Oh gosh it was so sad to say goodbye to the animals. Daisy is a delight, equal parts snuggly and hilarious. I loved our daily beach walks so much - plus she was a great way to meet locals! Everyone wants to stop and pet her and she happily obliges. The Guinea pig went from running away from me to coming to me to be hand fed food and squawking when I was chopping vegetables. It was adorable. The chickens are so cool. I grew up with chickens and it was so great to be around then again. They even gave me an egg as a gift for my last day. The bearded dragon was awesome. So chill until feeding time and his eyes lit up and I got to feed him a little salad I had prepared. And Princess Buttercup! Ahhh what a treat. So affectionate and cute. She let me carry her around while her head rested on my shoulder and came along on walks with Daisy and I which was so sweet. They have a very special bond. Princess is such a sweetheart who was very hard to say goodbye to. I loved her napping on my belly while I typed away at my computer. The only sounds I heard from the house were the beach and the neighbour’s wind chime. It was such a relaxing and wonderful week and James made everything so easy for my stay. I can’t remember the last time I was that relaxed. I hope to come back again!
We had a lovely time looking after Buddy. He was very easy to look after and loved sitting on my lap and playing with his toys. The walks around the village were lovely and Maulden Woods are also close by, with Buddy enjoying a trip in the car. The house was warm, comfortable and modern with plenty of room. I had a lovely time cat and house sitting for Alex and Emma in their beautiful home in Frome. The cats Blue and Luna were really sweet and easy to take care of. Emma and Alex were really welcoming, left me clear instructions and were easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The house is really comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of natural light. I really enjoyed my house sit and would highly recommend!

Well, Pet Squad is literally the second home of our little buddy, Kupi. So it is kind of difficult to write anything without superlatives… In short, as practicing puppy parents, we all know how challenging can be to leave your little one in someone else’s hands while you go to work or on holiday. This is not the case with Pet Squad BXL. You should see Kupi’s propelling tail anytime we step in the house, he has his best time ever at Anny’s. ❤️😊
My dog Cleo loves to go there at Anny's and Sebastian's! she goes there weekly and sometimes we also do boarding, we cannot be happier! we get regular videos and update and they are super nice and available for any questions! super recommended ❤️
I’m so incredibly happy to have found Anny! She is AMAZING! Our dog was shipped to us and clearly hadn’t been groomed in some time. I handed over a dog I barely recognized who was covered in mats and dreadlocks and came back with this beautiful, yummy smelling, happy pup. Anny is a gem!

We brought our 15 year old Labrador, Aslan, here for the first pet hotel stay in his life. The team here are absolutely incredible. They showed so much love care and attention to Aslan. They were also super cooperative, communicative, generous and kind. Because of his age Aslan was very sensitive and fragile, and we had nobody that could care for him. It was such a relief that he received such good care, that it was as if they knew him his whole life. The prices might be higher than other places, but they are 100% justified because your pet cannot get better care! We wish you all the best in the future and send you our thanks!

They are simply the best!!! Super attentive to my dog and all she needs. It’s all-inclusive service from dog-sitting, dog-boarding, to grooming, food and other advice, to sending videos of my dog playing and enjoying herself. It is my go-to place when I leave for work or go on holidays. My dog runs with a joy to get to pet squad and I never worry when she’s there. Also, Anny is one if the kindest people I’ve met, so really, highly recommended 😊
With my wife, Iwent to leave our dog for what was supposed to be a one night test. Upon reaching, we realised that our puppy would have to spend the night probably with 15 dogs in a small room. When asked to see the accommodation, this was refused on the basis that too much "disruption " would have taken place. We have been to many dog "hotels" and never were we refused the ability to see where the dog would stay. On top of it the lady was not very friendly, very abrupt and didn't even acknowledge our dog or greet it. For all these reasons we didn't feel comfortable leaving her. I went away with quite a negative impression and would recommend against this place.
I highly recommend Valérie and For Happy Dogs. She looks after my 3 (large) dogs four days per week. They are always happy to go to her. She also does excellent grooming. What I also appreciate is she is extremely flexible and always responds to my WhatsApp messages very quickly. I am pleased I found her.
We left our dog in the daycare for 3 days when we were on a business trip in Brussels. During the 3 day we barely received any info on the dog, we asked the lady to send us pictures but she didn't send any, also didn't share any information when my wife picked up the dog, basically we have no idea what happened with our dog in the last days. Sounds like a small deal, but if you are paying 110 euro for a 3 day stay, the least I expect is proper communication, especially if I trust you enough to leave my dog with you. I don't want to judge her too much, because I'm sure she loves dogs, but the whole process with the daycare was strictly transactional, i didn't feel too much love towards my dog from her.
We had left our dogs this summer for a week at happy dogs. When we picked them up they were looking sad and frightened - the big one was walking with difficulties - she has a hip-dysplasia but normally never issues with this - and our small dog had suddenly at home a pain in the back which we had to treat for a month … We are still wondering what happened to them . I don’t like being openly negative without having the full picture that’s why it took me some time to post this . But I we are definitely sure they were not taken well care off and think it is a duty to share this .

Horrible experience – Very disappointed! I hesitated for a long time before writing this review, but after everything that happened, I can't keep it to myself. The lady who runs the place was very rude and unhelpful. There was no possibility of visiting the premises beforehand, and the unpleasant smell in the room was truly unbearable. During the stay, my dog was injured by other dogs, but the manager denied the incident. She said "it's happened before", and didn't want to acknowledge that it happened on her watch. I will never stay here again and I highly recommend this place to other dog owners.

I left my dog with Luna and she really did take good care of him! She is attentive and took her time to bring him for walks, spend time with him and feed him according to my instructions. She is definitely my go-to for any time I need to leave my beloved furry friend! Totally recommended 👍

Luna is a trustworthy person, who is passionate about animals and knows them very well (she is studying to become a veterinary assistant). She took care of my labrador several times, especially when he was sick: she was perfect and it was really very reassuring to be able to entrust your dog to someone so caring and competent. She is reliable, friendly and generous. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed!!! Good reception on the phone by a young person (doing not speak French but English) Lots of good will but unable to satisfy my request (catsetting chat 11/21 to 12/19 - I have to undergo an operation), she contacted a colleague to find a solution. There I received a terse text message from my contact informing me that the person contacted already had too much work with his other clients. And they left me there!!! So very disappointing 😏😏😏
