Nan and Sandy were instant kindred spirits. They helped us navigate the service as this was our first time. They were amazing with our pets and had a wealth of knowledge to share. They even suggested tips to help with our dog's anxiety. Nan and Sandy were great at keeping us up to date on what the animals were up to and how they were doing. When we came back the house and animals were even better than we left them. It was such a wonderful experience having them stay and getting to know them a bit better. Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" We really enjoyed watching Spider and Freddie. Spider takes a little time to warm up to you but was a real cuddle buddy after a day or two. Freddie loved to play and cuddle. There’s a bus stop real close and a save-on-foods and London drugs in walking distance. Lola was really lovely too :)

Annie was my sitter for my cat Brendan when I temporarily lived in Waltham for work. Annie took care of Brendan on a few last minute urgent occasions. Once I was gone for 2 weeks.
