Pet Sitters in Linton Hall, VA

Pet House Suites was one of the only places in the area that I didn’t have to put in a form and wait to hear back from them to schedule an appointment. I called them up and schedule for later in the week. They did a beautiful and speedy job on our 100+lb Great Pyrenees. We dropped him off and picked him up 2.5 hours later. We have red clay in our yard and after the rain it’s pretty tough to get the red tint out of his coat. They brought him back to white and added a cute little bow on his collar 🤍 We also have an Australian Shepherd that is very high energy. They did a great job with her also.

My two teacup poodles love going to "camp" at Pet House Suites! The staff is over-the-top friendly, and they truly love their furry guests. To top it off, they offer grooming services, and Taylor does a terrific job! My pups have never looked better!!!!!

Staff and Doctor Stark are great! The customer bathroom is third world country-ish. They saw my cat, Prince on very short notice. Did what was needed, and I did not have to take a second mortgage to pay my bill. Thanks, guys, all the best!

If I could give negative stars…I WOULD!! This place is run by a HACK doctor and his kennel manager. I got my dog back and he was a walking skeleton! There was zero excuse for the condition I got my dog back in, especially since there’s a veterinarian office which is owned by the same HACK doctor right across the parking lot!! My dog died a month after he left the care of this facility! I called to see about getting a resolution to this matter and Tom Roehr….the owner and veterinarian blamed me for my dogs death. He also completely shirked responsibility…rather than taking responsibility and trying to resolve my complaints and concerns. If you even remotely love your dog…DO NOT Use their services.

I thought I would give this place a try… it’s very near where I work and my dog really needed to be groomed. I was not disappointed! The receptionist was very friendly and walked me through the process of what I’d need to fill out and provide ahead of time, and the groomer listened to what I wanted and delivered! She did an amazing job! Very pleased, and I’ll be going back!

The staff is great! Belle goes to doggy day care and absolutely loves it and looks forward to going. She is always treated like a princess. She recently spent 2 weeks boarding there and I could not ask for a better group of people to care for her while we were gone. I highly recommend.

We were so excited to come here for the second time. Unfortunately we will not be coming back after this experience. First I was told a bath would be included if I wanted. I said yes to one of my German Shepards because I knew she would love a bath by others. When I checked out they charged me 55.00 for a bath, when I asked if they trimmed her nails ( I could see they weren’t cut) they stated we tried but couldn’t. Still charging me $55 even they advised when I dropped them off it was included. When I questioned the charges they stated we didn’t say that and the contact says after the 10th day the bath is free.. according to my emergency contact they called her on the second day due to my males anxiety. My emergency contact stated if it continues or any other issues she would come and get them. They never called. Instead when I came and picked him up they said he is no longer welcomed back due to his anxiety and barking . Staff was rude and uneducated and scared of German shepherds. I have not been more disappointed. I do not recommend this facility at all to anyone. They also charged me a early drop off fee and charged me for the same day. They also charged me $30. For an all natural anxiety medication for my dog when I told them do not give him anything when I dropped him off. The medication did not even work they stated.. my male dog also had a large cut on his nose at pick up and they didnt say anything about that.

Literally operates policies that are counter to veterinary recommendations, overpriced and nickel and dime you for every small “service”that should be provided base for the cost they ask.

Great staff and you can tell they love our pets 🥰 …

My babies Sam and Sadie were well taken care of when I had someone cancel watching them for me and I needed someone to watch them within a week of us leaving for our trip! Meg was responsive and eager to help me out. She met with them to see if they were a good fit and we agreed on that visit that she could sit my 2 dogs. I was nervous to leave them however, Meg sent me photos every visit and gave me updates each visit. Also, our flight was delayed when we were scheduled to be home and I had to contact Meg spur of the moment to visit them again. When we arrived home our babies were well cared for and very happy!! There has been no signs of stress and they are doing very well since we have been back. I absolutely can’t wait to be able to use Meg’s loving care services again. They provide a wonderful service and put our minds at ease while we were away from home. Knowing that your pets are taking care of when you’re away is the best feeling ever!! I highly recommend everyone to try their services!

