Since we really don't know where to begin, let's just say that Dani and Freddi deserve more than "just" 5 stars! If we could have these two look after our house and pets every time we are planning on travelling - we would! This was our first zeewoi experience, leaving home and pets behind for a total of 4 months. Doing so wasn't easy on us and we were concerned; leaving everything "to strangers" for so long is a very brave thing to do. But as soon as we started messaging Dani and Freddi and then having video conversations with them, we knew everything would go smoothly! Dani's and Freddi's open and honest way of communicating was recognized and valued from day 1! And we must say, things went even better than expected! This remarkable couple has taken care of our family and home as if it were their own, and they have successfully adapted to rural African life! Our 6 dogs and 5 cats didn't seem to miss us, Dani and Freddi made sure they got so much entertainment, love and exercise! Instead we could feel how sad our pet family was, when they had to leave. - Special remark, 2 of our babies are terrified of thunderstorms and Dani and Freddi would sit with them through the night, holding them tight! This truly meant a lot to us!!) - When we returned home, our tiny houses and property had been immaculately maintained (everything was in place, clean, looked after and maintained). Dani and Freddi even efficiently and with a huge smile assisted us with certain personal responsibilities that came up while we were traveling, such as delivering documents to a courier or helping out in the local community. Nothing was too big to ask! These two are really specialists at taking care of our property (which comes with special tasks), and I can honestly say that I was shocked to see that even after 4 months, all of our plants were still alive (they would have surely perished on me, so props to Dani!!). The fact that these two kept us informed the entire time and let us see how pleased everyone back home was in every picture and video is the sole reason we were able to enjoy traveling again so much! Dani also demonstrated some genuine photographic talent, and we really loved the stunning pictures of our dogs and cats!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you've done for us, D&F! We hope you know you're always welcome back in Cwebeni and we can't tell you how grateful we are that this is how our first zeewoi experience went!! We can HIGHLY recommend Dani and Freddi to any house and pet-owner! You two rock! :-)

Janina was a perfect sitter and house guest! Janina was easy to work with- We picked her up the night before we left town and she drove us to the airport the next day as well as had our car waiting for us at the airport with a full tan of gas when we returned home. Very flexible and accommodating with our schedule & needs. She took great care of our fur-babies, giving them plenty of attention and sending us updates throughout the stay. Our home was left very clean and all pets were happy and healthy. Janina is welcome back anytime!

Helena was wonderful! She stayed in our apartment for two weeks over the holidays and we were very happy to have her taking care of our cat Sulley. The apartment looked great when we returned and Sulley, who is normally not thrilled with us when we go away, was happy and obviously enjoyed her company. Welcome back any time!

Carlos and his partner Yanira took care of my cats while I went back to Spain to visit my family for almost 2 months ,they came a couple of days before so I get to know them a bit before leaving . I have a cleaner that had a little injury just before they came and I asked them to don’t give her too much work as that happened and she told me that they where very clean and organized so I’m thankful for that , they pick up my mail and water my plants and send me updates about the house . Communication was great . The cats seem nice and happy when I got back.

It was such a beautiful experience to have Jill and Martin cat and chickensit for us! From our first video call to being here - everything went smooth, efficient and they absolutely spoiled all my kitties. Sarina was very organised and she kept us updated every step of the way. Quick in booking her transport, very responsive and proactive in communication. She also arrived a few days earlier to get familiar with Vega and around the house. She took good care of our cat, even trying her best to wipe his eyes (which he really doesn't like). We particularly loved the daily updates with photos and videos. She was also very discreet around the house and kept it tidy and clean as we left it. We also appreciated that she respected our house rules with food. I would recommend Sarina to any pet parent.

Mel, Rolf and their son Samuel looked after our 2 dogs, 2 cats and small flock of chickens for 10 days this July. As you'll see they have many great reveiws on TH and we can only join in by saying that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They're a very organised family, who clearly have a lot of experience of house and animal-sitting. The handover was quick and easy - much faster than is usually the case, as Mel immediately understood what was needed and didn't have to ask twice. They are great communicators and we were sent picture updates of the family out on walks with the dogs and cats. They managed Bonny, our new goofy rescue Golden Retriever, who can be a bit of a handful, without complaint. We even came home to a loaf of delicious, freshly baked bread. I can't even find the words to describe how lovely this pet and house sit was. Eve and her husband are the kindest and most generous people we have met on THS so far.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful and, seriously, Pedro is the cutest dog we have sitted so far.
We miss him so much already and saying goodbye was pretty hard! He loves kuddles and he is so easy to love and take care of. 
The location in Marina del Rey is fantastic and the beach is right in front of the door - so much space to go out and play with Pedro and his so BELOVED ball ❤️
We would love to come back and take care of Pedro again.
