Wow what a beautiful home and the most well behaved and adorable doggies. Caroline is very hospitable, a great communicator, very organised (left detailed handover notes) and generally a very lovely person. The area is great for walks, endless choice! The doggies are a joy to walk and are very obedient. They have wonderful personalities and love pats and company. The house is very homely and warm, the AGA is a pure delight on the cold winter days. We absolutely loved this sit, only negative was it wasn’t for long enough!
We had a wonderful time in Bath with Tom and Oscar. They were a pleasure to look after, giving lots of cuddles and behaving very well. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean and we kept in touch easily with Cath every day. Thank you for having us, it was great experience.
We had a great sit at Katrina and Tim’s beautiful home in Surrey. They were very generous and welcoming hosts who provided us with all the information needed for a successful sit. Wally and Milo were a dream to look after and accepted us very willingly and were happy to just hang out with us as it was difficult to get outside due to the weather. Gigi and Alfie are very independent and would turn up in sunny spots and at feeding time without fail. The area is great for exploring and Chiddingfold is a charming English village. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay at Phillip and Mary's house. The dogs were so sweet and playful yet very mellow. Their house was extremely comfortable. We felt like we were at our own home. They took us out for a great dinner before the sit started. It was like we were getting together with old friends. I would love to sit for Mary and Phillip again. Was a nice, relaxing vacation!

