Lucinda was perfection. We were out of internet and cell phone range for most of our 3 week trip, so we needed a SUPER trusty house and pet sitter who would be self-sufficient. Lucinda fit the bill completely. She even dealt with an unexpected health issue with our dog, taking her to the vet while we were unavailable. We would absolutely recommend her, and hope to have her back.
This was an absolutely wonderful sit and far too short. Altho we did not meet in person, Kristina and Nick were wonderful hosts, their home… stunning …. And captain Uno, Lady Bird and Scout, the most adorable furry companions!!! Kitten Scout, the epitome of what a kitten should be and with a hint of John Travolta’sh charisma as ages. Ziggy and Tux are adorable kitties with their own super cute personalities – Ziggy, Zen-like, and Tux, high-spirited. They’re really good, and a lot of fun. The house is super nice and very comfortable, and the gourmet kitchen has absolutely everything! The neighborhood is quiet, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. It’s also easy to get to Wilmington’s Historic Downtown district or the beach. Bev and Philippe are lovely, personable, interesting, and a lot of fun. I’m really looking forward to seeing all of them again soon!
This was a wonderful home to stay at. It’s a mile walk to the international district. Full kitchen. Monica is quick to respond and well prepared for any guest staying there. Lavender hides most of time but Ellie is the best cat I’ve ever met. I was extremely thrilled to meet Ellie. Thank you Monica for letting me sit for lavender and Ellie.
I had a lovely stay at Cyrille’s looking after the sweet and friendly Sherlock! The flat is in a very central and ideal location, walking distance to Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Southbank, and a short journey away from all other central locations! The flat still feels safe despite being so central, it’s tucked away from all the main roads. I loved spending time in the balcony enjoying the spring sun, and so did Sherlock! :) It was always easy to communicate with Cyrille and he replied to me quickly whenever I had questions about the flat or Sherlock. I’d love to come look after Sherlock again sometime, and I’d happily recommend this cat/flat sit to others :)
I had a wonderful time taking care of Bubba. He's a very kind and loving dog and we got along beautifully. He likes playing fetch a lot and taking long walks. He's also a rock star in the neighborhood, and adults and kids like to greet and pet him. Megan is a wonderful pet parent with a beautiful energy. Her house is very nice and clean. She gave me clear instructions when we met and she left written notes that were very helpful. She is a great communicator and was always reachable while gone. I had a great experience with this sitting, and I totally recommend house/pet sitting for Megan..:-)
Taking care of Suzie and Alexei's home and their array of pets was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We got to know each of their animals - Raffa, Aggie, Snickers, Slinky, Nacho, the fish, and the two playful kittens. Every pet had its own little quirks, and it was fun discovering them. The dogs have such gentle and sweet souls and the cats offered us endless entertainment. Nacho the tortoise along with the fish didn't need as much attention but they were mesmerising to observe. There are lovely country walks and the nearby area has a lot of beautiful sights to experience. The house itself is beautiful, inviting and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Suzie and Alexei were super helpful, kind and accommodating from day one. We highly recommend this house sit and these lovely hosts we had the joy of meeting.

I have booked 2 weeks of dog boarding with Albachi Pet Services. She charged me 50% deposit which equals to a fee for one week. Due to a change in circumstances I asked to cancel the second week but she is refusing to provide the service which has been paid for or issue a refund. Very dishonest and extremely disappointing given then I’m an existing customer. Edit after business owner’s response: I have never told you the age of the second dog and it has never been mentioned whether it’s been bought or adopted so your public ally spreading false information to make me look bad. Also no, you haven’t provided me with terms and conditions.
Absolutely amazing lady. We have 5 cats all needed to be chipped and 4 that needed nails clipped and one of our Moggys wasn't having any of it, but Shell was so Patient with him and we managed to get him chipped in the end just couldn't do his nails unfortunately but that was down to the cat himself not Shell. I would definitely recommend Shell to everyone.

Just Picked up my two happy boy's, who clearly enjoyed the wee holiday at Puddledub Kennels. The guys at the Kennels are very friendly and helpful and clearly they all love dogs as my Two Springers Albert and George were happy to be with them all. Kennels are clean and tidy and all dogs are well looked after. This was the 1st time ever leaving our dogs in Kennels and I would definitely use puddledub kennels again. Thank you sooo much to you all 😊

The first time we've used Puddlebub Kennels, very good impression. When we dropped him off and picked him up, there was plenty of staff around to help, all of them very friendly. He'd obviously had a good experience as he was his usual happy cheerful self when we picked him up. Will use again for sure.

