Libby was a lovely host - very welcoming. The house was really nice - very clean and spacious, in a lovely area close about 10 mins walk or a short tram ride to the Camberwell shops. Sam is such a sweet gentle dog. A happy soul who just loves to be with you. Still very active and fit for his 16 years! Very easy to look after. Would recommend this sit to anyone!
It was a real pleasure to look after Daisy, she's so adorable! We didn't get a chance to meet before the sit with Kendra but the welcome and accessibility of the house was very easy. Kendra was contactable if we had any worries and she had left us all the information we needed to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible!
This was a great 1st sit for me! Rod and Sheri are a lovely and very sweet couple. They welcomed me warmly into their home. The fur babies are two beautiful kitties 😻 Thor the male is the sweetest cat and was so easy to snuggle with and he was very social. The female ‘lil bit’ is a sweet cat but she doesn’t like strangers and hissed at me BUT i understood her being scared she erred on the side of caution having said that she would have a conversation with me with meowing😻 The house was comfortable and in a very quiet cul de sac up against a little stream with deer and lovely lighting from the neighbors. I highly recommend this sit and would definitely stay again. 😁
It was amazing to spend these days with Mojo. He is a very happy, playful and loving dog. He slept with us every night and was always around wanting to play with his toy ball. We will miss him, because the time with him passed very quickly ❤️ The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is very close to the beautiful Guincho Beach. Carina and Leo were very welcoming, they made sure we felt at home. We kept in touch daily and had a very nice evening with them before we left. We will definitely repeat the experience soon! Thank you so much for having us and for giving us this privilege to take care of Mojo.
It was such an immense joy and pleasure to sit for Jake. Boots is a sweet, sweet soul who loves humans and will steal your heart. He just loves pets and being close… from the very second you meet! Jake’s flat is beautiful, home-y, and very peaceful — and literally a stone’s throw away from the underground station. All amenities are within walking distance. Jake is very organised with all the details and is only a message away if needed. Thank you for this very special assignment, Jake! Thank you deeply for everything…. I miss your purring presence already, Boots! Future sitters: Do not hesitate to apply to/accept an assignment from Jake (and Boots).
Our stay at Erin and Guillaume's house was a beautiful discovery. Right next to the house, there are some walks along the river that you can enjoy, and they also have access to a hike up the mountain. The area is full of vineyards, so if you're wine lovers like us, you have the l'Hermitage area with internationally renowned wines. If you love mountains, a few minutes by car will take you to the Vercors National Park. What amazed us was the presence of a local 24-hour automated store right across the house, offering local products. It was incredible because we always had food available. Regarding the dogs, both have different personalities but are very lovely dogs. If you're active, the one that will match better with you will be Marble, a Border Collie that always up to play. Chili is more sensitive but will always be close to you for some affection. We traveled with our dog Nikita, and all three got along very well. Additionally, if you're remote workers, this house is perfect for you as it offers a good internet connection and a proper office space where you can comfortably set up to work without any issues. Thank you, Erin and Guillaume, for opening the doors of your home to us and for an incredible month. We would love to come back in the future.

Auntie Katie's Pet Services - amazing. She's fantastic with our old man (Ronnie, who is almost 17) and he adores her. She takes his needs into account when planning his care and activities and is thoroughly prepared for all eventualities. I would always highly recommend Katie - we won't use anyone else now.
I cannot recommend Auntie Katie enough!! She is absolutely incredible.. my 3 fur babies LOVED staying with her. They were so loved and were so well looked after. Enrichment activities, adventure walks, and even training! They didn’t want to come home. Katie also sends you updates on how your fur family are getting on and it’s just such a remarkable service. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Do not hesitate to contact Katie you will not be disappointed xx
Auntie Katie looked after my 3 poochies, two young springers and a 15yr old lab. They all had an absolute ball! We received pictures and updates throughout each day which was reassuring. Auntie Katie went to extra special efforts to ensuring my fussy eater ate every meal, he doesn't normally do that for me! There was lots of fun activities for them each day and all their individual medication needs were met. If you want your pets treated like royalty whilst you cannot be with them, auntie Katie is the lady for you, what an absolute gem she is. Some pictures of my happy poochies from auntie Katie.
I'd highly recommend Katie to anyone. She's is so good with my boys and looks after them like they're her own. My boys get so excited when I mention seeing Auntie Katie and are always tired when they come home.
