It was an absolute pleasure to house sit for Janene and care for her two lovely dogs Ed & Bud, Lenny the cat and the hens. Janene is a lovely person and fantastic host, explaining the pets needs in great depth, telling us about the area and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Janene has a beautiful home, fully equipped with everything you need for a stay, with amazing sea views. We had fun walking the dogs on the beach twice a day. Ed loves to chase a ball and is well behaved off the lead. He loves attention and took to snuggling up to us in the evenings in front of the fire. Bud is a lovely little dog, is great on the lead and loves his beach walks. He would often come and find us for pats and attention and was great at keeping our feet warm in the evenings…he loves his tummy scratches. Lenny is a beautiful friendly cat, she definitely let us know when she was hungry being very vocal. Although she started off quite timid and shy of us she took to both of us giving her pats and snuggling on the sofa. The two hens are very friendly and were happy to see us each morning allowing us to pat them and give them food and were very easy to care for. We would love to come back and stay again in the future if the opportunity arose and would definitely recommend to others.
