Catniss is such a sweet little lady! We got to know her well by spending time together on the porch of Michael and Lesley’s beautifully restored older Portland home. It was easy to take care for Catniss who is a clear communicator letting us know when she wanted to be fed, let outside and such. We also appreciated the proactive and clear communication from Michael & Lesley. They took great care to make us to feel comfortable taking care of their sweet kitty. Wonderful neighborhood with grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance. Highly recommend this sit!
This is a most beautiful part of Suffolk with the most amazing walks and river views. Rosie and Digger the puppy walked beautifully on leads for early morning and evening walks (the weather was very hot) and Flossie the lab did a much shorter walk because she's very stiff and quite elderly. The accommodation was very spacious and we really appreciated the use of the outdoor pool during our stay.
We had a lovely weekend in Carina's home in the company of Moon & Mojo! The dogs are adorable, they love kisses and cuddles. Carina was very welcoming, her house is close to the beach and paths to explore with the dogs. Mojo loves to play and we had a great time playing with the ball on our explorations, on the other hand Moon is adorable and just wants to be with you and give you love. Thank you so much for having us in your home, we are going to miss the dogs.
Where to start? Let's start with Baxter. Baxter is one of the cutest, cuddliest, smartest dogs I have ever met. I swear that he communicates better than my 27 year-old son sometimes (no offence, Sam, LOL). Lisa was a fabulous host. Her house is lovely and the area she lives in is perfect for a hiker or outdoor adventurer. I would welcome the opportunity to sit for Lisa and Baxter again should the need me.
This was my first experience as a home sitter and pet sitter and I am delighted. Katy and Anthony were amazing and I felt like we had met before. The house is very cosy, it looks like a magazine house! The dogs were super affectionate, I adore them and miss them so much... overall I rate my experience 11/10! I hope we will have the opportunity to meet again.

My dog started on his 1st birthday and he is 5 next month. He loves it! He sits on my husband"s van seat thinking he is going to work with him but as soon as he turns down Tomlinson Rd, Finn cries with excitement. HHe is out of the van quicker than my husband and stands st the foor
Excellent!!!! I can’t fault anything!! Walter loves it and is looked after by staff who are caring and nothing is too much trouble. Walter has health issues and the staff give him his tablets when required and put regular eye drops in. We couldn’t ask for more & have nothing but praise for this first class daycare. Thank you !!

I used Barton Dene for the first time this year which was a first for my 4 year old German shepherd. The staff there are all brilliant each and every time he comes to stay, they knew how nervous I was about leaving him them first few times and put my mind at complete ease. Luther comes home happy and healthy as ever and massive bonus that you can book in for a groom on collection which I did the last time, he smelt and looked amazing. Will continue to use these kennels they are fab and would highly recommend 😀
We have boarded our cats here for a lot of years. The girls are great at giving the pets lots of attention and they always put pictures of your pets on Facebook which is really lovely to view whilst your away. The price has gone up but the price is still very reasonable per night for a cattery and kennels. I would recommend and use again in the future.
I dog is a bit nervous when he arrives but the friendly staff put him at ease. He always smells lovely when he's had his hair cut. The price has increased whilst coming here but worth it every 10 wks.

Looked after my two dogs and two cats when we went on holiday. One of my dogs is diabetic and requires insuling twice a day. This was no problem. And we booked them in for a bath and brush before collection. Definately would recomend. Loved the pictures also.

Would not recommend using these kennels at all. Just picked up my french bulldog today after her week stay there our son couldn't do it this time for us as it was a last minute holiday booking so I needed to find a kennels.When I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very nice after speaking to numerous kennels I choose this one what a mistake that was. When I arrived to collect her they didn't know I was coming even though I filled out there form with the date on the lady went to get her for me so I put her in the car and she felt cold the lady then went to get her bedding it was in a carrier bag but felt damp I thought they might have washed it because I had told them at night she can have accidents they said that's ok because they can wash the bedding. Then I asked for the remaining food I had took she had no idea which was my dogs food and I had to go and show her so it makes me wonder what have they been feeding her . When I got her home and we had cuddles she absolutely stunk of dog pee when I checked her bedding that's also stunk of pee all 3 pieces of bedding. I think if they new I was coming they would have washed the dog and her bedding but they must have let her sleep in it all the time she was there. I also asked for her to be walked a few times but after paying the bill I wasn't charged for this so she's probably not been walked. Never again will I use these kennels, if you are thinking of using them I would go and take a look first.