Your home is spacious, your kitchen fully outfitted, and Burger (all 150 pounds of him) is a very, very special being. We totally loved him! His every encounter with other dogs, people, animals taught us a confidence and connection that very few beings have on this Earth. We loved walking with him. No dog was ever easier to walk on a leash. Attentive to our pace, attuned to the world around him. Connecting with each and every person that wanted to say hello! I cannot recommend this service enough! The staff are always so helpful and have been so patient with Brucie and his separation anxiety. Mabel has been going out for weekly walks for over a year now. She loves getting together with other dogs and gets so excited when the van pulls onto our driveway. I highly recommend heathers pet care services and always mention them to other dog owners.
Just finished Heathers pet services puppy classes as Rosemary Lodge. We really enjoyed the sessions and my pup and I will both benefit from what we have learnt. Sophie N was fantastic. She is really engaging, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions separate from the lesson content. I wasn’t looking forward to being out on a cold Wednesday evening but am now sad it’s finished. Would def recommend. Will be looking to book some of Heather’s other pet services.
We did not have the best experience with Heather’s Pet Services. We genuinely appreciated how understanding and hard working the staff were, however the customer service really let us and our two cats down. I understand this is a predominantly dog-centred service, but we were assured they could look after Persian cats and their additional specific needs. We were extremely anxious about leaving our cats alone, to the point that it’s prevented us from taking trips since before the pandemic. It took a few visits for them to get used to these and I took particular care to update our information in their online portal. After each visit we could tell the staff really took on our feedback, which was amazing. However, on arriving home after the last two visits, we found one or both cats had become unwell and left unpleasant smells and messes to attend to, definitely not a nice environment to come home to after being away. After letting customer service know about this, the response was very unsympathetic and unprofessional. We were blamed for their errors and told we were at fault for making a staff member ill with the feedback we gave previously. I have never come across a business take so little responsibility for the quality of their services (at frankly extortionate prices) or the wellbeing of their staff, and I was particularly shocked by the lack of interest in the wellbeing of our cats after the final visit. Unfortunately, we would not feel safe leaving our cats under their supervision again.
About 5 years ago our cockapoo Barney began to get very agitated whilst being groomed. This got steadily worse to the point that the groomer said they would not be able to groom him without him being sedated…. We did this reluctantly, as we hated the effect the drugs had on him. I was chatting it through with the vet as this had been going on for a couple of years and I felt that it could not be good to do this as Barney was nearing 9. A number of people mentioned that Heather’s pets had a lady who was a trained dog behaviourist and wonderfully patient grooming team. I felt it was worth a go although did wonder if the saying ‘ you cannot teach an old dog new tricks’ would be validated! Sophie a trained dog behaviourist and Chloe the chief groomer have worked wonders- between them they have taken time with Barney to ensure he is comfortable with them and in their grooming room. They have cared for him and eased him in gradually to being able to be first washed and cleaned with them and now groomed without any sedation at all! It is such a relief and I am so grateful- they always reassured me too that I was not being a paranoid dog owner and that it would be worth taking this time- and it certainly has been. We are all so thankful they are fantastic!
My dog has been having regular weekly walks with the staff at heathers pet care services. Mabel loves being collected and going out with a group of dogs. The staff are dedicated animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Mabel has a brilliant bond with whichever walker she has and get super excited when she sees them walk up our path. Heather’s Pet Care Services is fantastic! I attended the puppy training classes & found them to be really informative, interactive & supportive. Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. My dog was not keen with being groomed, however in Chloe’s care, we haven’t looked back! I thoroughly recommend you use Heather’s Pet care Services for all your pet needs!
We have only positive things to say about both Sophie and Heathers Pet Care Services. We arranged some 121 sessions with Sophie for our little Cockapoo recently - and Sophie was so friendly, knowledgeable and Sophie made every session exciting. Our Cockapoo was so entertained, and we've taken all the training notes, games and general advice moving forwards and we can't wait to use the services again. Thanks again :)
We have used Heathers for a number of years now for group walking, grooming, puppy training and 121 dog training. They are all excellent and the online booking system is very helpful. Would highly recommend to any dog owners in Bath area.
We were so lucky to have found Dene! Our lovely but slightly mad Weimaraner Lottie now has a second home. She absolutely loves going to Dene for day care & walks and we know she is not only safe, but loved & cared for. Dene goes out of her way to help accommodate us and we have already booked Lottie in for holidays next year!
The best thing we could have done for our two Labradors is introduce them to Dene and her Happy Doggy Daycare. They get so excited when they hear her car arrive for their weekly group walk. It's so reassuring for us to know they get this regular socialisation and variation with someone we trust implicitly. Being on Dene's books also gives us the piece of mind I thought would be impossible; we can completely switch off from any worry. Dene is reliable, professional and caring. Dene has provided day care and holidays for Hugo and Coco for almost 4 years and comes highly recommended. I always have total peace of mind when Dene is caring from them and it is just like home from home. Hugo and Coco are always so pleased to see Dene when she arrives to collect them and looks forward to wonderful walks in the countryside with all their doggy friends. Dene is very approachable, versatile and always goes that extra mile to help out when needed and provides bespoke individual care for all the doggies she cares for and comprehends their individual personalities. If you want a home from home, caring and loving environment for your doggy whilst at work or on holiday, then Dene provides an outstanding 5 star service that is excellent and second to none.
Happy Doggy Daycare is a wonderful service, Dene is very professional aswell as being caring with myself and Coco. This is great value for money as you know the dogs are well looked after and always kept safe and cared for. My dogs reaction when Dene pulls up to get her just says it all, her tail bangs like a drum and she runs around whining in circles it is lovely to see. We have had occasional behaviour issues which Dene has highlighted and given us some guidance from previous experiences with other dogs and we have tried to nip this in the bud and each time its worked perfectly. Cannot tell you how happy we are with Denes service as leaving your dog is like leaving a child.
Dene is absolutely fantastic. Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to Dene's house and comes home content and tired from all the walking, playing and stimulation she gets from being with Dene and other friendly dogs. The email we get of the route map and photos of their walk are really enjoyable too. We've used other dog walkers and day care in the past but they've never been as professional as this.
Dene is such a wonderful lady. She looks after my two dogs, Blue & Luna, as if they were her own. They adore her. Dene goes above and beyond and offers an exceptional home from home service as well as taking the dogs on the most amazing walks. You only have to see their happy faces in the photos. I would highly recommend Happy Doggy Trowbridge. 5 Stars for a 5 Star service.

