We have no complaints whatsoever about the great service Genevieve and Rory provided to us. Their communication was friendly and efficient throughout, with regular updates, to the point where it became quite clear that Pickle seems to prefer spending time with them than us! When we arrived back to our flat it was spotless. Thanks again, we will definitely keep you in mind for our next trip away.

This sit was not completed fully as Ali asked us to leave before the sit had ended. Ali has a lovely park home on a nice site which seemed well managed and secure. It has a fabulous outlook looking over a lake. It is nicely furnished and comfortable and has everything you would expect to find in a home. Ali’s made us feel very welcome and left us with a local cake and a bottle of wine, this was very much appreciated. Ali did explain that her dogs were reactive and barked and also explained that her neighbour had become hypersensitive to the dogs barking. Ali gave us some tips to try and limit the barking, such as saying ‘ no barking’ and asking them to go inside, putting their harnesses on for the daily walk inside etc unfortunately the level of barking we managed to achieve was too much for the neighbour, who rather than approach us himself, thought he should raise the issue with Ali directly. Naturally this was very upsetting for Ali and she felt the solution would be for us to leave immediately and for her to return to the property. Overall this sit was upsetting for all concerned, Ali in particular who cut short her trip, ourselves who were unable to meet expectations and the neighbour who has become intolerant of any dog noise.
