They took amazing care of our pets: taking our dog on walks to new and beautiful places in town, teaching him new tricks (and yes he is an older dog), playing with our cats, cuddling up on the deck at sunset… Our condo was left absolutely immaculate (sheets cleaned, entire place vacuumed, pets bowls cleaned and refilled, litter changed, couch covers washed), I mean the place was spotless. Joanne sent adorable photos and videos that we shared with our entire family. Joanne and Rick are the kind of people who cross your path and you want them to stay in your life, they are THAT outstanding kind of people!
Ruth watched our dog Lucy for 2 weeks while we were away. She helped troubleshoot Lucy’s recent dietary preference changes, finding ways to get her to eat a regular diet. Unfortunately, she also had to troubleshoot unplanned internet difficulties. Ruth proved to be a resourceful and dedicated house and pet-sitter. She communicated well with others pitching in to take care of our pet to ensure she was well cared for. We highly recommend Ruth as a sitter (and the plants are also thriving!)
I loved getting to know Hana and Oji, and I'm going to miss them! They are entertaining and charming, as described, and we got along well. I appreciated getting the chance to meet them in person and see their mealtime + walk routine prior to the sit. That, along with Lynn's detailed instructions and Lynn and Roger being reachable and responsive to any questions that came up, made for a great week.