We're been lucky enough to use Happy Doggy (Trowbridge) services since 2017, and it has been a godsend. Our diva dog adores Dene, and HAS to have kisses whenever she arrives. She gets taken to beautiful, open spaces, where she can run off her beans with friends. I have 100% confidence that she will be looked after well and have a great time.
I have every confidence in Dene and the service she provides is superb. We have a very happy dog as a result and when we leave her for overnights stays we feel relaxed in the knowledge that she is safe and contented.
Always been really happy with Dene, very accommodating with all the COVID issues such as moving dates etc. Both my dogs love their visits, never had any problems and will continue to use.
Dec 3rd - 6th 2023 Rose has a wonderful manner with all animals I’m sure and is particularly caring and loving with our whippet Daisy. We would have no problem recommending Rose as a sitter for your pet and home. We had no worries while we were away as Rose is extremely capable and reliable. Our home was very tidy when we got back and Daisy had obviously had a great time too. Thank you Rose and we look forward to hopefully welcoming you back for a future sit.
Rosie helped us last minute when our friend broke her foot and couldn’t walk Rudy whilst we were on holiday. Rudy is a high energy dog that gets excited at the sight of anything that moves, Rosie knew exactly how to deal with him and made sure he had the best walks!

Friends for pets are fantastic! Whenever we go away, Jo comes to look after our (sometimes challenging) young cat. We can rest assured knowing that Jo is reliable, and always takes extra care to play with Bonnie, and give her a fuss too. She’ll even do sleep-ins if your animal needs it. She even sends photo updates to us doting cat parents. Highly recommend :)

Not only does Daphne from Friends for Pets look after Freddie brilliantly, but she lets me know how he’s doing, sends pictures and gives him cuddles and a lap to sit on. And she patiently plays the “Open the Door, I’m going out/No I’m not/Yes I am” with him too!

My dog Luna has been staying with Yvonne since she was a gangly puppy. I cannot rate her highly enough - she’s seen Luna through her awkward teenage years and now into a slightly greying dog with medication needs. Yvonne’s care for my dog is exemplary and Luna starts wagging her tail as soon as we turn in to her road - she’s so happy there and it gives me such peace of mind to know she is so well cared for when I’m away.
Our dog Benji goes and stays at the lovely Yvonnes house in Camerton , he loves his stay with her and we wouldn't send him anywhere else, she is a star ✨

I've been using we love pets for a number of years now and they've been fantastic. I've 3 cats and I always feel they're in safe hands and will get little updates when I'm away and always come home to 3 happy cats. The team are amazing.
I don't think I've ever left a negative review before but.. It was good the first time for our spaniel. But the second time was awful. Had done skinny legs, ears length was different, they had cut all her eyebrow lashes and whiskers off which are now growing awkwardly now curling in her eye (they don't effect her health though right?) Definitely wasn't a show cocker cut like I had asked. I shouldn't have paid even though I said at the time that was a lot shorter than I had agreed but I just couldn't get over it. So I then contacted them to say I wasn't happy. Basically was told it was my fault? For over £50 I'd expect them to groom her, not just basically shave everything off which is NOT what you do with a show type. Didn't receive a refund as I was fed up with arguing. Was so expensive for what was done. No offence but I could have done that. Do not recommend.
I highly recommend this dog groomers. My dogs come home looking and smelling amazing. The ladies are very pleasant and interested in the dogs background. The pricing of treatments is very reasonable especially with the cost of living going up. Highly recommend supporting this lovely business.
Milo is a big dog, no doubt about it. Anna at we love pets hasn't been fazed by this and has been absolutely fantastic with him for his walks. Occasionally we have been home to see how excited he gets when she arrives to take him out. We're even more happy to see how tired out he is when he gets home. Not to mention the price for a one to one walk is really good. Very good value for money! So far our experience with We Love Pets has been fantastic. I'm sure they will continue to impress.

We are first time dog owners and Skye has thrived through attending doggy day care weekly. The care and attention she gets is fantastic and I love the regular updates seeing her having fun with the other dogs. Holidays have always been important to us and was nervous leaving Skye overnight. I had no need to worry, the luxury boarding service is amazing, tailored to our needs for Skye providing us with reassurance that Skye is happy and well looked after whilst we are away. I cannot recommend Willsbridge Walkies enough for the brilliant service and care provided for the dogs.
Willsbridge Walkies has been fantastic for us in the bringing up of our pup. At first we thought the doggy day care was for us to have a day off each week. However, we have come to realise that Mabel has thrived and is so well socialised now with other dogs. She is always so excited when we pull up on the drive and is always welcomed in with such love. It is a lovely location and they have a great setup there. The regular photos sent throughout the day are brilliant and we especially like the team photo of all the dogs together that are there each day.
