Peter
Pete and Shirley made us feel really welcome and were very easy to spend time with either side of our house sit for them. They are very approachable people. We were very comfortable in their home. Reggie is a lovely, energetic dog and a pleasure to look after. We were given all the information we needed to look after things properly as well as some helpful tips about where to go, what to do etc. Pete kindly showed us around the local area before he went on holiday too. A most enjoyable house sit!

Heather
Heather and Chris are kind, generous and interesting people. They invited us to come the day before their departure and prepared a lovely dinner for us. Conversation was fun and non stop and a detailed home tour when we arrived was very helpful!

Of course the highlight of this sit was sweet little Daisy Mae - she stole our hearts immediately! She’s cute as can be, loving, comical, playful and just plain fun to be with. She loves going for walks (great on leash)and any kind of adventures you want to take her on. We took her hiking at Red Rock Canyon Park and Garden of the Gods, as well as taking her with us when we had errands to run - she’s great in the car! The only difficulty was having to leave her!!!

The guest bedroom is perfect for one person, but very tight for a couple. But other than the first and last night, we stayed in the master, which is lovely and comfortable. The location is very convenient to all kinds of grocery stores and whatever you may need or want. We mostly cook our own meals and found the kitchen very easy to cook in - plus there’s a gas grill outside!

If you want to do a bit of exploring on your own, we highly recommend Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and if you have any interest, the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame is very interesting and well done!

Thank you Heather, Chris and Daisy Mae for a wonderful few days!
