This was not a fun review to write, sadly I cannot recommend her for any sit for multiple reasons: Cat care: -When I came home my cat's face was encrusted with weeks worth of dried wet food, it took days to remove. -Alex has multiple medications (4) the oral one was not given regularly if at all (her pain medication). I had offered to have my regular catsitter who doesn't housesit, come over and show her how to administer medicine if she had any trouble, but this was never requested and it was never stated she was having trouble giving her medication. -Alex occasionally poops outside the litterbox, but always in a specific area, however there was dried poop in odd places when I got home that had been there a while, which seemed peculiar and made me concerned that she was very stressed while I was gone. -Litterboxes were not kept tidy -Communication about how my cat was doing was only offered when I directly requested (approx 1x a week during a month long trip) despite a request to keep me informed regularly House Care -I had mentioned to her that I had a housecleaner coming towards the end of the stay. Barbara informed me that she was going to leave a day early which I was okay with but she took this as an invitation to leave the house extremely dirty: empty bottles under the bed, crumbs in the bed, trash not disposed of throughout the rooms she was in, days of very dirty dishes overflowing in the sink (including good wet kitchen knives), dishwasher full of dirty dishes, tomato sauce spilled on the marble countertop, very dirty bathroom with bath towels ruined with various stains, food stains on a nice wooden chair in her bedroom and more. -Litterbox was very dirty and was not being cleaned regularly. -My cat occasionally has accidents outside the litterbox, I had provided details on this ahead of time and left cleaning supplies right next to the litterbox where it happens, however I came home to multiple pee stains on the hardwood floor that had clearly been there a long time. -Plants were not watered according to detailed info in house guide and were on the verge of dying. When I expressed disappointment about the state of the house after I got home she complained that the housecleaner must not have done her job. I can't imagine ever leaving the house in such an awful state for anyone doing a normal, routine once a month cleaning. She also complained about having to set the alarm when she left the house, which I honestly didn't think to mention until she got to the house because it's easy to operate and I didn't think it would be an issue.

I connected with Woof Roof several years ago. Cooper and Summer are rescued dogs who have never been crated since in my care. I needed a place that would “feel like home”. I found that with Dolores. Even the fanciest kennel doesn’t provide 24/7 human contact, including letting the dogs sleep with them. I’ve only found that at Woof Roof. Dolores always provides pictures and updates so I always feel connected to my fur babies.
Delores has been taking care of our 16 month old goldendoodle since he was only a 3 months old. Imagine needing to leave your new pup only a week or so after he comes into your life. She was extremely comforting and made us feel very confident that Remy would not only be well taken care of (dare I say doted over as a new pup), but he'd have fun and stay on track with his training routine. Remy is always excited as soon as we pull in the driveway at Woof Roof's home. They only take in well-behaving dogs, so we know Remy will have a good experience socializing. We love getting video updates and photos to keep us connected when we are away. You can tell how much they love dogs, in how they respect the dogs and support the owners. I highly recommend!
We always feel good about leaving Jack with Delores & Mark! We know he's well cared for and loved! It's really nice to get pics of him enjoying time with other dogs and being content during his stay. I am so glad we do not have to put him in a kennel -- he's much more comfortable and secure in a warm home setting.
I always feel my dog Is in the best of hands when I leave her with this delightful , caring couple. Bella has been coming to their home for the past 3 plus years and they take wonderful care of her. I never have to worry. And honestly makes going away, A delight. They love dogs and Bella loves going there. I will always ask them first for their availability, taking care of Bella, prior to my planning of my trips.
Delores and Mark have taken care of my lovely Lucy a couple of times. When we pull into their driveway, Lucy runs for the door, eager to see them. It's refreshing to have people I can rely on where I know my dog will be happy too!
Delores loves dogs and dogs love her...my Standard Poodle is a momma's boy but at drop off, he just runs to the door and says "see you in a couple of days - Have fun Mom!"
Please do not use this pet sitting company. Delorus, the owner, walked my 2dogs for about 6 months. Delorus was going through a rough patch financially and I offered to pay her for her walking services ahead of time, which was around $400. Well, all the sudden she started complaining about my lab being awful on his walk to the point where she said he hurt her arm. I got suspicious. I then ended her services. Delorus still owed me some of the money that I had pre paid her which was around $130. I was constantly calling with no avail. Then, one day I went to my car and there was an envelope it was from Delorus. She had written a check for a 1/4 of what she owed me stating that I had my amount incorrect which was totally not true. Needless to say she stole from me lesson learned! It’s a shame in today’s society we try and help people and then get stabbed in the back....
My Phantom LOVES spending time with Delores and Mark! They give him so much attention and love.

