They did an excellent job of taking care of both Tonks and our house. Communication was clear throughout and they were very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend!

Michelle is new to Zeewoi, so still learning the norms. That said, Michelle was open to feedback and communicated well throughout her stay. As positives, Michelle was committed and communicative from the start, sharing her flights and coming a day early to do handover. She was empathetic and kind to our cat, and gave her love and attention, working from home so that the kitty had company. Michelle also brought some lovely treats from Charlottesville and a cat toy, which was kind. The house was clean and beds made when we returned late in the day. Michelle did have a friend stay over without asking us first. I raised the issue with her, and she apologized for failing to ask us. It's always worth checking expectations on visitors to the house, time spent with pets, etc, especially across cultures. We have allowed some visitors before when asked, so I will be clearer on our expectations in the future.

Jonaye was fantastic. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her communication was excellent and the apartment was sparkling when I got back. She obviously took great care of my three crazy cats. When I got back they were just like "oh hey," so they'd clearly gotten plenty of attention and love while I was away. Jonaye is great. Snap her up for your next trip!

Valerie is our first experience with zeewoi and we came across an absolute shining star. She's very knowledgeable and experienced with large dog breeds and my pups were very happy and healthy on my hubbys return home. Communication A* and she is so lovely to banter with. My plants and house were lovingly looked after and Valerie washed and dried all her bed linen on departure. If I could give her 20/10 I would :) She made our visit home to the UK so relaxing as we knew the pups were left in great hands. Hoping when we return to the UK in 2024 we will convince her to visit us in Cambridge :) Can't wait to have her visit again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Valerie

Shannon was great! She communicated well. The pets were happy when I got home, and the house was in perfect condition!

This was the 2nd time Brandi housesat for us. She did an amazing job again and when I got home, I couldn't even tell that she has even stayed in our guest room because she is so neat! She kept me posted about all of our pets and sent photos. I would definitely trust Brandi to take care of our pets and home again!

Diana was absolutely amazing to work with and did a fantastic job with my dogs. She has a lot of dog experience and patience for working with my shy girl, that needed extra attention. She was so accommodating to our schedule and has great communication. The house was spotless when we returned. I never have a shortage of good things to say about Tabitha. We were ghosted by another zeewoi member a week before we were leaving for a 2 week international trip. Tabitha stepped in with very short notice and as always, was a dream. She is reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about making sure your babies feel safe and loved and cared for. She sends picture updates and puts any concerns of yours at ease. I always come home to a sparkling clean house and clean sheets and towels. We are grateful for her and everything she’s done.

Emily and Greg were our first housesitters and it was a wonderful start for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable with us and even more important, that Rebel was comfortable with them. I was fortunate they lived in the next neighborhood over so they stopped by several times to walk with Rebel and me and the day before our trip, Emily came by to take him out alone to ensure there were no issues with a stranger coming into the home while we were gone. In addition, Rebel is a large rescue dog and, although he is usually well behaved, none of us were sure how he would be when we left as we adopted him during the pandemic and we have been home pretty much 24/7. In addition, she had to attempt to keep Rebel from consuming too many cicadas which was a chore in itself. All went perfectly. Our house was left tidy and she even had to clean up some things that Rebel got into - he loves pillows, tissues and plastic bags. This was by no means her fault, we left them where he could get them.....and he did:) Emily communicated with me by text daily and we talked about how it went once we returned home. We came home to a happy dog which of course made us very happy and more comfortable with doing this again. Feel free to reach out to me if you need more information about this housesit.
