Oh my goodness! Julie and Ed were the most amazing dog and home sitters. I can’t say enough how great they were in terms of communication, reliability, and level of care of my home and my dogs. I recall on my way out the door, they said “ Enjoy your trip - you have nothing to worry about” and it was said with such warm confidence that I truly felt it! I arrived home to a beautifully clean home, gathered local fauna in a vase on the dining room table, prepared food in my freezer to help me transition, organized kitchen drawers, mail and packages neatly put away, a nice note with details, and most importantly, two very relaxed dogs. It was clear to me that Julie and Ed spent a lot of time with my dogs and enjoyed my home … I’m sure my dogs were sad to see them go but when I arrived a few hours later it was as if their grandparents had just visited and gave them a ton of attention and care. I could only hope to have this level of attentiveness. It is such a great feeling to go out on a limb with someone you don’t know but have the reviews from this site to back up a decision and then for one’s expectations to be exceeded beyond my wildest imagination! When Nancy and Matt sit for us, there is absolutely nothing to worry about and that is the whole reason for zeewoi from this owner’s perspective! We know that our house and dogs are in very capable hands with them. In our daily updates we could clearly see that Echo and Olive were happy and content. We are so delighted that excellent, experienced sitters like Nancy and Matt loved our house and pups enough to come back for a return visit. We can only hope that this relationship continues.