New to this place and so far 10/10. All of the staff are friendly and engaged, we have a greyhound who can get overstimulated, but they pay attention to how each dog is handling its environment and proceed accordingly. So happy to have found Canine Country Club!
Worst place ever, after all these years I can't believe this place still hasn't been shutdown. Yep leaving a review after years, because pretty sure owner removed the one I left after they had kennel cough so bad my dogs almost died. My vet was so mad he wanted to call them. Owner was such a jerk on phone that he told us to never come back(like I was gonna! Lol) after finally paying for vet bills. Of course he didn't agree to that with my wife, I had to call! If you love your dogs never take them here!! I saw a review at another dog boarding place just recently that trashed this place too for the same thing so its obviously still the same. Reminded me to come back and leave another review. Don't bother responding with anything, I don't care, just trying to save someone else's dogs from that.
Spent over 2 hours registering on there website setting up new accounts logging in vet records to book a boarding stay. Only to find out that they were not accepting new pets. No apologies or any type of consolation or compromise was given. A complete waste of my time. I guess I will be sending them an invoice.
This was my first time having my dog Rocky stay here and I am very pleased . The booking process was super easy and everyone was very friendly . Rocky tends to be very anxious when he gets boarded and is usually out of sorts when he first comes home . This was definitely a great experience for him he came home happy as a clam ! He also smelled nice and fresh . I will definitely be booking again for our Next vacation in the winter . Thank you Canine Country Club for taking great care of Rocky !! 🐾🐾
Left our dog overnight to let him get used to being in a kennel (first time). He enjoyed the group play and the overall experience. The staff is very good at what they do and take excellent care of their "guests".
I took two of my dogs to daycare for their first time while I had contractors working in my home. I was a bit anxious but not only did the staff walk me through the process when I scheduled, but they gave me so much feedback when I picked up my girls. We have been boarding our dogs with CCC for years now and continue to do so even though they are a 35 minute drive because they give me peace of mind when I am way from my pups.
Good facility but terrible with being able to contact them. They need a customer service person to take calls not a machine.

They treat our dog outstanding! Great attention to the dogs needs. Pricey, but I wouldn't want our dog going anywhere else. Dog is "happy" there, and is normal when we pick him up...unlike another kennel in the area.
Laura came to petsit our 4 dogs while we were away for a week in August 2024. We were SOOO pleased with her services! She sent us several pictures and updates every day which really put our minds at ease while we were away. 5 stars for MFPS hands down!!! We will definitely be using them again in the future!
We’ve now used Mortizen Family Pet Sitting twice and have had amazing experiences both times. After having a really terrible experience with a different pet sitter, we were extremely hesitant to trust someone with our three pups again. However, every single person that we’ve worked with or spoken to at MFPS has been exceptional to work with. They have clear communication and we really appreciated the follow up ensuring we were pleased with the service. We had a different sitter both times, but they both communicated thoroughly, sent pictures, and you could tell they loved up on our pups. We are thankful that we found them and now don’t have to stress that our boys won’t get amazing care while we are away. We will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend using their services!

Moritzen Family Pet sitting took care of my 5 month old puppy like she was a member of their family. I was initially nervous because my pup was so young, but Laura abated all my fears with her daily pictures and in depth notes daily after her visit. I knew Rori was in great hands and was an to enjoy my time away without worrying. They are flexible to last minute changes, very reasonable and true pet lovers.