Absolutely loved having Meg watch our two pups. She was reliable and caring. She sent lots of updates and is easy to communicate with. Will definitely be using them again. Can’t say enough good things.

Meg's Loving Pet Care is the only team I'd trust to watch my beloved companions when I'm away. They really get to know your pets (and I only go away a couple times a year), but they get to know the pets they watch and they will pick up on my changes to my pets routine. They will notify me if the house feels a little warm and adjust the thermostat or shades at my request. They bring in the mail with no added charge. I've never needed one of my pets to get vet care while I was away, but I know if one of my animals was not well, they would be quick to inform me and get them adequate care. I use the Sure Petcare feeding system (it's fancy and tells me when and how much each cat has eaten) so I can monitor when I'm away. There was a glitch in the system last time I was gone and Meg got on the phone with me while at my house and troubleshooted with me until we got it working again. Meg and her crew always go above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough. They are wonderful! And they send pictures of my animals every day I'm away. I love seeing their faces while I'm gone. Meg always delivers 100%

Megan and her employee Meg fit us in on very short notice while I was sitting for my granddog. Megan responded right away when I inquired on the website and came to my houses just a few days later with Meg to meet Sophie. Meg took wonderful care of Sophie with walks and rub downs. They were flexible with my schedule and it was a great relief knowing Sophie was so well cared for. Can't recommend this group enough! Do not hesitate to use them!

Meg is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our kitties. We got an excellent first impression when we met her. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets. She contacted us with pertinent questions in a timely manner, which was exactly what we expected. When we came home after our week away our cats were healthy, all medications had been given, and (most importantly to us) they were safe. During our time away Meg sent us photos of our babies having fun which was really nice 🙂. We look forward to booking Meg again in the future. Thanks for doing such a great job!

They are also flexible when I need them to be. And I truly believe they care deeply about my furry baby. We are so lucky to have Meg and her gals in our lives! They take such good care of our aging pup Velvet, and she loves them so much! Meghan is an excellent communicator and has a great team. Velvet is our baby, and they are the only ones we trust to look after her when we are away from home!

We have 3 chihuahuas who do not board or attend doggy daycare on a regular basis so they are a little shy to warming up. Tracy and Joe treated them like one of their own and took great care of them while we were on vacation. Tracy did a home visit first to get to know them, then our dogs went to her home for a few hours the week before we left town. Tracy communicated with us and even sent pictures while we were gone. We didn't have to worry at all knowing they were safe and sound. We will definitely return when we need boarding services again!

Tracy and her husband are absolutely amazing. She has helped us through long trips and last minute requests and is always willing to help! Our dogs adore her as well and they are pretty picky with people! Tracy sends pictures and updates throughout their stay that leave a sense of peace knowing your babies are in a loving space. What I love most is they aren’t boarded in cages for our entire time away. They are given cuddles, long walks and a home to be in while we are away. We have also used Tracy for walks throughout the day and poop scoop services for our yard and we have always had great experiences with that as well. I have referred multiple people to Tracy and they have all raved over how amazing she is. I am so happy that we found Tracy and never have to stress about where our pups will go while we are away or if they will be well taken care of!

We adopted a puppy back in the spring and were very nervous to leave him with anyone but I saw numerous recommendations for Tracy and decided to use her boarding services. She and her husband have taken amazing care of our pup and she is wonderful about communicating with me and sending pics the entire time. Tracy and Jaime did an amazing job with my pups. The quality of care they did for them and my cats were none like I've ever seen. They also gave me updated details with every visit including pictures - which I loved and looked forward to :-) They are very professional and caring. We have a nervous little dog but he is always ok going to We Let the Dogs Out 4 You, LLC. He knows he will be well loved there and we know it too. Tracy always sends us pics while we are away to show he is happy! The owner always responds quickly when I ask to get coverage for our pup! She is very friendly and knows my dogs little quirks. We Let the Dogs out 4 you has taken care of my two dogs for all our summer trips this year. This is the first time I have been able to go on vacation and not have to worry or check up on the pups while we are gone. They sent me pictures and an update for every visit. When we got home the dogs were happy and relaxed and you could tell they had a great time while we were away. Tracy and Jaime are fantastic and truly care for our pets. Our handsome Asher spent a couple of days with Tracy for in-home boarding while I helped my daughter move back from college and I loved the updates and pictures she sent...he truly enjoyed his stay there. Due to an issue with the move, we had to spend an extra night away resulting in Asher staying with her a little longer and Tracy was understanding and helpful. Additionally, I asked for a quick check on our kitties since one night away turned into two and she easily took care of us. Jaime, who usually walks Asher for us during the week, came over to check on the kitties and sent a great update with pictures. I highly recommend WLTDO4Y and so thankful for their outstanding service, compassion and love of pets, and all around fantastic ladies.

