Staying in Terri’s home and looking after her beautiful cat, Kush, was an absolute pleasure. Terri and Chris were super welcoming when we met before our sit and made us feel right at home. They set us up for success in every way and it goes without saying their house is beautiful. Kush is super laid back, and she’s old enough to know what she likes and we had a lot of fun just chillin’ out with her. This sit was very difficult for us. Marjorie had Mr Bean who was a delight, and two other dogs both very old and unfortunately Bella had a very bad paw injury and Buster had collapsed back legs and had to be held up to be able to do his daily routines. We were not made aware of this until we arrived. We are complete animal lovers and devoted our 10 days to complete care for the dogs. We kept Marjorie informed with several daily updates and photographs, and her housekeeper kindly helped as both dogs needed constant care. We bandaged and treated the injured paw several times a day and the housekeeper kindly consulted the vet and obtained extra supplies of bandages and medication for Bella. Keith carried Buster into and out of the garden whenever he needed to go and held his legs for him. It was very distressing for us all and we are so grateful we had such a lovely neighbour and housekeeper to help us. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Trusted Housesitters and we have thoroughly enjoyed all the sits we have done, however this experience left us so deeply upset for sweet Bella and Buster and we gave them as much love and care and comfort as we could whilst they were with us. We had a long phone conversation with Trusted Housesitters who helped us and we would also thank them for the information and advice given.
We had the most gorgeous time looking after Alfie and staying in Kay and Rods lovely home! We loved hanging out with Alfie and miss him lots already! Kay and Rod are wonderful people who made us feel extremely welcome as soon as we met them. We feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to house sit for them and would jump at the chance to look after gorgeous Alfie again 💖
Jasper and Maise were absolutely adorable and were very easy to look after. We enjoyed our time walking and running with Jasper on the numerous routes we could choose from. He is super friendly and he listened to us when commands were needed. Maisie is a cat... She does her own thing and mostly sleeps on her favourite spot on the sofa. She enjoys cuddles and cannot get enough of them. Our favourite place in the house was the conservatory. We loved the bright natural light coming from all directions and spent most of our time there. Dee (Diana) was very responsive when we needed something. She was easy to reach on WhatsApp and we sent her multiple videos and photos of Jasper and Maisie to warm her heart. Penny was so much fun and very friendly. She was easy to care for and extremely likable. Kate and Stefan's apartment was comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely pet sit Penny again.

Our 1.5 year old dog has been absolutely loving her time at Z Dog. She’s normally pretty timid, but not at Z Dog. She feels comfortable enough to play all day and is so excited to see the owners. We tried other daycares, but this one takes the cake.
We’ve had a great experience with zdog. Our pup Luna is anxious, and they make a special effort to keep her with smaller groups of dogs so she’s comfortable. Zdog is the only place where she gets along with other dogs, which is great to help her socialize. They’re also always very accommodating of last minute bookings!
Z Dog is a life saver. Since I started daycare for my high energy puppy, she’s been so tired at the end of the day that there’s less chance for mischief at home 😝. She’s happy to go socialize with her friends as well as Natalie, Jose and the rest of the caring staff when I drop her off in the morning. And I get a great, big hug from her when I pick her up in the evening. Highly recommended.
I've been with Z Dog for years now and they are by far the best dog care place in South Philly. Owners are responsive to all questions/schedule changes and are available via email, phone, and text whenever I reach out. My dog Lola loves it there and gets a full day of playtime. Makes my life easier when I'm at work knowing she's in great hands. Highly recommend.
After calling an exhaustive number of doggie day care centers. We found Z dogs for our Pearlie girl. She went for two visits to get acquainted before boarding and it was clear that the owner really cares about the dogs there. Pearl was very well taken care of when she was there, they communicated how she acted and we appreciated that. I want them to do well and I will definitely recommend them to any dog owners I know!
Our dog has been going to Z Dog for a few weeks now and we could not be more pleased with Natalie, Jose and the facility/location. We have put our giant pup in other day cares around the city but none of them compare. Mainly, we love that crate time is not forced upon them. There’s a very nice fenced in yard and the owners/staff post videos of the dogs playing together daily! What really made us feel most comfortable in choosing Z Dog was the tour we given during our orientation. My boyfriend and I are still having to go into work right now and Natalie and Jose have brought us great peace of mind knowing our dog is well taken care of. For that alone, we are forever grateful. I truly cannot recommend Z Dog enough!

Whenever Rory is slow to get out in the morning, she immediately perks up once she realizes we’re going to ZDog! I’m glad to know she’s in such loving hands while I’m at work. It’s obvious that everyone there loves dogs and treats the dogs that come like their own. I highly recommend ZDog Daycare.
For approximately 9 months, Z dog has provided excellent pet care for my rescue dog, Fin. I work 16-18 hr days and they have picked up Fin from my home, watched him play and rest in their daycare, and then dropped him off. When I come home, he is content and seems to have had a fun day. I have appreciated their close communication and flexibility through schedule changes, and we will sorely miss them! I would recommend Zdog pet daycare to anyone in the city with a playful pup!
I have used Z Dog Walkers since I moved here 2 years ago. I have consistently used them for walks, doggy day care and boarding. They are top notch in terms of kindness, dependability and flexibility. I have been in desperate situations when they were there to save me (and my dog Maggie:) and have enjoyed numerous vacations knowing Maggie was in the best hands with Natalie and Jose. My dog seems to love her time at Doggie VIP! She looks comfortable and happy in every photo they send. They send many photos a day so you can keep up with your pup, and see that they’re doing well which is so appreciated. She also comes home smelling nice and clean from her exit bath.

Olivia is amazing with my rambunctious, reactive with strangers at home, quirky dog. She took the time to slowly get to know him and let him know her.