Fantastic!! always 100% happy leaving out dog Tink with Katie. Nothing is too much trouble and we know Tink is happy and loved when with Katie.
I will start by saying I am so so so glad that we found Katie, she is amazing. Katie provided us with a 2 day stay and wedding chaperone service for our dog, and she truly exceeded our expectation. We had regular pupdates, our dog was walked both days, she had puzzle solving play sessions, her routines were kept the same as at home etc and the best part of all was Katie’s presence on the wedding day. She knew exactly what to do with our dog, how to get her posed for pictures and she really did make sure our girl and us were happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Katie or use her services again!!
I’ve used Auntie Katie several times now to look after my German Shepherd, for when we’ve been on holiday or short weekends away and would never use anyone else. We can’t mention her name in our house as he goes looking for her, think he prefers Katie to us 🤣 The last time Katie gratefully collected him as we were running late, he didn’t look back or want his lead he just jumped straight into her car and off he went. We get lots of updates and photos of his stay with Auntie Katie, he really loves her and her family, which makes our time away from him so much more enjoyable as we’ve no need to worry.
Katie looked after our rescue boxador Chester for the first time last year and since the first visit we knew we found our forever dog sitter. Chester had a difficult life before we met and we wanted to make sure that our dog is looked after like a family member. Katie's being absolutely incredible in that regard, making sure that our dog enjoys his holidays as much as we do! She's professional, kind, friendly and thoughtful. We get regular updates, with pictures and videos each time. Chester has a lot of energy and can be a handful sometimes but that was never an issue with Katie. 100% recommend!!!
So pleased with Auntie Katie’s pet services - cannot recommend enough - we were let down at the last minute by family and found Katie at short notice but she immediately Put us at ease and kept us fully up to date while we were away. Luna had the best time while there and was treated as one of the family - I wouldn’t hesitate to use again !
Auntie Katie’s Pet service is fantastic. Poppy loves going to stay and has many adventures with Katie while she’s there. Katie sends updates and photos throughout the day which for me is perfect. I wouldn’t send Poppy anywhere else.
Vicky and Wyllow are amazing. We have 2 high energy medium sized dogs that absolutely love both of them to bits. We can’t walk past their house without being dragged to their door (not to mention when they escaped and just came to yours 🫣). After a terrible experience at a large daycare facility I was very nervous about leaving my dogs in someone else’s care not to mention that they are pretty crazy dogs so many dog walkers prefer the small easy to handle type of dogs. As soon as Vicky walked in, one of the dogs who was suffering with a touch of anxiety to strangers was totally at ease. We changed our normal boarders to Vicky as we know that it’s home from home for them.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Vicky and Ian for looking after Maverick for just over a week! It’s the first time we’ve left him as we were getting Married and all our family were at the wedding, we did a lot of research for someone that we could trust to look after Maverick and we’re so glad we chose Wyllow walkies! It was nice that Maverick had another dog to play with for the week and we loved the updates on social media so we could see how he was getting on. I would definitely recommend Wyllow Walkies if you are going away and we would use them again. Once again thanks so much for looking after our precious boy!
Mabel has attend day care as well as 5 nights home boarding and she had a brilliant time. Vicky was kind and patient with Mabel who can be nervous around new people. She settled so well very quickly and the social media updates are great and really reassuring. Thank you. She will see you again soon!