Chris and her husband did an amazing job of looking after our fur babies (2 ragdoll cats) whilst we were away in Australia. We returned to find them looking happy and healthy and nicely groomed. Chris and Martin regularly look after our Labrador Ben. They have a key to our house and are 100 percent trustworthy and reliable. Ben is very happy with them as he is spoiled. Other people may offer cheaper dog walking services but HCP are fully insured and very experienced, and our pet is too precious to us to take a chance on. Highly recommended.
My first time going to Vicky and I was very happy with my Cockerpoo afterwards. She even managed to cut his nails which no groomer had done before. She was very friendly and welcoming, fit me in short notice. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning 😁 …
I recently left my precious little dog Pip with Vicky for 3 days and 2 nights. He has separation anxiety and I’d never left him before so I was a bit concerned. I soon realised I had nothing to worry about, the level and quality of care from Vicky was excellent. She sent me photos and video's from each walk they went on, which was 3 a day. He absolutely loved these walks. Vicky also sent little video’s showing me he was eating and happily settling down each night. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be sending him again if we need to go away anytime.

Vicky looked after my Cockerpoo Bobby for four nights as we traveled to Germany to attend a party. Vicky kept me fully up to date on Bobby whilst we were away with videos and photographs of him obviously enjoying himself with Vicky and her dogs. Vicky provides a first class boarding service and I would highly recommend her to anyone nervous (as we were) about leaving our family pet to travel abroad. Took my puppy for her first cut with Vicky, really impressed with the service! Puppy came out looking great and smelling even better. Vicky was really good with the dog as she is very excitable and a real hand full! Very impressed with the service and my puppy is even happier with the free toy she received!
Vicki was so lovely with my Cavapoo- so lovely from the start - checking what groom would like. She spent so much time and care in grooming him. Also, sent me some lovely after groom photos 🐶🥰 Vicki took time after the groom to show me and talk me through some recommendations for cleaning his teeth and also ears. Would highly recommend Woof and Ready 🐾 🐶
Lovely lady. Really looked after our baby girl. On Top of the trim we asked for, our Broadie was picked up, dropped off, got a new bandana, a new ball a treat and we were offered a photo shoot free of charge. And on top of all that Vicky took our pup out with her own dogs for a long walk. Such an amazing job. We'll be booking our other dog in with her as soon as lockdown is over. Excellent value for money. Will recommend. Pics of before and after.
I've been taking my young cocker spaniel to Vicky for at least a year and always receive a wonderful service and a fab groom. My dog can be a bit awkward but Vicky is patient and makes it fun for her. I've also used her dog walking service which is great too. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I don’t even know where to start with Vicky she is AMAZING I took my 5 month old puppy who was very nervous when we got there and she spent over an hour calming him and getting him used to her which he did do and then she sent me pictures of him once he was done and wow did he look handsome even better than I though he would! It’s lovely that it’s at her house and such a relaxed atmosphere for the dogs! She’s very reasonably priced too and absolutely lovely! Would recommend her to anyone! ❤️
So glad I found this absolute gem of a doggy day care. Lynn and the team are so knowledgeable and caring. The facilities are spotless and you never hear a peep out of the dogs. They’re entertained, challenged, have classical music played at nap time (could YOU get 15 dogs to sleep at the same time??!!! They can!) and individually recognised for their abilities. Well where to start?! We honestly can’t recommend PLP enough! From the friendly, caring staff who clearly love the dogs, to the incredible, themed pawties that must take them hours to prepare and craft for! My best friend has been coming here for months now and we both love it! Dropping him off in a morning and seeing his waggy tail as he runs through with barely a backward glance makes me soo happy & gives me peace of mind that whilst I’m at work, that he’s having fun with his 2nd family and furends. There are regular photos posted throughout the day and the weekly videos of what they’ve been getting up to. The enrichment activities are always varied and there’s loads of time for play, the odd nap 😴 and some training sessions.. all in a days work! The love for the dogs shines through from the staff and I think all the dogs love them just as much! My dog has made so many friends and continues learning manners and even celebrated his 1st ever birthday with them. He always comes home tired (in a good way) and I’m thrilled we’ve been lucky enough to discover this amazing day care! If you are looking for a doggy day care that you can trust to take the upmost care of your fur baby, then honestly look no further, you truly have found the best! Best doggy boarding ever! I would not leave my dog anywhere else; Dave and Fiona create a fantastic family environment for your dog and ensure their stay is as much like home as possible. They follow your own routine, the dogs stay as part of the family and the facilities are amazing! It is a holiday for my dog when he goes to stay and I highly recommended Crostonwagz.
My dog Rocco has stayed with Dave, Fiona and family at Croston Wagz a number of times, and each time he has been looked after and cared for to the highest of standards whilst boarding with them, with regular updates and pictures whilst we have been away. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent service and care from an amazing family.

