I would provide my highest recommendations for Kelly as a zeewoi, to anyone who wishes compassionate and attentionate care for their beloved pets!! I was absolutely impressed by Kelly's thoughtful and so kind approach when preparing her sitting stay with me last week. She was very interested in the house rules, in the pets' well being and in Spirit's training advances, and we spent a delightful hour together reviewing all little details I could think of about it :) When she was gone, she even taught Spirit a new 'paw' trick! Sitting was more challenging than usual because Spirit was only 3 months old and needed a lot of attention and care, including waking up at night - although he is a very sweet puppy, he still needed constant supervision! Kelly was absolutely wonderful with him and frequently sent me some cute pictures of him and Spark, with a great sense of humor while they were playing or relaxing around her. She also took great care of trying to foster a friendly relationship between puppy Spirit and older cat Spark, which is slowly continuing to build. She went out with Spirit so many times to ensure consistent potty training (even during super cold nights!) and took him for long walks in fun locations of her own find. She provided me regular updates and pictures to reassure me all was well while I was away. I felt I could fully trust her with every aspect of house and pet care. She took super good care of my house as well, which was in wonderful shape when I was back! I was so grateful that Kelly could help me even in the middle of Wisconsin winter to take care of my loved ones so I could have peace of mind during my work trip. I can't tell her how much I appreciated it. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have the help of a Housesitter with highest standards in terms of reliability, mutual trust, compassionate care and tidiness. I wish her all the very very best!!

Liz continues to be a favorite "go to" sitter for us. She is wonderful with our senior kitty, is in contact often and sends pictures, always leaves our home clean, and is very reliable and trustworthy. I will not hesitate to invite Liz back.

We haven’t always had the best experience with this app, so we kind of had low expectations. Ashley renewed our faith in humanity, and went above and beyond the tasks requested! Not only did she train our 13-year-old dog to behave, but our cat seems to have a new pep in her step as well. All in one week! When we arrived home, the place was cleaner than we left it, and we are really clean people. She even gifted us with a few goodies! She took our baby for daily walks, included adorable photo updates and blurbs everyday. Not to mention the printout of everything she did, which also included a scannable barcode that links directly to the pictures she took! Ashley is 100% our #1 pick for future sits!

Claire and Rosemary were perfect! Given that I had had a very bad experience with housesitters a month before their sit, I was more apprehensive than I've been. But from our initial interview I knew they would be great. I feel badly that I left the house in the handover in slight disorder, with the festive season and packing to go abroad as well as cleaning up from the privious housesitters who did a lot of damage, I wasn't able to handover to Claire and Rosemary the way I would normally do so, with a full guide and instructions written out, a spotless house etc. But with all of that and given the sit wasn't very long, Claire and Rosemary did incredibly well! I managed to run through everything the morning I left with them in person, they were communicative and helpful, gave me regular updates and left the place clean and the animals well cared for. I felt relieved when I got back, it was a very nice feeling. I highly recommend them, I'm sorry we didn't get more time to chat and get to know each other, the fesitve season was particularly chaotic this year. I would gladly have them back if they were available!

Tracey is a wonderful pet sitter and a fun person to be around. We are very grateful for her help when we were traveling.

Haley and Jon did an excellent job of looking after our six cats. We had good communication before and during the sit and went away confident that we were leaving the cats in the care of a caring, well organised and self sufficient couple.

I didn’t worry at all about my pup when I was gone. Steven kept me up to date with pictures. I could tell my dog was happy and content when I got home. The apartment was also taken well care of.

Brittany was wonderful! She sent me cute picture updates of moose while I was away, and when I came home, my house was spotless and clean, just like I left it! She treated my dog and my home like it was her own, and I would be happy to have her back anytime!

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

Laura and Scott were the best pet sitters you could ask for! Communication was great from the time the sit was confirmed and thru out the sit. Laura sent me daily photos and texts. They did everything we asked and then more! Highly recommend and hope that they will come back and do another sit for us sometime!

Roxanne and Addison were such great pet and home sitters while we were away. From our first meeting it was apparent these were people who love animals and were responsible and reliable. While we were away they sent a note and photo of our pups. They clearly enjoyed each other! And, on top of all that, they are really nice and interesting people. Upon our return we found happy puppies and a meticulously kept home. I recommend them with no hesitation. You won’t regret having them.

Julie watched my cat and apartment while o was away for a weekend in 2019. She was an excellent sitter and kept my cat very happy. She brought her dog with her who was sweet and gentle to my cat. Julie kept me updated with lots of photos and texts to keep my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Julie for your sit needs!