I’ve had a great experience w/WE LET THE DOGS OUT 4 YOU. Tracy came by to meet my new puppy, Benji, about 3 yrs ago. I knew right away she was a responsible & caring person. Before meeting Tracy, my husband & I scheduled a vacation & hired someone to stay w/Benji for 5 days but after just 1 night of being away, she called & told us she couldn’t stay the duration. She abandoned him leaving us desperate for a rescue sitter. Feeling helpless being so far away while Benji was by himself, I called Tracy. She graciously went to my house, packed Benji & his things & took him home with her. After he was settled in she sent text messages, updates & photos of Benji being well taken care of. It was so comforting knowing he was safe. I can’t tell you how relieved we were. We were able to relax & enjoy the rest of our vacation w/confidence & w/out the anxiety. Benji was in good hands. Since that time, Tracy and Jaime have been walking Benji during the day while I’m at work. They’re extremely reliable but most of all trustworthy. I love being at work and getting an email w/photos and updates of Jaime’s visits with Benji. Benji not only looks forward to his visits with Jaime, but he expects them. Linda Waverly is the person that I completely trust with my animals. She is the person everyone should have when they need someone to care for their pets. She is kindhearted, caring, trustworthy, and always puts the needs of the animals above her own. Not only does she take care of her pets and yours, she rescues the ones that people have abandoned and finds permanent, loving homes for them. I know this first hand because that was how I first met her. Long, long story short... my neighbor and I found a kitten less than ten days old, mother run off and siblings killed by a dog. The kitten needed bottle fed every two hours. I work. The shelter said it would put it down. That's how I met Linda. Linda spent the next several weeks bottle feeding that kitten while successfully running 4 Paws-A-Walking. That kitten is now my cat. Linda has such a phenomenal reputation for successfully rescueing and caring for animals that she is the person I went to to get a second cat. That cat and her three siblings were dropped off at Fed-ex building. Linda found loving, permanent homes for all. So that is the person of such high moral character whom you can completely trust to care for your pets. She is the person I turn to when I need pet care. You will love her.

3 years ago I become unable to walk my best friend, my dog Baylin. My heart was broken. He loved his walks more than anything else I could do for him. Linda with 4 Paws a walkn' was recommenced. Right away I knew she was the one to love my dog and give him joy. He waits for her daily. We both love her and can not imagine life without her. Wonderful experience! Amy and her husband Don were extremely accommodating and patient with my moluccan cockatoo. I had some anxiety about setting up/breaking down his large cage, but they expertly assembled/disassembled it with me in no time at all. I received daily videos, which helped me relax and enjoy my vacation. It's very hard to find a boarding facility for parrots, and I'm very grateful that Amy is nearby. In the end, my bird was reluctant to leave her and didn't let go of her hand! He was clearly well taken care of. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

It is difficult to find a place to care for Sailor, our African Grey, when we travel. Finding Boarding Feathered Friends was like finding a treasure. They looked after Sailor for 10 days, and kept us updated daily on how she was doing with a short video. Sailor adapted quickly to her new surroundings. She was in very caring hands. Since their large cage was reserved already, we brought our own for Sailor, which worked out well.

Amy was so great with our cockatiel, Squirt!! She visited daily, with updates, and really took wonderful care of him. It's clear that Amy is very knowledgeable and loving of our feathered friends. We definitely recommend and thank you, Amy!