Wonderful experience with MFPS. My girls were well taken care of (along with flower and strawberry watering, mail and newspapers brought in). Eye drops given to one of my girls. Loved the twice a day updates. Communication prompt. When we got home and opened the door the girls facial expressions told us they were disappointed we were home. They were looking for their new best friend Tyler. I will definitely utilize their services again. Highly recommend. 💜

I have Katya cat sit my 6 cats when we are away. She is exceptional with her care. She loves my cats & plays with them when she is here. I am very particular about my fur babies, they are my family so having someone I can trust with them is monumental. I love her like a Granddaughter. My experience with Katya has always been super positive. Whether i’m giving plenty of notice or in a pinch, she is always willing to help. I have two guinea pigs, so finding care for them is harder than I had originally anticipated. After meeting for a consolation (which was so kind of her to offer), I have had a phenomenal experience with her care. My guinea pigs always return happy and healthy (sometimes sad that they’re leaving her). I just appreciate how attentive Katya is to their needs!! Highly recommend!!
Katya and her team are fantastic! She’s accommodated me on EXTREMELY short notice more than once, a total godsend. Her rates are extremely reasonable for the amount of care she does. I love getting the pictures of my sweet girl when she’s on a walk or snuggling on the couch. I’ve used her for drop-ins, dog walking and overnight boarding. All have been fantastic experiences.

I hired this company and I was told the fee was $150 total but the babysitter who came and showed up to collect the remaining money said oh no ma’am it’s only $120 and I had 150 in the envelope, I rearranged my vacation to go away on August 27 to the 30th so that I could use the same babysitter Until I found out that the owner would not let up on collecting that extra $30 she was bent on communicating with me every day to get a $30 fee when I gave them 120 because of the babysitter saying oh no, you don’t need to give 150 I gave $120 She says I’ll just use the extra 30 for my Tip. I had arrangements to meet the babysitter to pay her on Saturday and this owner Katika was relentless on trying to collect that additional $30 from me. I already had it set up between the babysitter and I we were doing just fine until Katika got involved so if you wanna Cooperative Company who has their act together who communicates with their employees so they don’t try to charge their client more money than I would say go elsewhere because the owner of this company is not someone you wanna deal with. They are more interested in getting your money than they are and taking care of your dog
Katya took wonderful care of our black lab while we were gone for a long weekend at the beach! She sent updates with photos or videos with every visit which was very reassuring to know he was doing well. Would definitely recommend Katya to care for your pets and will have her come back again!