I've used croston wagz now for two years, and would highly recommend Dave. He and his family are highly experienced and they treat each dog like family royalty, the facilities are fun and fantastic. My dogs poppy and wilson love going there, they have so much fun with the other dogs and come home knackered. I trust croston wagz so much, I have 3 dog sitters local on my doorstep, but choose to travel to croston wagz because they always look after my dogs so well. I wouldn't use anyone else. As I first time dog owner, we were very nervous about leaving Theodore whilst we were away. We were so grateful to Dave and Fiona for taking the time to show us round their fantastic home and reassuring us that Theodore would be cared for in a home to home setting with a family who clearly live dogs. Theodore had a great time and we loved watching him at the end of the day on Wagz FB snapshots. We have no hesitation in recommending Wagz for daycare or boarding.
Poppy my cockapoo has been coming to Croston Wagz since she was a pup and always gets super excited on the drive up there. She doesn't even care that she's leaving my side which is unheard of any other time Dave treats all his guests like they are his own and the updates we get via Facebook pictures and videos prove how much fun all the dogs are having at doggy day care. Couldn't ask for anything more from dave and his lovely family
Dave and Fiona are amazing. They took the best care for my dog over a 10 day period. With constant updates and personal messages throughout her stay. I wouldn't trust anyone else . 5 stars if I could give 10 I would.
For 2 years I have entrusted Croston wagz to care for my 2 King Charles spaniels. They provide amazing family centred care and have so much space for the dogs. They have transformed their home to accommodate the dogs that go for day care and home boarding. I would highly recommend Croston Wagz to anyone looking for day care or home boarding for their dogs x
Our go to place for our dog when we need to go away. Our dog has been going to Wags for a number of years and we have seen the investment the team have put into the facilities. Amazing place, the dogs are really well cared for and the team there show the dogs so much love. The only down side is sometime our dog doesn't want to come home :-)
Would highly recommend We Love Pets Chorley. We’ve had amazing service via Caroline with her great team Elkie, Mandy, Kate & Abbey. We always receive a great update of Vespa including photos/ videos of him on his walks with his furry friends. Would definitely recommend, such an amazing team.
Mandy is excellent with doggies. Especially Milo. Her knowledge with having a boxer is outstanding. She totally understands him. Mandy not only does her job well she does it with love and care. Mandy took some brilliant photos of our boy. kept us updated and put us at ease. We enjoyed our four days away. Milo certainly enjoyed his 4 days with Mandy. I would highly recommend
We went on holiday and had We Love Pets look after our 2 cats and our 4 rescue hens!! They sent Sarah who was perfect. Sadly one of our hens, who had been poorly before we left, passed away. She’d fought hard to survive, but she was too tired in the end. Sarah gave me the news straight away. Very hard for her, but she was so caring and considerate. Throughout the week she sent photos and videos and daily updates. The most amazing service!! We came home to this… a photo of the lady we lost, a lovely plaque and handwritten card xxx this is a priceless service, that went above and beyond. I highly recommend this service if you’re going away and don’t want your pets to be uprooted and upset!!! 10/10 priceless service!! Thank you xx
We use “we love pets” to do puppy visits to our gorgeous Hugo. The ladies are amazing - they all visited beforehand to meet him and now come whenever we need them. Hugo loves them all and loves to play with them. We get great photos (thank you Elkie and Carol) and can tell he is safe and enjoying himself. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Hugo would give 6* if he could!
We had a wonderful experience. Mandy really took great care of our cocker spaniel and introduced him to lots of play buddies. Our little boy has the time of his life with the ladies at we love pets. He has been going with them now for over a year. He had problems with other dogs while out but now loves his little gang and loves his walks with them. They have a reslly good understanding of what your dog needs to enjoy the walk and take care and are very patient. They always collect him on time and leave him back at the house with fresh water and a treat. He is always happy to go with them. While we are away he stays with our mother and he is collected from there with no worries and they are always happy to change arrangements to fit in with us and what's best for the dogs they care for. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for dog walking services.
We love pets, helped me out with an urgent 2 night boarding. Meeting Mandy for the first time in her home, I instantly felt her warmth towards me and Chester, it was certainly home from home for him , her understanding of his needs and dedication shown, with updates of text and videos during his stay was so reassuring, I will definitely use the services offered by we love pets again
We love Pets Chorley, are absolutely incredible they have been so accommodating to us and we couldn’t be more than thankful. Elkie has been walking our dog since he was a puppy and she has bonded so well with him and knows actually how to handle our boy especially when he is one of his crazy puppy moods. Elkie initially started with the 1-1 puppy call around but has now moved on to have a big boy walk where Elkie takes him for an hour and we couldn’t be so lucky it’s with another Hungarian Vizsla and they’ve become the best of friends and we love it when we’re both at work and they send through all the videos and pictures that day. Ted has the absolute time of his life when out walking with Elkie or any other member of the team! His recall and relationship with other dogs has improved no end. I know I can call on Caroline at short notice and our needs are always met. Ted is often out longer than the time I have paid for and is always dropped off clean & dry, which for a mud magnet takes some doing! I have 100% confidence in the whole team and would recommend them without hesitation.
We have had such positive experiences with our two girls, Mandy is very attentive on her visits and sends us ample photos and videos of them, taking the time to play their favourite games. Our cats are very lucky to have someone so wonderful check in on them when we have to go away!

