We had so much fun pet + house sitting for Tara for a couple of days! Chandler & Bluey are sooo adorable & cuddly, we loved spending time with them! Rob and Katie were so friendly and warm, and made me feel at home right away with a home cooked dinner and freshly baked cookies upon arrival. They showed me around Lake Oswego which was so helpful to become more familiar with the area, and left me detailed instructions including numbers of people nearby who could help in case anything happened while they were overseas. While away, they were easy to communicate with, and quick to respond as questions came up. Bella is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met. She impressed me right away. She has a loving personality and is well-trained and easy to care for. She was a great companion during my stay in Lake Oswego, and upon returning home I have missed her! The house itself was immaculately clean, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and within walking distance to several beautiful parks. I loved going on walks in the mornings and evenings with Bella and exploring the greater Portland area on the weekends. The house was ideal for working remotely. I couldn’t recommend this sit more highly and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to take care of Bella!
Juliana has been very kind. Her house is charming and we enjoyed our sitting. Ketchup is the best cat ever and the best cat we ever cared for. We fell in love with him and we miss him a lot already. Princesa and Luna didn't really bond with us, just a bit, but we understand every cat is different. It was overall a good sitting.
Joe, Taylor and Leo were amazing hosts. We stayed in their wonderful San Jose home while taking care of their sweet pup Leo. We really appreciated the thoroughness & thoughtfulness of the home & pet guide they put together that made our stay a breeze. We greatly appreciated their hospitality and couldn’t have imagined a more wonderful stay. We would highly recommend anyone to stay with them!
Hi Lisa, I am currently sitting for a wonderful 10 year old pooch near Monterey California and it occurred to me that I never left you feedback. My memory of staying at your beautiful residence in Mamaroneck will stay with me always. Hiking with Louis and Muga in the woods was such a great way to start so many of the mornings, very invigorating and the dogs loved it so much! Louie is one of the sweetest and most fun dogs I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with, and Muga, although not cuddly or very sociable, was a good companion also. I bonded with her mostly through thunderstorms and fireworks, trying to keep her calm. It seems like the area you live in is a magnet for thunderstorms! I am glad that I was able to stay around until Neidy and I could help reunite you with your furry family members-such is the benefit of selecting a retired person to stay with your dogs, it allows often for flexible scheduling. Seven was an absolute delight to take care of. She’s never met a stranger, has a super sweet personality and loves to go for walks. Michelle and Brian were very friendly, welcoming and responsive. Michelle provided detailed information about Seven and the apartment which was so helpful and made the visit go smoothly. And the apartment itself is very comfortable, has great amenities and is in a safe neighborhood with beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline. Big thumbs up for this sitting opportunity.