I heard about Chris and Dale through a friend and she highly recommended them. We met with them and decided our puppy, Maverick would stay with them for our vacation. Chris was very patient with Maverick and sent me updates and pictures frequently. He’s also helping with training and it’s going well. We will be starting puppy daycare this week!!
I can’t put into words the peace of mind leaving Olley with Chris & Dale for 10 days brought me! They were in constant communication, sending updates and photos to assure me that my boy was doing well. They took such good care of him that we’ve already scheduled his next stay. Chris & Dale are absolutely terrific. My constant companion is Jake. He is 15 year old Jack Russell that is in great health but lost his hearing several years ago. That, his age and his tendency to get aggressive with other dogs made me nervous about leaving him in anyone’s care. They have now watched him several times and I have been completely at ease. Jake loves the other dogs and seems to enjoy his week long stays with them. They even were great about my computer generated instructions that may have made some people roll their eyes for sure! Thank you so much Chris & Dale for the love you show Jake, you guys are the best!
Reese is very friendly and active. We needed her to have something to do during the day while we are at work and thankful we were told about Chris and Dale. She loves going to daycare and playing with all the other dogs. She goes 5 days a week and she’s like family to them. Chris and Dale are the BEST! I trust them completely with Reese.
Chris and Dale watched our two boys for 9 days. Our vacation house changed weeks. Our normal sitter was no longer available. I didn't feel good about someone just coming to our house to let them out a couple of times a day. Thankfully, I found D&C Pet Sitters! Due to our boys being rescues, we did not want to board them. Sometimes, they do not do well with others. Our boys were welcomed to their family. They handled them so well. They were happy and healthy when we retured. Thank you so much!
Chris and Dale took such great care of our pups! They sent us Pictures each day and we felt comfortable knowing they were in a nice family environment, instead of cages. My puppy has hydrocephalus so he takes just a little more patients than your average puppy. They were fantastic from the beginning. Even going to the extra mile to research hydrocephalus so they knew some of the issues before I arrived for the meet and greet! Cannot say enough positive things about them. I received pictures and updates daily while away on vacation. Highly recommended!
Dale and Chris were very helpful on short notice with our puppy Lola. They invited us over for an initial meet and greet with their pups before giving us the green light. They sent us pictures and updates to keep us posted on how she was doing. They also were very understanding about a few oop sees she had during her stay. We will definitely call them again in the future.
I have my puppy at Chris house while I went to Hershey park. My puppy is very shy and not good at socializing with other dogs, so I worried about him when he is not with me. Chris has been taken care of him well, giving him sweaters when taking him out, feed him and sending his pictures to me during the day, and I am much more comfortable and feel reliable when I am not with my puppy! Chris is very professional and I would recommend to my friends of this place!
We love Kat! Our dog Tina is always so happy to go there, play with her friends, and see Kat. She’s friendly, easy to connect with in last minute drop offs, and always sends pics of our precious Tina. Highly recommend, Kay’s great!!
My dog Buckley is 12 years old and has never stayed with anyone except my brother. I was concerned he would be unhappy and worried staying anywhere else. He was very content and happy with Kat at Barks & Parks and seemed to bond with them right away. She sent pictures every day and updated me as to what she was doing with him. I felt very good knowing he was being taken care of and enjoying his stay. I would recommend Kat to give your fur baby a home atmosphere while you are away.
Kat was amazing with Noah during his 3-day boarding. I was immediately comforted when talking to her the first time, hearing about her experience and ambition in transitioning to animal care full-time. Her place was clean, spacious, with a quaint outdoor patio. Noah has separation anxiety so I was very nervous and picky about where he would stay. He was wagging his tail and happy when we picked him up. A 5-star experience! Thanks Kat!
This was our first time boarding our furbaby, Nala, so we were naturally a bit nervous. From the first moment we met Kat, she put us at ease and left us with the impression that she would love on our dog..and we were right! Every day, she followed our instructions and suggestions to a “T”; taking our dog on two walks a day, spoiling her rotten. I think Nala still misses her! 😂 if we are in need of boarding again, Kat will be our first choice and would highly recommend Barks&Parks Pet Services!
Kat took care of my dog as part of her doggie daycare service. She kindly both picked him up and brought him back to my home. While under her care they took several walks, and she shared pictures via a dog sitting app, which was awesome. When my pup returned, he was was happy and clearly had a great time. I definitely recommend Barks & Parks Pet Services based on my experience.

Our dogs love Kat and her boyfriend. One of our dogs gets excited anytime she gets in the car now, thinking she’s headed to daycare. 5 STARS!!! VERY Happy with this service! My dog Deanna is 10.5 yrs old and recently started having seizures (in March of 2022). We went on vacation in May and booked her with a local kennel (NOT this one). I couldn't confirm that they were or were not giving her her seizure meds, as when we returned & picked her up she had a seizure that night and several more a day afterward. Needless to say when it came time to go to Lancaster PA for a vacation in July which is 2.5 hrs from home, I was VERY worried on where I would leave her and what I would do if something should happen. THEN I found Barks & Parks Pet Services!! We drove out, dropped her off with Kat, and then went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away! Talk about convenience! Deanna had a WONDERFUL TIME there!!! She got along with the other dogs (which is not the norm!). When I first dropper her off the 1st day she seemed apprehensive which I expected. I did NOT expect to hear how well she was getting along with her new friends and how after a few days was fitting right in to her old routine! I wish I could leave her there ANY time we go away! This is a WONDERFUL alternative to a regular kennel. It is a regular house, where the dogs are in a more home-like environment as opposed to in a kennel. I highly recommend barks & parks!!
Kat’s service through Barks & Parks was exceptional!! Our little dog was walked and cared for so well, we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. We received twice daily updates on how she was doing along with the cutest pictures. We were incredibly pleased with Barks and Parks and would definitely use this home-like dog boarding service again!!!.

