Megan
Megan is a very welcoming homeowner. Very empathetic and warm. Even from the first communication she has been understanding of my situation as a first time international sitter and offered assistance and suggestions to make my stay very pleasant. Her home is clean and spacious and though I did not cook much, she offered the use of her extensive pantry full of spices and every type of food imaginable (including asian food ?). I was pleasantly surprised.

Noodle, what can I say about Noodle other than I fell in love with her on first sight. Such an affectionate cat with a mind of her own. One would not believe she is blind with all her prancing and stalking. I thoroughly enjoyed watching her at play in the garden and also cuddling with her in bed. Rather than just me giving her care, I think I received from her some insights/lessons to take home. Love you Noodle. Stay blessed and happy with your beautiful family. Definitely a beautiful experience.

I really enjoyed spending time with Kali and Loki. These two are very special cats.
Loki knows exactly what he wants. After just a short while he was very trusting.
He purred around my legs and cuddled whenever he felt like it.
Kali is a bit more reserved and initially looks from a distance. But he also allowed himself to be stroked from time to time and sought closeness. He is super relaxed.

Marie-Luise made my stay easy, communication with her was relaxed and I could feel that she trusted me.
Thank you, Marie-Luise, I felt very comfortable with you and your loved ones.
All the best to you and see you next time.

The house is great, the area enjoyable and the dogs are fun. We did this sit, even living only a 40 minutes drive away and we would do it again! The dogs are easy and friendly and our 7 year old boy had no problems with them. Finally he also want to meet them again (but I think it is more about the large TV) ;-)
Anyway: D-Beau, Blue and Goose are really three differnet characters. I also walked them several times alone. This ist really no problem. It was even no problem for our boy to coordinate them.
We had a great weekend, felt at home from the very first moment and will come again.

Sophie
This was a wonderful sit! Sophie was warm and friendly and very communicative. Pixelle is an adorable, sweet cat who was a pleasure to take care of. Pixelle likes to go in the shed, play with her toys, get brushed, and snuggle in the comfy reading chair in the evenings. She also cuddled right up on the bed, which was very sweet. Sophie's home is lovely, bright, sunny, and filled with wonderful art. Sophie kindly made space in the drawers, closet and fridge. There are two balconies which Pixelle enjoys and were lovely for sitting out during the warm weather. I had some work to do while I was there, so it was a pleasant bonus that the apartment is completely quiet. Sophie's apartment is in a fun neighborhood, with a metro stop and big market two minutes away. It's also an easy walk or metro to areas of the city that would most interest visitors. Sophie even gave great advice on places to visit or have coffee. Pixelle is a Montreal treasure and I would 100% recommend this sit!

Paula and
We just loved this sit. The cabin was perched on a ridge, looking straight out to Westernport and French Island. The view was nothing short of magnificent. On several evenings the sunsets were brilliant red as the sun slid below the horizon. Chief the kelpie became very attached to us, making sure that we were never far from his sight.
He had a never ending fascination with quite long sticks, always wanting to play. Paula was great to communicate with and we kept her informed with our daily updates. Being located next to a National Park, we had a very quiet and relaxing week, and would welcome the opportunity to return to look after Chief and the sheep (who loved their bread) again.
