This was a fine housesit - we received a warm welcome and delicious roast dinner. All instructions were clear and communication always prompt and friendly. The house has all mod cons and a backyard to let the dogs roam. The two dogs were excellent company, good chums with each other and very affectionate and cuddly. We enjoyed looking after them and wish them all the best!
Meryl and her family are wonderful and Guinness was so much fun! He has such a great personality. The location was fantastic! Everything you could possibly need within walking distance. We hope to be first in line to stay with Guinness again!
The home is a quick walk to local transport and a slightly longer walk to shopping. Manchester United home ground is also walking distance. Caroline was very communicative and responded very quickly. The flat seems quite new. French fry and Omlette were easy to look after, but you need to be aware that, as birds, they naturally fly around but also, they poop everywhere so you need to take extra care in the food preparation area.
It was our first sit with the app. Zoe and Drew was super nice with us, welcome us perfectly. The dogs are lovely and well behave. They listen to you and are affectionned. Thank you guys!
We had such a lovely stay in Linda and Jack's apartment. The place is lovely and was spotless on our arrival. City Island is nice and I enjoyed my morning runs and daily coffee from the barre cafe! Linda was easily available and communicated well leading up to and during the sit. More importantly the stars of the show, Cindy and Camilla! They were so easy to look after and they made us laugh a lot with their comical little personalities. They were very relaxed and we had lap cuddles from both of them. We already miss them and would happily sit again in future!
This was a great sit. BB and Tiggy are really lovely cats - sweet with each other and with us! They’re both very playful and good fun. Annie’s flat is a beautifully peaceful space and very comfortable. Annie’s communication was great and she has an excellent welcome guide. Any questions I had she had usually already answered in the guide! We would love to sit here again if she’d have us.

Very disappointing experience. Like many dog owners, we were first and foremost looking for a trustworthy person to take care of our animal in our absence. Unfortunately, it was trust that was lacking the most: shortened or sometimes non-existent walks (without informing us), increasingly frequent lies, etc. This person abused our trust and it deteriorated over time. The height of malice: faced with her failings, she stopped overnight providing the service that had been contracted and refused to reimburse the amounts for which payment was required in advance. The complete opposite of a serious and professional service. Avoid at all costs!
We used the services of Thepetsparadise, more precisely Alessandra, for walking our dog. Unfortunately, we had to end this collaboration prematurely due to several shortcomings: Lack of reliability: Alessandra did not provide the agreed walks on several occasions, without warning us in advance. Reimbursement problems: Following the termination of the contract, Alessandra refused to give us the walks already paid for for the month of July and to reimburse us for the amounts paid in advance. We are forced to initiate legal proceedings to recover the amounts owed.
I used Alessandra's ThePetParadise services and was extremely disappointed. My dog's walks were frequently shortened or even canceled without any notice. Despite the termination of the contract, Alessandra, who always asked me to be paid 1 month in advance, refused to reimburse me the amounts due for the services not provided. His behavior is both unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly advise against using his services.