Barking Mad is an excellent service! I have used Barking Mad for a number of years for my dogs and I've never been disappointed. Our dogs have been very well looked after and when the van pulls up to collect them there is great excitement from them about going on holiday! Elaine and John are genuinely caring towards the dogs and we leave them feeling confident that they will be well looked after and have a great time! Thoroughly recommend.
I have been a Barking Mad Host and service user for almost 20 years. Elaine and John are the third owners I have worked with and not only are they lovely people, they are by far the most enthusiastic, committed owners of the service. Not only do they ensure dogs have a fabulous holiday in appropriate surroundings, they have developed a very caring community for the Hosts. All your lovely dogs are looked after so well in their holiday homes.
After a bad experience with dog care some years ago, I thought I would never go on holiday again – until I found Barking Mad. My pooch has some quirky habits which require particular care and attention – John and Elaine came to the house to meet him, took note of everything down to the smallest detail and found the perfect host who catered for all his needs. I went to visit my family in New Zealand and had heaps of text messages, photos and video showing my dog out on lovely walks, having lots of fun and looking totally relaxed. I have already booked my next holiday and have every confidence that with Barking Mad, my dog will receive the same care, attention and love that he gets at home. I can’t rate this organisation highly enough, they are simply the best.
I cannot recommend barking mad fife enough. When your going on holiday you want your furry friend to be looked after the same way you look after them at home. You want peace of mind and reassurance, this is exactly what Elaine and John provide. No detail is missed out and they cover absolutely everything with you in a 2 hour initial meeting before they board your dog. Our dog has joint issues which can limit some activities, this issue was 100% taken on board while our dog was in Elaine and Johns care. I think it’s important to know any health issues your dog may have will be looked after correctly. You’ll receive updates with photos when you are away- chances are your furry friend is also having a 5 star luxury holiday of their own! The service is second to none and worth every penny. I cannot rate Elaine and John highly enough.
Since we first used John and Elaine at Barking Mad to look after our Gordon Setter "Floyd" for six weeks in 2017 we would not consider placing him anywhere else. He loves going with them and has the time of his life running with the pack in the hills and swimming in the sea. While he's away we get regular pictures and videos sent so we can see how happy he is. We would have no hesitation recommending them even for long stays. Peter and Maureen.
Our last dog Trey, a ‘silver surfer’ was always looked after so well and loved his holibags with Elaine and John. He was a withdrawn guide dog who had bad arthritic legs who just loved people and we worried how he would be staying with others. We needn’t have worried as he loved every second and was always cared for to our exact needs regarding his food and medication. When we lost him our two new girls who are rescue labradors now go on holiday with them too. As I am now disabled it was a huge worry for me that if I had to do anything at short notice, who would look after my dogs? I am so lucky that Elaine and John have always gone the extra mile for me when I have needed care for the girls at very short notice sometimes so that this now is not an issue. If anyone is considering dog care I would say let your dogs go on holiday with John and Elaine. You can have total peace of mind to enjoy whatever you are doing in the knowledge that your fur babies will be having a blast with the best care possible and being treated as part of a family with all their home comforts.
This is a wonderful service, run and owned by 2 devoted dog lovers. Elaine and John are friendly, caring and very professional people, they ensure that you and your dogs safety, comfort any special needs are their main priority. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the service they provided, which allowed my Wife and I to enjoy our break/holiday away, knowing that our 'Kizzi' was safe and happy! Many thanks to you both and we will be using your service anytime we ever wish to go away, when we are unable to take Kizzi.
Excellent service provided by wonderful and devoted staff. Nothing is too much for them as in our case when our pooch has to go to the vets, as she does once a month, it is no hassle whilst we are on holiday. Her dog sitter is excellent as well and we know that the dog is being well cared for. Keep up the good work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with Ewan and Annie. Our dogs have stayed with them for a week before and were well cared for and happy. They always let us know well in advance of any holidays they may be taking and are good at getting in touch of either dog is not quite right. I would highly recommend Loch Leven Petcare!
Anne and Ewan checked in on our indoor cat while we were getting married over a weekend and they were brilliant. Annie & Ewan have been walking our two dogs since they started, and they recently had them for a week while we went on our our first foreign holiday in years. Annie & Ewan have built a great relationship with our two, who can be challenging at times being rescues, so we had no qualms about leaving them there. We got daily updates and photos which put our minds at rest, and it is clear that the dogs love both the walks and staying over. Highly recommend them for their friendly, personal, caring approach, they are clearly dog people first and foremost.
Annie and Ewan have looked after our cat in our home a few times. Their service is superb. The updates of how she is getting on together with photos/videos is a great touch and loved by all of us. We will definitely be booking their services the next time we go away.
Our puppy went for a 4 night stay at Loch Leven Petcare and i felt so reaussred as the communication from them was great prior to her stay and whilst she was there, even sending lots of pictures. Annie and Ewan reassured us and kept us updated with pictures of Harry, when he stayed while we were on holiday. Even his yucky raw food was not a problem. He is a big dog and his tail can be quite a weapon, I understand he is a lot to take on and I over fuss but he genuinely seemed happy staying there, I was reassured by their experience of dogs.
No hesitation in recommending Loch Leven Petcare. From my initial enquiry they were professional but friendly too. I was looking for a week long holiday home for our young Cavapoo. They offered a couple of 'practice' nights away which put both me and my dog at ease. In fact my dog was obviously excited to be back when I dropped her off! I know they looked after her well, keeping her busy with walks and playtime. The updates and photos while we were away were an added bonus. I will definitely be using Annie and Ewan again.
We were looking for dog boarding for our dog Millie at short notice and over the Christmas period. Ewan and Anne were recommended to us on a Facebook community group and when we got in touch we found they were very helpful and friendly. They cared for Millie like she was their own and sent us plenty of updates and photos during her stay. We now use Loch Leven Petcare for regular walks and we couldn't be happier with the service. They even have a tracking tag they use on Millie's collar, so they can show us on a map how far she has ran on her walk! If you love your pet, you'll love these guys!
Had read some great reviews on the local community page and got in touch with Annie and Ewan. They replied very promptly with links to the forms we needed to fill in for Jack and Finn. What was so brilliant though was that they wanted to meet our dogs in their own home to get an idea of what they were like. Both Annie and Ewan spent a lot of time playing and talking to our boys, Ewan even sat on the floor whilst Finn jumped all over him. The boys had a great time and we were both so delighted that they were with a couple who really loved dogs. Already planning their next stay - Highly recommend...
We left Nellie with Annie and Ewan while we went to a wedding. It was our first visit to the area and we were a little concerned about leaving her, especially as she has not been left since the first lockdown. We needn’t have worried. We got updates about how she was settling and pictures. She got walked and cuddled and we are hoping to leave her again on our next visit.