Boarding Feathered friends is just like a home away from home for your birdies. You don’t have to worry about your feathered children when you are away. Amy and her family love birds and give them lots of attention and healthy snacks. You are texted daily pictures and videos with updates on how they are doing. Our sweet, senior cockatiel loved his time with Amy! Her and her family showed Mercy such genuine care and interaction, and really helped him feel comfortable. It was heartwarming seeing the daily videos and how much he was enjoying himself. We can’t recommend Boarding Feathered Friends enough, and we’re glad that we can go out of town knowing that our bird is in the best hands.

Amy took incredible care of our blue crowned conure when we were away for 10 days. She gave him a ton of attention and made sure that he was happy and that his needs were met. In fact, she made a trip to the store to buy almonds because she noticed how much he liked them! Amy was more than comfortable holding him and playing with him. She made it so easy for us to relax and we knew our bird was in the best hands. Thank you Amy!

Amy was AMAZING! Very kind, personable and patient. She took good care of our feisty little parrotlet and was thorough with communication before and during his stay. We received daily videos of his stay and felt good about having a safe place to send our sweet boy so close to home. Will of course have Amy take care of him again in the future.

Amy did an absolutely wonderful job with our birds! I highly recommend her! She sent me pictures with each visit and often even films! I felt very comfortable knowing my birds were in such good hands, and I'm so relieved to know we finally have a way to travel without schlepping up to boarding facilities in Fairfax! She's the best!

Siria has worked as a vet technician for a long time and it shows. She is so sweet with both dogs and cats and she is so thoughtful about their needs and knows exactly how to tend to the complex pets that require medications and a lot of love. She is so easy to work with and communicate with. She is fantastic at what she does and I will always use her as my first go to for watching my pets!

I believe that I was her very first client after searching several reviews and was very happy to have Siria to walk by Collie Gabby. She watched over her and would make me aware of any health concerns that she noticed. Unfortunately after 3 1/2 years, she passed away. Both had a strong bond and love for each other and she even took time off work to see Gabby the day she crossed the rainbow bridge. Highly recommend her!

I was very hesitant leaving my baby kai with a sitter as he’s always been with family. When I found Siria’s information as a sitter, I felt at ease that she was closer to my home. She provided any information requested to ease my stresses and make me feel comfortable leaving kai with her while I was away. She accommodated the drop off and pick up times with my schedule. She provided pictures and open communication during Kai’s stay to help me stay at ease. She treated him like he was her own and understood his little quirks. He enjoyed his time with her as she shows him so much love and care. I recommend Siria and will definitely use her services again for future needs.

Siria did an amazing job! Firstly, I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother whose cat Siria took amazing care of during a family trip. She was in constant communication with us and was even there to support my mom when she had to put one of her two cats down right before the planned trip. Siria showed up on time, stayed the entire time and sent lots of pics and updates. My mom Nancy is hard to please especially when her fur baby is concerned but she was at ease the entire trip. So on behalf of my mom, her cat Salem, and the rest of the family in the trip we could not be happier with the service and are definitely planning to use her again!

Siria took care of my high maintenance shih tzu for a long weekend. She did a great job. Gave meds and special meals on time and took her on walks as required. I knew she was well cared for safe. Siria is always relaxed, courteous, and professional.

Couple of years ago, it was first time to leave our dog with a sitter. I searched and asked friends and families to find a sitter for Vasili and found Siria. She provided all information and made us feel comfortable leaving Vasili. She provided pictures of our dog when we were away and we lived with our dog long enough understanding he’s enjoying living with Siria. Siria kept him couple of times so far and we are so happy to leave our dog with her. I recommend Siria to anyone.

Siria has taken care of our numerous pets on several occasions. She even braved a storm to make sure our funnies were taken care of. Her experience working with animals is invaluable, and ours enjoyed her care and attention.

We have used Paw pals pet sitting on multiple occasions for our bunnies while we are away. Many pet sitters are not interested in small pets however; Mary and her team, are amazing and we trust her implicitly! We are very happy with the outstanding service we have received from her team including texts and photos of our pets when we are out of town. They always go the extra mile and we highly recommend them!