Poppy went to stay for a few days, we had been for a meet and greet previously, and i was very impressed with how much vicky and Mike loved and cared. Poppy has had the best little holiday and enjoyed playing with wyllow and going for walks. She has been really well cared for, and we have even received a little school report and certificate for being a good girl plus little messages and photos. i have no hesitation in recommending Wyllows Walkies, absolutely brilliant
I’d like to say a very big thanks to Vicky and wyllow for making Ernie feel happy and settled in his first home boarding experience. Ernie is a very active pooch who loves attention, which was more than accommodated for when he stayed for 4 days. As this was his first time staying away from family members I was a little anxious as to how he may behave or settle. Each dog has their own unique characteristics, Ernie is no exception, he’s spoiled rotten at home so I needed somewhere I felt comfortable leaving him and kennels weren’t for us. This experience has been excellent. Vicky answered my questions and put my mind at ease, I viewed posts of him playing with wyllow and enjoying his walks which was lovely to see. He’s fussy with eating and Vicky accommodated him with his needs. I would definitely recommend this home boarding service and Ernie is booked in again for later in the year. Thank you very much for looking after my boy. Amy x
I left my 2 shihtzus Dotty (9) and Teddy (1) with Wyllows Walkies for a short break of 4 days. My babies are my world and I was a little anxious as it was their first time with this boarder. Vicky, Ian and Wyllow are all fantastic. The house is really well set up and Vicky really understands how to read and manage dogs and was so accommodating of my dogs individual characters and preferences. Teddy and Wyllow instantly hit it off and Dotty settled well and soon had them wrapped around her little paw. We had lots of social media updates and could see how happy and relaxed they were enjoying Wyllows company. We received an end of stay report and certificate which were such a fab touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wyllows Walkies to anyone. Thanks you so much for taking such good care of our babies xxx
Thankyou so much Wyllows walkies for looking after our cockapoo Lofty. The service we received was first class. Regular updates and photos through out his stay. We think he had such a great time staying with you for his holidays. Playing with his new buddy Wyllow. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any dog owner. Lofty will look forward to his next stay with you I'm sure . Thanks again Mat, Alex and Lofty
From our initial enquiry Vicky was responsive, informative, friendly and helpful. We arranged the familiarisation session and everyone was so welcoming including the lovely little Wyllow and after this we didn't hesitate to book Murphy in. Of course we had apprehensions when it came to taking him for his little holiday but this is natural when your fur baby is leaving you for the first time. We needn't have worried he ran off and played with Wyllow and shortly after we were updated with lovely pictures of the two of them having fun in the garden and on a walk, followed by chill time pictures and an update of what he been up to etc.. After his stay Vicky also sent us a little report card by email detailing his stay which was lovely. Murphy is booked in again in the New year and we are so happy to have found such a good home away from home for him. I know he won't look back when we next drop him off and having this peace of mind is priceless. Thanks again - till next time.
Vicky has been great with my 11 year old dog Poppy. She takes her out on occasional walks when I'm not able to and is really friendly and reliable. I'd definitely recommend Wyllows Walkies!
Have had Vicky check in on our cat a couple of times now whenever we are away for the night. Couldn’t be happier with the service, always very professional and sends regular updates. Glad we found someone we can trust to look after our cat 😊 …
Sky is nearly 9 and she's been coming here since she was a puppy. The staff are so caring its a 2nd home to her. She gets so much enrichment from it and is always so excited to go. I can't recommend paws highly enough
Our dog Ziggy loves going to PAWS! The team at PAWS look after our dog like one of their own and he is always excited to go in when he gets there. We love that the team do enrichment activities with the dogs and give updates on pickup about their day.
My dog has been coming here for the last 5 years +. The staff here are amazing. They truly love and care for the dogs. I never feel worried about my pooch when he's in their care. The facilities are great and I'd say very competitively priced! I honestly can't fault paws. And if my dog could speak he would say the same, he literally squeals with excitement everytime he goes in!!
A fabulous doggy day care. My dog Hallie has been coming here for a year and the staff have just been brilliant with her. My dog is very anxious around people and the staff here went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and happy. I could see what she was getting up to during the day through their regular FB posts which was lovely to see. Unfortunately, we have relocated and we reluctantly have to say goodbye. They've certainly set standards high! Oh and the shop next door was also excellent!
Fabulous place, Cooper has been coming here for the past 4 years, he loves it! They are such a caring bunch of people, it really shows with how they interact with all the dogs there. Wouldn't send him anywhere else!
Would never trust anyone else with our dog. Knowledgeable staff and Tess absolutely loves going, one of her favourite days of the week and we love seeing what she’s been up to on photos
Great place for a fun day for your dogs. Friendly staff highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic place. Our dog Charlie loves going and is always nice and chilled out after a fun day with his friends. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and great with the dogs so I always know he’s in good hands. The pictures and video updates are lovely to see as well. Highly recommend!
My dog has been attending for around 3 years. He absolutely loves attending, and the staff are amazing with him. As a boisterous, deaf puppy, they were very professional and caring, and understood how to teach him correctly. He runs through the door each morning, and this only tells me that he is very happy. Thank you to all of the staff at PAWS...keep up the hard work!
Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. So happy my dog goes here. She gets so excited when she is on her way, and is tired out on her return. I feel confident leaving her in their care. The pet food shop is brilliant too.