I would highly recommend Paw’s & Pooches Dog walking services Kirkcaldy. My two fur babies Baillie and Koko get really excited when they get to go on their group walk with Cheryl. Koko used to escape and wouldn’t come back when called but Cheryl has her off the lead and comes back when out one her walks with the pack.

I spent a long time looking at cat sitters for my 3 boys and Ashleigh was highly recommended. After having her take care of my boys for a week, it's easy to see why. Ashleigh came and did a meet and greet, asking lots of questions and really getting to know our boys and their routine. Whilst we were away, she sent us photos and videos every day so we could see how they were getting on. The three of them loved her and enjoyed the attention she gave them. Ashleigh did a great job of caring for our cat, feeding him twice a day, dealing with the litter tray and giving him lots of attention. She sent photos and videos every day, showing that he appreciated her and I’m very sure he would love to see her again!

Ashleigh looked after my cat Bramble while I was away for a long weekend, coming in twice a day. It was a fabulous and affordable experience especially when compared to having to put a cat in a cattery. I got photos at each visit as well as updates on how he was doing, which put my mind at ease when away. Ashleigh is very professional and visited before my holiday, asking lots of good questions to really understand my cat and tailor her visits to maximise their use. Ashleigh was amazing with our cat Ron. She attended to him as promised and sent us videos of him eating, playing and getting cuddles. Ashleigh is totally a cat person as Ron does not cuddle everyone! Ashleigh is really wonderful, efficient and caring service, and so friendly. Loads of updates while I was away, and really helped me to be at a conference and not stressed about the cat. Gave our wee cat loads of lovely cuddles which he loved. I think he was disappointed when I came home, as he was looking forward to more of the good cuddles.