Although we miss them terribly, we know that they are in really good hands with the dog boarders, and we get regular daily updates and photos. Our boys love going there and get plenty of attention and lots of walks. Very happy that we are able to relax in the knowledge that our boys are being well looked after and are very happy and loved.
We have recently used We Love Pets Bolton and honestly can not recommend enough. I have never left our 2 year old Lab for longer than a couple of days and he has always been left with family, I was so anxious when we booked to attend a family wedding abroad which ment being away for 15 days but as soon as I got in contact with We Love Pets Bolton and then took our dog to meet his boarder mum I instantly knew he was in good hands. I received multiple pictures and updates daily and he has had a absolutely wonderful time and been well looked after. I will definitely be using We Love Pets Bolton again and be confident and comfortable leaving my boy in such good hands.
Julie who runs we love pets Bolton had our Bichon Frisé’ candy and Ollie over the weekend of 9th - 11th July. As a family we would highly recommended anyone using this service, as our dogs were settled and well looked after. We were given updates on how our dogs were and this was a really nice touch. I cannot rate the services of WE LOVE PETS BOLTON highly enough. From the first enquiry, Julie quickly calmed my nerves about leaving our 8 month old puppy in dog boarding with Christine. We went for a meet and greet to familiarise our puppy with the house and we give plenty of time to ask any questions to Julie and Christine. While our puppy was staying with Christine, we received regular picture and video updates along with messages about what he had been up to. The care and attention he was given was second to none, everything was done to make the transition to a new temporary home as smooth as possible. He was so comfortable there, he seemed reluctant to come home!! I cannot recommend their services enough - just fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate for a second in using this service again.
I used we love pets to visit my much loved elderly cat . On each visit I received photos and an update. They took patience with her and cleaned up after her . I have already recommended them to my family and friends and would do to anyone

Julie has been fantastic from the initial enquiry. We were so worried about leaving our.little dog for the first time. We had nothing to worry about, Julie was amazing at keeping us updated with pictures and messages. Would recommend this company 100%. The best care for our 8 week old puppy, who is now 6 months old. Not sure what I would do without We Love Pets and the team that look after our baby. We both work full time so we have 2 visits everyday and pup is so well looked after. Cannot recommend them enough and don't see how we would have been able to look after him in the same way by ourselves. Michael is currently training him to do basic commands, and he is doing so well with this and it is helping to educate us along the way. Thank you so much for all your help and support <3