I'm so thankful I found Caring Angels Pet services. Denny is extremely accommodating to my "on a whim" get aways, long vacations or emergency needs. She not only comes in and cares for my cats basic needs, she helps with medication twice daily for my older kitty and spends a good bit of time with them at each visit. I love getting all the pictures while I'm away too. Adeeva and Ozzy love "Aunt Denny". 🙂
Denny is the most caring and flexible pet sitter I’ve ever used for my dogs. She truly loves animals and they love her too. She helped out a couple times when I was stranded for longer than planned and she graciously continued to care for my pups. Her rates are more than reasonable and her heart is huge!!!
There is no one who loves animals more than Denny! She may be happier to see our cats than the cats are to see her. Denny is the best pet sitter that I have ever hired! She spent time playing with my cats twice per day, sent photos daily, and far exceeded my expectations! Denny is literally the only person outside of my family that I will leave my girls with - especially, overnight. I am THAT mama. My babies are very attached and it has limited our ability to travel even for short trips. My babies loved Denny right away, from the moment they met her. She is the dog whisperer. Playful Pups is a phenomenal facility and the staff members truly care about your dog and want to make sure they have a good time while you’re away. Seeing daily posts on Facebook of what your dog is up to gave us comfort while we were away. We needed last minute care for our pittie as our dog sitter had an injury and wasn’t able to watch him. Playful pups was able to accommodate him last minute and understood he had never stayed away from home or with someone he didn’t know. He had been dropped off to us when he was a year old and the owner never came back for him. We feared he would think we were abandoning him like he was before which made this that much more difficult for us. They called with an update and said he seemed nervous at first with all the noise from other dogs as he wasn’t use to it but they recognized that and moved him into a “quiet” room and had the same staff members care for him everyday. Once they did that he flourished under their care. They understand dogs and can read how they feel and take it upon themselves to adjust any needs to ensure your dog is comfortable. I had vowed years ago never to kennel my dogs again due to how my previous pittie was after a week long stay at a different kennel where he didn’t eat and looked sad and sickly when we picked him up. I will most definitely board Ace again at playful pups in the future. When we picked him up he was happy and full of excitement. Great facility and amazing staff members. We can’t say enough good things about them, especially to Morgan, Haley, Alexis and Scotty for the pictures and extra love you gave to Ace for us 🥰🥰
We boarded our 5 month old mini bernedoodle, Molly, at Playful Pups for the first time, and we were so impressed with the facility and staff. Everyone was so kind! They provided helpful details to us about her stay when we picked her up and provided suggestions for how to help Molly socialize with other pups and people. Our gal Monica, the timid and skitzy bloodhound, had her first overnight stay at Playful Pups Retreat at the Milton Grove location and we are impressed! Monica had a wonderful time and did not miss out on any loving while we were away! She was giving all of the staff hugs and kisses when we came to pick her up, so we know she felt safe and loved. This is my first time boarding my 9 month old dog Bennett and although I’ve boarded other dogs at other locations, this experience was fantastic. Not only did my dog come out smelling lovely from his bath, but the customer service was top-notch, and he got home and there was none of that, crazy behavior that I had experienced with other dogs. He was calm, happy and I loved seeing the pictures of him on his nature walks. He goes to Playful Pups for doggy daycare and training and I feel the experience at both locations is always consistently fantastic. I never have concerns leaving my dog with these groups of amazing individuals.
Playful Pups is fantastic - 10 stars! We have tried other facilities and this is our favorite for doggie daycare. Our high energy springer spaniel puppy always comes home well worn out, and is never mysteriously dirty, sticky or smelly (problems we had at other places!). The pricing is transparent, and the electronic management for booking daycare, overnight boarding and other services is very clear and easy to use. The staff are kind and communicate well - I particularly like being able to text and receiving prompt response. The pricing is slightly higher than other comparable facilities, however, I really do not mind paying the bit more because Playful Pups provides a quality care for my pup!!
I shared a positive review after our very first day in Puppy Social Skills. It’s been almost two months now and I’d like to add that I can’t say enough positive comments about the experience. The staff I have interacted with are friendly, professional, and very helpful. You can tell they really love the dogs. My puppy love, love, loves to go! I started boarding my dog Onyx at Playful Pups back in November and have had to board him a few more times whenever I'm away for work. The first time I had to board Onyx, I was nervous and didn't know how he would handle it. Playful Pups does an absolutely fantastic job of caring for the dogs staying there and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs to board their pup. I no longer feel nervous whenever I need to travel because I know Onyx is in good hands and is having a great time. It's obvious that all of the staff here love what they do and truly care about providing the best experience for their guests. I will continue to give Playful Pups my business and encourage anyone else who needs to board their dog to do the same!