This place deserves 5 stars, I dropped my puppy (10 months old Labrador) off for 4 nights. He has come back all happy. I know he has enjoyed himself 😃… Will 100 percent be returning. The extra evening walks are a bonus. Plus he has come back freshly washed smelling lovely. Thanks for taking care of him.
Keepers has looked after our dog (Winnie) for the last couple of years when we are away. She was previously at another kennel & use to be terrified when we arrived & look traumatised when we picked her up. Keepers has been a totally different experience - they really care about the dogs they look after. Winnie was really nervous when she started going but the owners took time to make her feel comfortable. We never have any worries about leaving her & we recommend Keepers to all our friends da & family in the area.
Another dog sitting company messed me about and let me down a week I was due to go away. Thankfully I found this kennel and luckily they had space. My dog came home very happy and bouncy. I'll definitely use them again in the future highly recommend x
Just picked our dog ( Simba) up from Keepers Boarding Kennels today after a 7 day stay. I would highly recommend it here. Brilliant location, atmosphere and facilities. The 2 ladies who i met when i dropped Simba off were friendly and attentive and it was obvious that he would be looked after well which immediately makes you feel better. When i picked Simba up i could see him coming out happy before he had seen me. The main thing is having peace of mind while being away from your dog and I had this after dropping him off and even more so when I picked him up. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks again for looking after Simba for us
The dog loves it. Trots off, tail wagging, without a backward glance. If there were any problems she wouldn't be so keen to go as she's been there many times. The cats hate it, but they hate anything that's not their comfy sofa. They come back clean and well fed so it can't be too bad.
We recently took our 5-month-old puppy to Keeper's Kennels for a stay. While our puppy seemed happy when we picked her up, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. Upon collecting our puppy, we were informed that she was "rude". While we understand that puppies can be a handful, these comments were surprising and felt a bit harsh. It made us wonder if our puppy was really that difficult compared to other dogs they care for. When we attempted to rebook, we were met with another off-putting interaction. We inquired about availability and, after mentioning our puppy's name, were told there was "definitely no room for her," before they checked (which, when they did check, we were later told there was space). While this may have been intended as a joke, it came across as unprofessional and discouraging, especially considering this was the second instance of unwelcome remarks about our puppy. Overall, while Keepers seems to provide adequate care, the repeated negative comments have made us feel unwelcome and hesitant to return. We hope they can improve their communication and customer service, as a more supportive and understanding approach would make a big difference.
Been taking our 2 cats here for a few years now and have only good things to say. Cats happy, healthy and safe. Staff are friendly and responsive. Prices are competitive. Pick up and drop off times are all fair and in-line with other kennels. The road leading to it has a lot of pot holes so drive slow and becareful. But it’s worth the journey as the farm and area is nice for animals.
Thank you so much guys at Keepers, we dropped off our dog Ralphy (2nd time boarding with you) and our 2 cats Dennis and Jasper (their 1st time boarding with you), Ralphy as per last visit, just trotted off with you without a backward glance. On picking them up, we noticed how chilled our cats were and are exactly the same again today, usually when boarding they go and sulk for a couple of days on their return. Ralphy is a content little boy as well. I will absolutely be recommending your services to everyone I know. Thanks again it means the world to us to know that our fur babies are well looked after and loved whilst in your care. See you in November, lots of love Kim and Les Tyrrell xxx
Just sent my two large, nervous rescue dogs here for the first time. I was quite worried, but they seemed to have a lovely time - have come back really relaxed and happy. Couldn’t ask for more! Such a relief to have found somewhere safe and secure for them. Also worth using the bark and bounce field too - we did that twice before they used the kennels so they would associate the place as somewhere happy.
