Sitting for Terri and Bryan was an awesome experience….Kalia and Luna are wonderful dogs….great personalities and very intelligent…Luna is only 5 months old but learned new commands daily..Kalia is so gentle and well mannered. We would sit for Terri and Bryan again if the opportunity came up..they are gracious hosts. They treated us like family!
I recently had the pleasure of dog sitting for Anneline and Colette for a week, and it was a wonderful experience. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their dogs were affectionate, well-behaved, and an absolute joy to take care of. The neighborhood was fantastic – peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently close to all the amenities you might need. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend Anneline and Colette to anyone looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable experience.
What a brilliant houesit this was! Both Digger and his family are such great fun. First of all Digger; he is one lovely and dynamic dog. We already met him (and the family) the day before the housesit to meet, get to know each other and go through all necessary information. It felt comfortable immediately and that was the exact same with Digger during the entire housesit. Digger is friendly, loyal, playful with other dogs and a fantastic animal to look after. Took him for a long walk to the nearby dogpark every day and sometimes to the beach. Outside he is enthousiastic and at home he is at ease and a great companion. CurlCurl is a lovely laidback beachside Sydney suburb that his it all, beach, cafes, shops and easy commute (Manly ferry) to Sydney. The house is very comfortable and has all amenities. The "Digger Family" are great as well. We met them in advance and had a lovely evaluation when they returned. Great people, great kids, lovely dog. We would return to Digger and CurlCurl anytime!
We had a lovely time in Kingston with Binki and Margot. Great walks straight from the house right by the Thames. So much happening on the river which we had spectacular views of from the house. Binki and Margot are two delightful 'teddy bears', very easy to walk and biddable. We walked into Kingston one evening and they came with us to the pub and settled down very quickly. Binki likes to hold Margot's lead at the start of a walk which is hilarious. The house is spacious and comfortable. Sarah was very friendly, welcoming and informative when we visited prior to the sit and it was nice to meet the girls in advance. We were able to stay in communication throughout the sit. Sarah also kindly left us a plate of baklava which was delicious but probably not good for the waistline! There is lots to see and do in the area, with or without a car and there is parking Infront of the house. We would highly recommend this sit and would be very happy to sit again in the future.
A lovely, lovely housesit with the two most amazing dogs. Do this house-sit if you're looking for two fluffy best friends! I enjoyed Oscar and Bertie's company so much, they give great cuddles, and walk beautifully both on and off-lead. They are very well trained little dogs and completely house-trained. Don't be fooled by their ages, they love a long walk and a good play! I did this house-sit alongside working locally, and they were both fine being left at home, and also being taken to work where children and adults alike fell in love with them. I had friends going through a tough patch, and the dogs offered better emotional support to them than any human could! The house is lovely, Paul is a builder and the house is thoughtfully laid out and functional to live in, the garden is beautiful and I really enjoyed sitting out there. It is a 30 second walk from fields where the dogs can walk off-lead and offers the most lovely sunsets for evening walks. Steph and Paul have excellent relationships with their neighbours so everyone was friendly and helpful if I needed help! Steph was a very conscientious host, the welcome guide was very clear and helpful to reference, which absolutely makes the difference, I felt very valued as the sitter. Here is to Steph and Paul going on many, many more holidays so that I can look after Oscar and Bertie!
I enjoyed staying at Dan’s and Morgan’s place a lot. It’s a spacious and gorgeous apartment. I fell in love with that place. The area speaks for itself, tons of cafes and restaurant at walking distance. Dan and Morgan are so easy to communicate with and were always there asap in case I had questions. I did feel comfortable in their home (bed was very comfortable)! 😊 However, it required lots of cleaning and tidying once I settled in. I noticed that a bit more attention to tidying up could enhance the stay for future sitters. Midas is the best pup ever. He’s so sweet, patient, and very friendly. Loves anything edible a little too much haha😉 I would definitely want to sit for Midas again, he’s such a sweetheart. The listing and description definitely matches the place and everything was clear.