Highly recommend as pet sitters! Initially, a sitter from the company will visit the house to meet the pets and learn where everything is. Tatiana took careful notes and we got her some spare keys. While we are away, Paw Pals sends sitters to come and look after our boys. They feed them, scoop litter, bring in mail and packages, and they will even manage trash, recycling, blinds and lights so that everything is comfortable for our kitties. Each time they check in, we receive an email message with updates and pictures, which is so comforting when we are on the road. Also, if you don’t let Paw Pals know when you are home, they assume something has happened and will continue to care for your babies. If something were to happen, I know they would be okay. Five stars for Paw Pals!

The folks at Paw Pals pet sitting are fantastic to work with. This review includes a bit of a long story but goes to show how dedicated they are to their job and the care they have for the animals they watch over. I reached out to Paw Pals, even though I live outside their service area, in a bit of a panic because our scheduled dog sitter for our family vacation suddenly wasn't available. The local sitters we've used in the past seemed like they wouldn't be able to accommodate us on such late notice and so we were scouring the internet for other options. When I submitted a request to Paw Pals, I expected to get a polite no thank you - you're out of our service area. Instead I got a call from Jen, who was so kind, helpful and accommodating and essentially bent over backwards to help set up a sitter for us. We met the sitter at her home and it was more of the same. So friendly and welcoming to our dog and fully prepared to watch her for two weeks. We ultimately didn't end up booking with Paw Pals, only because our local sitter had an opening that allowed someone to stay in home with our dog (who is a very anxious senior shepherd-collie mix). But just based on the limited experience I had with them, I would highly recommend Paw Pals. These folks are fantastic and I only wish we lived closer so we could utilize their other services on a regular basis. Five stars all the way!

I have used Paw Pals for several trips over the last few months, and they have been phenomenal every time! Mary is extremely kind and responsive, and she makes sure that my cat and dog have the care that they need every time I am out of town. We used Paw Pals for our two cats during the holidays (2 weeks). Our experience was absolutely amazing! From the amazing communication we had with the Paw Pals team and the cat sitters to the amazing job they did with our cats. One of our cats has always been reluctant to meet new people but after these two weeks she's now the first to greet anyone! I love the updates with pictures you get after each visit which is something I always looked forward to while missing our cats. Part of our holiday included being on a cruiseship which left us with very little internet connectivity but at no point did I feel the need to worry as we knew our cats were in great hands. Mary and her Paw Pals team are amazing!!! They have taken amazing care of my cats for several years and have always made me feel comfortable and confident that my kitties would be well cared for!!! And when my oldest cat needed special TLC which meant multiple visits a day, multiple medicines with special directions and sub-q fluids, Paw Pals took extra special care of her and always kept me informed of how she was doing with every visit!! I can’t say enough!! I also recommended Paw Pals to friends who are also now regular clients with Paw Pals!!!

I hired Paw Pals based on my sister’s referral. Meet & greet was very thorough and detailed. I was surprised that my finicky cat came to check the sitter out. Subsequently, a sitter watched my cat over several separate visits, and it was clear through the visit reports that my cat loved the sitter. Very positive experience working with Paw Pals Pet Siting. Owner, Mary Telesz, came to our home to meet our pets and get accustomed to their daily routine. When we were away she sent updates and pictures to let us know they were doing well. She informed us when she was introducing a new pet sitter through the business for the following days of our vacation, and the sitter left us detailed remarks. Overall recommend and will use Paws Pals Pet Siting in the future.