Unfortunately I have to be negative today and highlight what happened when collecting my pup after boarding at Keepers Kennels. If this was not a personal matter I would not bother, however my dog means the world like other dog owners. I do not expect to collect my 14 month old dog in the state I did. Other witnesses/owners were on hand too. Bear in mind I had family communicate with the kennels during my holiday by dropping his specific foods off and no issues mentioned. On collection Dexter had fresh blood from his mouth area, blood from his mouth cut on to his white paws, a sunburnt nose and later in the day I noticed his right eye ball completely blood shot. The kennels advised me that Dexter does not like the slip rope style lead used yet this is all they will use ( his own collar and lead was left). If my dog, a socially, friendly pup does not like something then why traumatise him and continue to use it. Because of this scenario the kennels would not able to exercise him for over 2wks. No mention of this to anyone of my family who dropped off Dexters specific food or contact me. Staff here I find dirty, very rude, very arrogant and very unprofessional. Dexter did an overnight stay prior to boarding so the workers could see his placid, loveable behaviour in order for him to board. This review is the start of a complaints procedure and hopefully stop any other dog owner from using the boarding services. Definitely do your research before handing your dog over to them. Do not just go on recommendations as this kennel can only manage small to medium breeds or older less active dogs that need no attention. I have since spoken to dog owners in my area of Boothstown and nobody has a good word to say about them. Dogs collected with stinking, dirty coats, or timid. Never again would I put my dog through this, it's unfair. Keepers Kennels you are a disgrace and need reporting. Please do not believe the reply to my review. My dog is a 14 month, socialised since 16 weeks old, well behaved American Bully. He does not take to being choked like any other animal or person. The noise he was making behind the scenes when being collected due to the abuse was what raised concern. You was pulling the slip lead making Dexter more traumatised. His nose was all pink and sunburnt due to the positioning of his kennel with no duty of care to put protection over/on him. You guys have traumatised my young male dog (a pup still) and burst the vessels in his right eye. He is at the vets tomorrow to see if any other injuries have occurred whilst in your care. He ran off because you unprofessionally flicked the lead at me in a rude/embarrassed without me knowing whilst I attended his injuries and unable to catch. The amount of fresh blood around his mouth and on his paws was horrifying. Not just to me but other dog owners there. He will not be coming back and neither will any other dog owner I know or speak to whilst out walking Dexter (on and off his lead). The scratched arm I hope was probably due to being mistreated by you. Please people, do not leave larger, active breeds with this shambles of a place. As I say, never ever will I leave him with a boarding kennels after this disgusting experience. I request your complaints procedure and I will be taking this further.
Sam is absolutely brilliant and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She took care of my elderly dog and 2 cats while we where away perfectly. We came home to 3 happy animals and a lovely tidy house that had obviously been well looked after. It’s such a relief being able to go away and know my girls are being well looked after in their own home 🐾
Connie’s canine care recently looked after our German shepherd for 3 nights, she’s an anxious, reactive girl however every time she’s with Sam, she is so happy, she loves her so much. Sam really does treat the dogs so well, she loves them as her own. Knowing the pets are well looked after and being cared for whilst you’re away, it really helps you enjoy your holiday. I would highly recommend Connie’s canine care.
Honestly don't know what we'd do without Connie's Canine Care - we always feel like Teddy has the BEST time when Sam comes round to look after him ☺️ She takes beautiful photos too and provides pupdates so we can relax knowing he's in great hands. Highly recommend.
We have been using Connie's canine care for a few months, we was anxious at first as it would be a first time allowing our dog with someone else, upon meeting Sam (Connie's canine care) all our concerns and anxiety went away, luna (our German shepherd) also clicked with her immediately. Sam has worked amazingly with luna as she can also be reactive, the difference we are seeing is superb. As soon as Sam arrives luna is so excited to go out with her, it really is fantastic having such an amazing dog walker, she really does love all of her clients pets. I would highly recommend Connie's canine care, she is also very happy to try and be as flexible as possible and always so polite and professional.
Sam is great, Mavis loved her the minute they met. She came for an initial assessment first to find out all about Mavis and I felt very happy and confident leaving her overnight with Sam and will definitely use her services again when I need to.
I love Sam, but more importantly, Lolly loves Sam. It’s really difficult to leave a very anxious dog but i’m always assured when it’s a Sam day. She takes everything at your dogs pace, knows what she’s doing and always guarantees treats. Super reliable and really communicative, i would HIGHLY recommend … i also love that she shares the dogs day on her social media. You won’t find many people who can just engage a dog immediately but Sam does, it’s definitely her calling and we’re very lucky to have found her.