It was our pet's first time staying with Playful Pup Retreat. Upon our arrival we were greeted with very pleasant staff who answered all of our questions. The place was very clean. When we picked up our pet, she seemed very happy. Wagging her tail and not trying to pull us towards the exit. In the past, she would always look to leave the kennel right away. We were very pleased and plan on using them for boarding.
It was Parker's first visit, and I was worried on how she would do as a first time staying away from home without me. Her report was that she did great on her walks, ate well, and was a good girl. PPR responded well and quickly to e-mail inquiry check ins. She now has a reservation scheduled for March.
Sophie, Cara, Whitney & the entire OUDT team make my heart smile. My clowder is spoiled thanks to this crew. I can be in a different state on a subway or a boat and receive pictures and commentary that make me laugh and enjoy the present moment. Trustworthy, ethical, think outside the box, and don't back down from any challenging situation (i.e. convincing a Dane who hates rain that he should head out to enjoy his walk). I've been disappointed by neighbors/friends - not this crew! The app is so easy to utilize as well - check it out!

Once Upon a Dog Tail has cared for our pets for a few years. They always do a great job and provide us with peace of mind so we can enjoy our time away. We receive daily updates and photos and are able to communicate with the pet sitters via their app. Our pets get to remain in their own environment which is less stressful for them.

This business is the best of the best; well run and staffed, excellent caregivers and definitely worth paying a bit more than other services. Our petsitter Naomi sent us daily pictures and briefings on our dog and two cats while we were in Italy; it made it so much easier to have a good time knowing our pets were in good hands. I felt she went above and beyond what she had to do, and was very caring and responsible to our animals. Planning to use them again and would highly recommend.
Once Upon a Dog Tail was the BEST pet sitting service that I have ever used. The owner is wonderful and went beyond all my expectations to make sure that our three cats were cared for and loved while we were gone. Since we had 2 and a half feet of snow while we gone, the owner made sure the cats were set with food and water before the storm and the owner's husband personally made the snowy trek to our house the day after the storm to get our cats fresh water and food. The owner also made attempts to get our driveway plowed for us before we returned and even picked up glass from a light that broke from winds while we were gone. Above and beyond all my expectations!!! I highly recommend Once Upon a Dog Tail. You will not be disappointed with their services!!!
The team at OUADT is reliable, kind, compassionate, and awesome with my dogs. I have a high maintenance pack - crate and rotate requirements, medications, escape artists - and yet I never worry when OUADT is taking care of them. I love the messages and pictures I her after each visit. I know my doggos are loved and well cared for in my absence.
I moved to Lancaster from Philly at the beginning of September of this year. Besides moving, one of my top priorities was finding a great pet sitting company for my 11-year-old calico cat, Candy, since I'm out of town for quite a few weekends and holidays. Naomi was able to meet with us that Sunday so that I could get care scheduled for the following weekend! Everyone at OUADT provides wonderful care to Candy while I'm away--it shows that they are animal lovers! I love how they use the Time to Pet app and write a message with photos after each visit. Even when Candy has days that she likes to hide and not be social, it's evident that they still love seeing her! On other occasions, Candy greets them at the door and is social, allowing pets! After our meet and greet I felt completely confident that Candy would receive great care, and she has, each and every visit. I'd highly recommend that anyone looking for pet care in the Lancaster area contact OUADT!