I had a family emergency and had to drop my dog at daycare from Sunday September 8th in the AM to Wednesday 11th in the PM. I didn't notice when I picked her up as I was exhausted, and only noticed some low energy thinking she probably played a lot. At home is when I saw her right lip swollen and at closer inspection all the scratches around her nose. Her tail was also RAW and bleeding. I called and when I spoke to the manager she told me at closer inspection of the camera it seems she was approached by a great Dane, but she didn't elaborate. All she said was sorry and that it won't happen next time. She asked to send her pictures which I did and asked for accountability via email, and she is yet to reply. I had to take my dog to the veterinary, and place her in antibiotics for her lip and nose, ointment to keep her nose hydrated, and bandage for her tail to help it heal. At dogtopia I remember signing a document stating that if my dog assaulted another dog I would be liable for veterinary and medical cost so I don't understand why they're not making the owner of the great dane take care of this, instead I paid for negligent care and vet costs. It's safe to say I won't bring my dog back and understand now why this place is so slow. EDIT to reply: No you DID NOT communicate the FACE injuries which were more severe than the tail, I still have the message and picture you sent regarding her tail, you never mentioned the SCRATCHES on her face. Also when I called and spoken to the employee before she put me on hold to talk to the manager i heard her whisper "He knows" before the phone going mute. In our phone conversation you also mentioned a Great Dane, AND suggested having my dog with the small dogs to avoid the great dane. Now there is no great dane? Also my dog has stayed multiple times at your facility and the dogtopia in herndon, we've never had this "crate rub" issue before. And if it was what kind of crates do you have with sharp edges to scratch my dogs face like that?

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Dogtopia of Manassas. I brought my healthy dog in for daycare, expecting him to be well-cared for. However, when I picked him up, I was shocked to find him unable to walk properly and covered in scratches. It's evident that my dog did not receive the proper care and supervision he needed during his stay. As a result, he has sustained injuries that were completely avoidable and unacceptable. I urge pet owners to reconsider using this daycare, as the safety and well-being of your pets may not be adequately ensured here.

It’s always a little nerve wracking leaving my dogs (8 and 10 year old dachshund mixes) but I felt a lot of relief after day care at Dogtopia went well. It’s smart that the team starts with temperament testing to ensure the dogs don’t have aggressive habits. My dogs do better in this “neutral territory” compared to being in someone else’s home so this is a perfect solution. We left town for a week and it was nice to be able to check the Ring camera in the Dogtopia app and see that our dogs were wagging their tails and socializing. I also received nice emails and texts during their stay offering extra activities to keep my dogs stimulated. 5/5 stars, can’t wait for my next trip. I know our dogs will be in good hands.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care provided to our dog during his stay from 07/03 to 07/06. We paid $400.00 for this service, only to have our dog returned to us with multiple injuries. His nose, head, and paw are all scratched and injured. I have attached photos for your reference. We were not informed of any incidents or injuries during his stay. Upon his return, our dog is now acting unusually, refusing to use the bathroom, and clearly in distress. This level of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable. When I called to inquire about what happened, I was told that our dog was playing with another dog, slipped, and injured himself. Additionally, they mentioned his nose was scratched from the crate. The only response I received was a dismissive apology and a vague promise to be more transparent next time. This is not the level of care we expected or paid for. I strongly advise others to reconsider using your services if they wish to avoid their pets returning home sick and injured.

My girls love both the Manassas and Gainesville locations! The staff is great and all I have to say is “daycare” and they start hopping around like clowns with excitement! These photos are pics that the staff took and sent to me. They are so content!

The manager Melanie and staff are just amazing!! I love that I can watch my pup play with her doggy friends throughout the day. My Oakley enjoys daycare every time.

Dogtopia of Manassas is fantastic. Our puppy is about a year old and gets beyond excited when she sees us pulling into the parking lot. The staff is incredibly friendly, and seems to really care about taking care of our dog. The webcam service is fantastic to check in on your pup! Its a great way to let your pet get their energy out while you are at work! We look forward to many more visits!

I like the fact that every employee is inviting and loving toward myself and my pup. Everyone is always so excited to see Misty and has funny stories to share about her day. I really enjoy the little notes that are sent home.

We are previous Waggin' Tails customers and have had great experiences at Bark + Boarding. Amy has been amazing and hosted a few events at our apartment community over the summer. I think the photo events are a cute idea, and we look forward to returning! We really like this facility because it is always clean, does not smell like other local competitors' facilities, and our dog always seems to be well taken care of. Keep doing what you're doing!