We've just been away for the weekend to the lakes, which wouldn't of been possible with out Sam who looks after our 3 dogs ,Sam has been our dogs best friend for a few years now ,and I know every time we are away there in safe hands ,she stays at our house as one of my dogs is not very friendly with others dogs/humans ,Sam is 1000% trust worthy caring and an absolutely lovely lady, and I would highly recommend her to anyone ,no worries at all when your away she's fantastic the dogs love her especially the one is isn't keen on humans 😆 (Connie's canine care )
Really great service from Sam, very caring for my dog, he loves staying for his little holidays
Well what can we say...Craig and his family provide the most highest standard of care our baby boy baxter. This is his home from home, baxter loves going to dotties day care and he is so very loved there. We can not praise or recommend Dotties enough and Baxter loves seeing you all! Thank you so much, Emma, Mike and Baxter x
Couldn't recommend Craig more for cat-sitting, our 2 were very well looked after with twice-daily visits while we were on holiday. Craig sent lots of photos and was very patient with our more nervous cat. You can really tell how much the team at Dottie's love animals 😃 We will definitely be using them again. …
A very professional service! Craig and his family looked after our two dogs for the weekend. They provided excellent care in a safe and secure environment. Our two dogs are not used to boarding but they settled immediately. The team go the extra mile to ensure your pet and their owners are given five star treatment. Plenty of photos and updates to put your mind at rest. Our pets certainly made themselves at home. We can’t thank Craig and his family enough for their wonderful care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to friends and family.
I have just got back from a weeks holiday this was the first time we had put my dogs in somewhere when we went away so i was very anxious about them but i found Dotties and craig was brilliant he really put our minds at rest before we went and while we was away sending photo and videos of my dogs settling in and relaxing with craig and his family i would definitely recommend and be will be using again thank you for taking such good care of my doggos for me while i was away .
Craig looked after our cat for a long weekend. She was in very good hands, regular updates given and the service has been amazing. Will definitely use in the future.
We reached out to Craig at dotties pet care and he stated that he did not take dogs that are not neutered, which is understandable. Craig then got back in touch pretty much straight away and stated that there was someone else available who boards dogs on his behalf when they are unavailable/fully booked. That’s when we were put in touch with sue. Sue stated that she could look after our Bobby last minute and she was so lovely and her communication was fab. Bobby enjoyed his time with sue and came back all tired out, as he had been on lots of walkies with sue. I don’t think he wanted to come home haha. We would recommend sue to anybody and we can tell Bobby has been well looked after and enjoyed his time there. Will definitely be using again. Thank you sue. And thank you Craig for pointing us in the right direction so last minute. X
Craig assessed my puppy for a couple if hours. He wasnt phased by his boisterous behaviour. He was relaxed and had an obvious passion for dogs I felt totally relaxed and confident that my puppy would be well cared for. He sent me photos of my puppy to put my mind at rest. Am looking forward to using Dotties petcare in the very near future. 😁😁😁😁
I recently reached out to Craig at Dotties. We were all set to go on a family holiday when our home boarder let us down. Five weeks before flying and we had no one to look after our charming, clever furry cockapoo friend. Craig empathised and did everything to accommodate the family dog. I found the interaction with Craig very warm, confident and caring. He and his family are lovely people who go beyond a home boarding service. They looked after our dog with such love and introduced him to new friends. Our dog even showed Craig that he had a trick or two to share with his new doggy friends. One trick shared was his ability to reach for and open living room doors and then to invite his pals upstairs. Craig, was light hearted about this canine trick. We really appreciated receiving the text messages from Craig, while we were on holiday to say the furry friend was doing well and enjoying his time with other dogs. A truly wonderful family, doing more and more for the animal world. Their love for animals is incredible; this is more than a service, it is the ultimate place for dogs to be cared for - it’s Dottie’s place. Thank you for being amazing people.
100% recommend Dottie's pet care. The family are lovely and welcoming and put me at ease as I was worried leaving my dog for the first time. My dog was loving life there! She came home tired and had a good long nap! She loved playing with the families dog Dottie who is lovely. Definitely use this service!
We have been looking for a Doggy Day Care for our black lab for a while due to our previous one going on maternity and others just being a let down... Dottie and the family have made up for that lost time for our black lab. We met within such a short space of time of messaging and were accomidated so quickly, the fact we met the family and Dottie (and Freddie) just made us see how much they adore the dogs they care for and we started him straight away. My dog absolutely adores them all and recognises Dotties name of a morning when I say "should we go and see Dottie!?" Me and my partner couldn't be happier with the care Cole receives, his relationship with Dottie was meant to be! I also LOVE the pictures and videos I get sent, they make my day! Would recommend to absolutely anyone :-) Thanks for all you've done so far and what you will continue to do, we appreciate it!
