You cannot ask for better hosts than Marc and Ian! They were so welcoming, courteous and very clear with all that needed to be done for the sit. Their house is beautifully decorated, spotless and well organised and only a few steps to Hove beach. Maisie is a sweetheart in her golden age and is so cute, gentle and loves lots of cuddles. She spent lots of time with me while I was working or just relaxing on the couch or in bed. Overall a highly recommended sit!
Housesitting for Mark and Rebecca was absolutely incredible. Our Spain experience started off a little bumpy as someone broke into our car and stole most of our possessions. But Mark and Becky, lovey as they are, invited us to come stay at their house one day earlier so we could feel safe. Mark cooked a delicious meal for us, we had wine, and we just felt so lucky to have found this housesit. Their house, or should I say mansion, is beautifully located between mountains and the Mediterranean see. There are a thousand spots to enjoy a drink with the most incredible and breathtaking view. Furthermore, were allowed to care for their animals which were funny and sweet. All of them had such different characters and we just felt lucky to be able to get to know them and care for them for a couple of weeks. On top of all that Mark and Becky introduced us to their amazing friends all of whom lived around the area. We went to the beach with them twice and they even helped us finding future housesits☺️ Overall, there is not a single thing we would have wanted to change. Mark and Becky are incredible people who welcomed us like we were family. We really loved it here and would definitely want to come back! Thank you for choosing us and for making apple pie with vanilla custard on the first night - we will never forget that 😅☺️
