor, so in the past my biggest worry when going away was that they might escape out the door…one of them has proven in the past to be a master escape artist. Brenda took extra care when entering and leaving. In addition to feeding them and cleaning the litter boxes, Brenda spent time with the kitties each day petting and brushing them. She also accommodated the daily habit of one of our kitties who likes to drink directly from a faucet. She also helped with keeping our dehumidifier emptied, taking in mail and packages, and taking apart and cleaning the kitties’ water fountain. Daily text updates and pictures were provided which were greatly appreciated. It’s interesting to see how your pets behave when you are not home. My two kitties have their own self-designated territories in the house, but when we were gone, they switched. On a recent trip, one of our cats suffered a tail injury several days prior to our departure. It was still in the healing process when we departed so Brenda kept a close eye on this for us and provided a daily assessment of how it looked and how he was responding. She made us aware right away about a reversal in the course of healing that required medical attention, so we were able to come home and attend to him. I highly recommend Brenda at Fur-Sure! Finding FUR SURE ( Brenda ) was like hitting the lottery for me and my little guy. I had been searching for someone to watch my dog for the Christmas holiday . But to no avail on ROVER or many other sites. I was at my wits end. Suddenly Brenda’s website popped up. What a find. I emailed her right away. She got to me shortly after . We talked about the situation and decided to do a meet and greet. It was absolutely the perfect , beautiful , clean place for my guy . It is like a haven for any dog. Big or small. There are great fenced in areas and trails for walking. Brenda loves to walk. Depending on the elements of course. The love and care she gives is amazing . My husband and I both work from home so leaving my older pup and older kitty for 10 days worried me very much. I wanted 4 daily visits and Brenda went above and beyond making sure my fur babies were well cared for. She even helped to take care of a wound on my pups cheek. I could tell my animals were not stressed or anxious as we have a puppy cam and i would check in on them frequently. Having peace of mind to attend my sons wedding and a vacation after was priceless. Nikki has been amazing in caring for our puppy River! She is reliable and River always has the best walks with her. Our schedule rotates but Nikki is very flexible and works with us every month. She also was very knowledgeable when taking care of her after her spay. We couldn’t have found a better pet sitter!

My pups and I LOVE Nikki. She is by far the most reliable and loving caregiver I’ve ever had for my dogs, and I’ve had a few. She cares for my fur babies the same way we do, if not better. My husband and I recently went out of the country for a week and we arranged for Nikki to make extra visits during the week, sometimes a few times a day. She sent a text with an update and pictures every time. And she does this every time she is with our pups on a normal basis. Nikki visits our dogs twice a week and our dogs now know when she’s coming. They wait by the door for her even if I’m home. I say that’s a very good sign. Nikki is genuine, professional and trustworthy. My husband doesn’t trust anyone in our home when we aren’t around but he trusts Nikki. We love the update report cards she provides from time to time. She lets you know if she notices something off with your pet. And, I think this is really cool, she even knows pet CPR!! If you are looking for the best care for your pet, you can’t go wrong with Nikki. I am beyond thankful to have found her. She is worth her weight in gold. A true angel.