Lorna & Elisha are fantastic with my 2 young huskies, they play with them until Loki & Luna have had enough, they groom them & give plenty of belly rubs. I highly recommend them & trust them implicitly with my fur babies 🐾🐾
Absolutely fantastic and would recommend we love pets to anyone!! Lorna has been looking after my boy (labrador) since he was around 7 months old... She takes him on his daily walk twice a week whilst I'm at work. Her knowledge of animals and her experience gives me total peace of mind, i trust her with my boy 100% and I'm sure not many pet owners would be happy to say that about just anyone. Plus I can honestly say Sam absolutely adores lorna (you only have to see his reaction when she arrives to know) Lorna is always sending me little videos and photos of what has been up to which is reassuring and its lovely to see the fun he's having whilst mum's at work!! Lol
Lorna came to mine and Dougie's rescue just when we needed her in September 2020. Lorna came to my house for a meet and greet and straight away Dougie fell in love with her. I think he picked his own dog walker. Dougie absolutely loves going out for walks with Lorna. After a few months we met Elisha who Dougie also adores. Elisha updates me after every walk with a message and fantastic photos. Dougie has brilliant adventures with both Lorna and Elisha which gives me peace of mind when I'm working. When we have taken short breaks away this year they have both also looked after my three cats Rufus, Humphrey and Walter. I 110% trust Lorna and Elisha with my fur babies and I know they are loved and treated like there own. They are both so professional, flexible, reliable, very experienced and knowledgeable. Lorna is always available to give advice when needed and has helped us through some challenging times with Dougie. They are dedicated to looking after your pets and keeping them happy and safe. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a dog walker or pet sitter. Here's a few photos of Dougie living his best life.
Lorna has been Brilliant. One of my dogs is noise reactive and an anxious little fellow when out. He’s improved so much since she’s had him on walks. Both boys get so excited to see her and come home happy and exhausted. So glad we found her.
Very pleased 😀with the service we have received from Lorna. Whilst working from home & trying to shield ourselves, Lorna has taken our dog 🐕 for some lovely walks. She has come back a happy dog and slept for the afternoon 😴
Lorna is a delight, she is trustworthy, professional and caring towards my pets. I would strongly recommend Lorna’s services to all who treat their animals as their babies 🐩💖
Can’t praise the team enough. They look after my pup every week, and have done since she was very young h. She absolutely adores all the girls! Trust them implicitly.
Amazing service! Always use when I need to go away, my girls are so well looked after. I’m kept updated so I now how they are getting on which makes my time more enjoyable because I don’t have to worry about them 😘
This place is great and our dogs loved it. Came for a Retriever/Labrador meet-up and to scope out the place for potential daycare and boarding. Seems to have plenty of space for the dogs to roam around. The staff were great, we had a lot of questions and will be returning to have a tour around the dog accommodation and daycare. The place seems well equipped, staff trained and knowledgeable with more than enough space and capacity for dogs. Overall we shall be returning and will most likely be placing our dogs in the odd daycare and boardings going forward. Thanks
We had an amazing time at Dog Country Club. We have now completed the Puppy school and Bronze Kennel Club Award, which were both 8 week courses. The trainers we have worked with are amazing and taught the content of the course, but also had time to discuss any other issues that we found. I recommend this to everyone. Aimee was fabulous and so helpful, we would have never passed the assessment without her and our dog loves her so much. We will definitely be booking onto the Silver and Gold in the future.
Dog's Country Club is truly a cut above the rest when it comes to dog boarding. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that this isn’t just another kennel—it's a home away from home for dogs. The staff here are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that every dog in their care is treated with love, respect, and personalised attention. What truly impresses me is how well they know and cater to each dog’s individual needs. I have been using Dog's Country Club for about eight months now, and I cannot fault them.My dog, Kai, has just finished boarding with them for the third time. What makes them unique is the time they take to get to know each dog's personality and routines, which makes all the difference in the comfort and happiness of every dog during their stay. The facilities at Dog's Country Club are top-notch. Spacious, clean kennels, expansive play areas, and a variety of enrichment activities make this place stand out. The daily exercise routines are well thought out, ensuring that every dog gets plenty of physical activity and mental stimulation. During his stay, Kai participated in their doggy day care clubs, which are a fantastic addition—he had so much fun interacting with other dogs, playing games, and enjoying the structured activities that kept him entertained and happy. One of the most reassuring aspects of Dog's Country Club is their tracking system. I received photo updates and could see how Kai was doing. It was wonderful to see him enjoying his time and to have that peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. The level of communication is something I’ve never experienced elsewhere and made me feel completely at ease. In addition to their exceptional boarding services, Kai has also attended two training courses at Dog's Country Club, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and truly understand how to work with each dog’s unique temperament and needs. I’m looking forward to our next training session—once I’ve decided on the course! They have so many fantastic options to choose from. One of the highlights of Kai’s experience has been the weekend play sessions. These sessions are incredible! They allow dogs to mix, socialize, and play together in a secure, happy environment. The staff closely supervise these interactions, ensuring that all dogs are safe and having a great time. It’s wonderful to see Kai make new friends and burn off energy in such a positive, well-managed setting. It’s clear that these sessions are as enjoyable for the dogs as they are reassuring for the owners. Dog's Country Club is not just a boarding facility; it's a place where dogs are treated like family. The staff’s passion for what they do is evident in every interaction, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure each dog’s well-being. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for a safe, caring, and engaging environment for their dog. Whether it’s for boarding, day care, training, grooming, or their fantastic doggy day sessions, Dog's Country Club sets the platinum standard. Kai always comes home happy, healthy, and ready for his next visit!
