Looking after Eric for Kirsten and Drew was lovely and very easy! Kirsten and Drew were both so welcoming and flexible with all of the details. Their house is beautiful, clean, and situated right next to the train station which is really convenient. Eric is such a sweet old man and is quite low maintenance considering, mostly what he needs is your time/attention. He was zero trouble and was just a quiet presence to have around. All of the medication he requires mixed easily into his food and he takes it without issue. Honestly the whole sit was a breeze. I really just wish I’d had more free time from work so I could have explored the area more! I would happily come back to look after Eric again.
It's my first house sitting experience here, and, I'm extremely lucky! I have loved Howth, I have loved the beautiful, spacious, and neat house, and most important of all, I have fallen in love with 2 most lovable, affectionate, easy going, gentle and sweet pups: Daily and Leroy. They are so easy to care for. Daisy is orderly, organized, sensible, reasonable, she knows what she wants, and she is so gentle towards Leroy. And Leroy, what can I say, this little guy is full of goofs and incredibly affectionate. He loves cuddles, his naps and most important of all, he loves you. Both him and Daisy are so loving in nature that my heart just melts and can't stop kissing or caressing them. To me, they are insanely adorable all the time. Howth is very well connected to Dublin city with Dart train that runs every half hour. But truth be told it's really hard to leave them cause they are really the center of my universe during my stay. Love taking them out to the beautiful Howth harbour, or going uphill for a nice view. They love the sea and the fresh breeze. It's so scenic that you will forget about all the hustle and bustle of the city. For anyone enjoying peace, serenity, and nature, this is the ideal place to be. I can't wait to come back and care for them again in the future! I have left a piece of my heart with them, and gained beautiful memories and so much more!
Diane & Chris made us feel super welcome and at ease in their home. Their communication was clear and their home was cozy and comfortable. We had a great time with their lovely dogs Charlie, Monty and Archie. The dogs were loving and well behaved. Diane & Chris went over and above and left us a bottle of wine and some food in the house on our arrival. We would definitely stay again! We loved the local countryside and although the house is on a main road, it was very peaceful. The garden was a beautiful place to spend a day in the sun. Thanks so much for having us
A wonderful sit for Dalia and her cats : Max and Jassie. Both cats were friendly, but Max was a real character - and charmer. Delia was a great host, and was happy to meet her before the sit. Her comfortable home is in a prime Chicago location, with great public transportation and equally fantastic walk ability. I am looking forward for an opportunity for a repeat sit. Thanks, Dalia!
I had a great week in Berlin with Winston. He definitely needs time to warm up to you, but once he trusts you, he's your best buddy. He‘s very affectionate and loves his cuddles. Winston has a lot of energy, so he enjoys going to the dog park. Playing with other dogs makes him very happy. Overall, he is easy to handle on walks, he likes to sniff everywhere and explore his surroundings. Winston loves to play, but is generally very relaxed in the apartment. Lara is super friendly and very hospitable and she prepared everything well for me. Communication was easy and I could reach her at any time. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and clean and also in a great location. Supermarkets and trains are nearby and the neighbourhood is also very nice and quiet. There are many small shops, cafes and restaurants close by. I would come back at any time! ❤️🐾
Such a wonderful sit! Nari is a sweet and gentle girl who loves to curl up next to you on the couch. She's a joy to walk and calm when inside. Steve's home is very welcoming, clean and comes with clear instructions for a successful sit with Nari. Would love to sit again in the future.