I have two “shorkies” with high maintenance that required extra time and energy for them to be satisfied fully. Due to my busy work schedule; I struggled with finding the time to burn their energy and of course potty training them Was a huge problem. I Requested a try-out service from jogs with dogs & Luckily; I was assigned to the most sweetest, patient, reliable and well trained Personel. Her name is “Imane” and I will not see myself changing to another company. My dogs are now happier, potty trained and way relaxed when I come home from work. I highly recommend this company and it’s staff!!! They are trustworthy, dedicated and full of love. Their dedication is for training, caring and giving all their love to our pets.

I cannot say enough good things about this place ! I am a travel nurse and I travel with my two rescue dogs Lincoln and Penny. They are both very sweet but have a lot of quirks. From the minute I expressed my hesitations due to their quirks the staff was immediately attentive to my concerns and willing to help my dogs (as well as myself) to be comfortable during their stay. For this reason I have become a repeat customer. The facility offers lots of extras which is great for dogs like mine who have separation anxiety and need extra TLC. Now when I pull in the parking lot my dogs cannot wait to jump out of the car, and it is due to the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism of this facility ! Additionally the grooming staff is amazing!! In the past I have had issues with groomers being able to get my dogs nails done, not at CCC. So grateful to have found this facility !
People are super friendly, very clean, and from what I have seen during the visit, the staff really take care of furbabies. Can't wait to utilize them
Our two kitties recently vacationed at the Windsor while we were on holiday at the beach. It is such an incredible comfort to know how well cared for they are while we are away! I am always so impressed how kind and compassionate the staff are (usually knowing every owner and dog by name when they walk in!) and I so appreciate how they don’t make a big deal of our senior cat’s “special needs”. :) They always make sure she is well loved! I can confidently say that our little feline friends are enjoying their own little cat-cation each time they stay at the Windsor. Thank you, to the loving and kind staff for all you do. Your big hearts for animals and animal lovers are evident to all and we so appreciate you! <3
My dog and cat stayed here once and it was very pleasant. They were extremely accommodating on a tight schedule, very friendly and the facility is clean and inviting. Even got pictures of finn having fun!
My dog loves swimming here. We book private swims for him and he couldn't be happier. The outdoor pool is amazing for the summer and I love that we can swim with him too. There are tons of toys and lots of lifejackets for dogs of all sizes. The indoor pool is available year round and fully stocked with toys and towels. The price is really affordable as well. Love coming here to make my dog's day!
Sassy had a great experience at Windsor Canine Country Club today. She had a bath and grooming. The staff is excellent and the dogs were having a wonderful time in the pool. The facility is first rate. Clean and well maintained. I highly recommend their services. We were traveling and booked an appointment a month in advance. Prices are excellent. It really is a pet country club 🐩🐈🐾
Great outdoor open swim dog pool for water loving dogs. But we look forward to later this summer seeing our pup use the outside larger pool that is currently underconstruction. There is also an indoor pool. Great friendly informative staff and wonderful facility for daycare and boarding. Highly recommend.
We took our almost 1 year old golden retriever swimming for the first time in the indoor pool. He loved it!

It's been several years since I had a dog, and Stella the Frenchie was just over a year old when we went on our first vacation since getting her. It was last minute and we simply lucked into the Windsor. Every other kennel was sold out months ago and as a last chance we decided to stop by the Windsor in person. As it were, there was a last minute cancelation and we grabbed it. The gal who met us was extremely personable and friendly and we didn't even have to ask for a tour - she insisted. We got an entire tour - they have nothing to hide - the entire place is impeccably clean. And everyone stopped and smiled as we walked by! The actual kennels seem normal - not too small, not too big, and they have an external access to the outside, within a small fenced-in area - kinda like a patio. But what impressed me most was twofold: 1) the cleanliness, 2) the staff. At the end of the day that's what matters, right? For some dollars extra you can get add-on things - we got an extra walk a day, treats, and some lap time - about $14 extra per day and well worth it. To sum it up: when I arrived after the one week we were gone - yes she was beyond exited to see me, but... As soon as I tried to leave the lobby the bulldog part kicked in and she refused to leave! She tugged on her leash hard and strained to go back inside! If she could talk, she was yelling "I don't wanna leave!" 🐶 The Windsor (or the original Canine Country Club) for sure will be our forever choice for our dogs in the future.