I couldn’t recommend Dogs Country Club more highly. We went for our first visit on Sunday for a Beagle play session. My dog Bertie loved every minute running round the huge secure field with his new beagle friends playing together. It’s nice to meet other owner’s too. We will definitely be doing it again. And I’ve told all my dog walking friends so expect some more customers. 😊
We have taken our dog here for the combo recall and lead walking classes over the past 8 weeks. Aimee is an amazing trainer and has worked wonders on him! He was pulling on the lead so walks where difficult and he had next to no recall. Now we enjoy our walks as he doesn't pull and his recall is 99% there! We're so happy with how far he's come. We all enjoyed the classes and can't wait to book onto the next one. We couldn't recommended enough. 😃 We have also been to the large dog meet up too which is brilliant when it comes to socialising. Huge lake and plenty room for them all to act like lunatics!
DO NOT SEND YOU DOG HERE! The council has officially downgraded them to 1 stars…. Our dog attended the dog care here for 8 months in preparation for him staying in the boarding for 1 week whilst we went abroad to get married. At the start of August he injured his paws whilst at daycare, all the bottoms of his pads were red raw and he was struggling to walk on them (see pictures). We spoke to the staff at the time and we were reassured that when boarding they would take more care to rest him as he is a very active dog. We also bought him some boots to wear to protect his paws as we know how active he is. However they clearly took no care of him. At the end of August after just 1 week of boarding at Dogs Country Club our dogs neck was COVERED in raw cuts and scabs all the way around, he had a scab on his nose and his feet were sore again. An emergency vets appointment showed he needed 2 weeks of antibiotics! They didn’t even notice his neck until he went to be groomed on his last day there! But they so called do ‘welfare checks’ on all the dogs… clearly not. They take too many dogs in, don’t care for them properly and just walk away with people’s money. They have been reported to RSPCA and the local council. The council are investigating this place and have official downgraded them, from 5 stars to 1 star, with serious need for improvement. We will never be sending our dog here again, and I urge anyone who loves their dog as much as we do… please don’t make the same mistake we did in trusting this place with your dog.
Having a giant breed makes it slightly difficult to have them socialise, but thanks to Dog Country Club, our baby Milo-Ren gets to run wild with all the dogs we could wish for. Staff is always there to assist, they treat your dog as part of the family. We cannot wait to be back 😊 Best place for any dog, we cannot recommend Dog Country Club enough!
Kiah and Mika drove down from Lancaster for their first visit. It’s was well worth it. They had the most awesome time. A mix of fields, mud, mini lake and many huskies to play with.
We absolutely love Dogs Country Club! We take our Labrador here every Sunday, and it has become the highlight of his week. The facilities are excellent, providing a perfect environment for dogs to socialise, play, and swim. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, making the experience well worth the money. Our dog always has a blast, running around and playing with other Labradors, and comes home happily tired both mentally and physically. The free parking and dog shower facilities are a huge plus, adding to the convenience of our visits. Additionally, the training services have been immensely helpful in addressing our dog's reactivity issues. We can't recommend Dogs Country Club enough!
We absolutely love Dogs Country Club. We have been going weekly for puppy classes, both Ellie and Aimee are very knowledgeable and our Puppy Winston loves the attention they give. We are so sad to finish next week but will continue to go regularly to the spaniel/puppy play sessions.
