I just joined this service and I am so pleased I selected Bonnie to sit for our sweet boy, Roger. She is an excellent communicator, very patient, kind, reliable and thoughtful. Roger is a skittish cat, but came around for some 1:1 time with her! Bonnie was so sweet to send a photo now and then and provide an update. I knew not only Roger but our home was in good hands. Everything was in great shape when I returned. She even paid special attention to our plants and we exchanged texts about them, one in particular that a bug family tried to take over. Will hope the next time we travel Bonnie is available. Highly recommend her!

I would gladly let Barbara take care of my pets again. Barbara stayed with my Frank and Fievel for a weekend. She spent time with them and remembered to take photos during her stay. Communication was excellent and the apartment was in the same state or even better when I returned.

Maggie and Kristina were phenomenal! Wiley went on many adventures to various parks and was incredibly well taken care of. Our house was cleaner than when we left it and they were amazingly flexible with some last minute schedule changes. Perfect pet and housesitters!

Venora always leaves our home better than she found it and takes care of our beloved dog, Rio, as if she were her own! We will have Venora as often she is willing!

While our cats seemed happy and healthy upon our return, we were disappointed with some aspects of the care provided to our dog, Lila. Cleanliness - We found dog poop on the deck and dried urine in Lila's bed. This suggests she may not have been let outside as frequently as instructed or left alone for extended periods. The house was left in ok condition - maybe left a bit in the rush and not quite up to how we left it when departing. Communication - We discussed specific instructions for Lila's care (she's not an easy pup), including walks and potty breaks. It would have been helpful if the house sitter had reached out if they had any questions or needed clarification. There was maybe some slight misrepresentation of how active they claimed to be, I.e. not taking our dog on longer hikes. Overall, while the cats fared well, the lack of attention to our dogs needs was a concern. For future sits, clear communication and following instructions are essential for our pet's well-being.

Our pups miss Alejandra & Dylan they were cuddled, walked & loved on our time away. They are welcome back any time they are in the area so we can take off in the future. So happy they were our first sit on this app & it was a 💯 thanks for all the texted updates & photos too. Safe travels on your journey.

Barbara and Steve are great sitters. Barbara was very communicative with us and and sent photos of the kitties to show they were doing fine. They followed instructions well and took good care of our babies. Upon our return, our house was clean and tidy, just was we had left it. We would love to have them sit for us again.

Friendly and clean. Took great care of house and Bella. Gave updates and pictures of how Bella was doing. Sam even shoveled the drive way so I could get in after an unexpected storm

This was our longest petsitter to date and Nick was incredible! He was free and able to come before official dates to meet Oakley and have a house walk-thru. (Thanks for taking on feeding the fish and watering the plants too!) Nick took excellent care of Oakley and had great updates with photos. He also went up and beyond when Oakley got the business end of a skunk! He picked up skunk shampoo and spray for the house. He even checked in with the vet to see if there was anything else he could do. Thanks again Nick! We arrived home to a clean house and everything was as we left it. would highly recommend and invite back for another sit if our calendars align.

Mylene was a godsend. Super easy to work with leading up to the sit and great communication throughout including thoughtful clarification questions in the early going. Sauce (our cat, an older fellow) got into a bit of a fight with a neighborhood feral cat. Mylene was quick to act and help us make sure that our cat was okay and sort out next steps (we ended up waiting a few days till we got home before taking Sauce in, but we knew if need be, Mylene would have taken our cat in, etc). Great to have someone taking care of our place and beloved kitty who was reliable, thoughtful, and super attentive. Many, many thanks!

Maria stayed with my pup, Lily over a long weekend and I had a great experience with her! My apartment was super tidy when I got home and Lily was well taken care of. Thank you, Maria!

Camila and Rahul came the night before we left on our trip and we were reassured that our cat Hoshi was in confident, competent, and loving hands. They kept us updated on Hoshi while we were away, and left the house in perfect shape. Hoshi was content, well-fed, and got her medicine, and we made new friends with lovely people.