We truly appreciate and completely trust the amazingly wonderful staff as well as the entire boarding experience at Bark and Boarding in Manassas ❣️❣️🐶 From the warm friendliness and efficiency of the front desk, to the genuinely compassionate loving care and expertise of the staff giving the direct care to my 18.5 yr old little dachshund, the whole experience was totally above and beyond ❣️🐶 My sweet mini dachshund, Nugget, has multiple care issues and the tender caring staff gave the very best of loving care and attention to her 🐶❤️ We gratefully have the utmost confidence in the staff when we have to board her! We wouldn't board our fur baby anywhere else because of the trust and confidence we have developed in this Bark and Boarding staff ❣️

The staff are nice. But the one time we did overnight boarding, he came down with a wicked case of bordetella and a step infection.

Our puppy, Wally loves going to daycare. He loves all of his friends, human and animal.

We've been using Paws Awhile for over 15 years. This is the 3rd dog we've boarded... The kennel is very clean with large cage runs. Staff is professional, friendly, and give the animals lots of love, attention and personal care. Great price/value!

I cannot say enough positive things about PawsAwhile. Our family have been clients with Paws Awhile since 2017. We board, do daycare and have used their grooming services for our canine children. With confidence we know our "Boys" are well taken care of, in fact when we arrive for daycare they are very excited to see all the staff. Without hesitation we recommend this small business!

Teddy loved his time at PAPM!! Loved my daily photos of him by email and I so appreciated their attention to detail. PAPM truly loves what they do and I will be using them again to board Teddy!

The Sisters and their staff are so great with our dog. He’s pretty skittish and reactive around new people, but every time he runs right up to the person checking us in, which is a great sign. His preferred place is right at my feet at all times, but while we’re out of town, this is a perfect second best. The Sisters are incredibly accommodating, keep in touch with us if our pup gets sick, and generally just love the dogs. Can’t recommend them enough!

This place is wonderful! I'm so glad I found it. My pup has been coming here since he was old enough to get all the required vaccinations. He LOVES this place. The nuns (yes, nuns!) and staff are delightful, and the motel is set on such a beautiful property. They offer daycare and boarding for both dogs and cats, and have many activity packages and add-ons for your little fella if he/she needs extra playtime, walks, or snuggles. I highly recommend it! Edit: My pup has been "evicted" from this facility. He was recently boarded here for a 12 day stay while I was out of town. When I arrived to pick him up I was told he was no longer welcomed because he "wasn't picking up on another dog's cues during play time". Apparently my pup wanted to play with a dog that didn't want to play. There was no fight, and it was with only one dog, who he had played with in the past. I'm very upset over this, as I think the facility could have handled it differently. Every time I've picked my dog up from here, they always tell me he was a perfect gentleman. He's been coming here since he was about 7 months old, and he'll be two at the end of March. It's a shame he's been "banned" over this one incident. Edit: Adam from this facility reached out to discuss what apparently was a misunderstanding. I feel like we were able to clear up the issue and was reassured that my pup was still welcomed at Paws Awhile. This interaction was handled in a very polite and professional way, and I'm looking forward to getting my pup back into daycare and boarding.

From the moment we walked into Paws Hotel We loved it😍 We were greeted In such a warm and caring manner and the place was very clean . Mother Eirene suggested we leave Dakota for a weekend because our concern was We rescued Her and didn’t want her to feel she was being left again and we wouldn’t be back . It was a great idea she was fine so we felt good about leaving her for two weeks for our vacation . I was a mess we never have left any of our dogs at any boarding , hotel for animals . We made a great choice all the staff and sisters were wonderful, Mike the manager assured us not to worry All was going to be fine . If I could give more stars I would and I don’t give them easy. I called almost every day they never made me feel I was a bother 😀 Thank You all again for taking care of our Dakota⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were very thorough during the check-in process to ensure they had all the information to care for our dog, including our vets information who we had to call to answer some of their questions. Our dog is the nervous type and they went to great lengths to calm him down and make him feel at ease. When we picked him up 4 days later he was happy, clean, and healthy. We will definitely be using Paws Awhile in the future.
