Will
A truly fantastic Housesit experience. Tucked into a quiet valley with hikes to near by villages, easy access to shops and sightseeing adventure and the occasional little visit from a wild kitty or two sweet rascal wild dogs looking for a handout and a little love. Kitty and Will are no less than exceptional hosts, generous, available and supportive. The off grid upkeep is straight forward and the homey conveniences plentiful. You will be lucky to have some time here.

Pet sitting for Geordie at his beautiful home north of Auckland was an absolute joy! He is such a puppy-like older dog and always made us laugh with his happy personality. We also really enjoyed getting to feed and watch the chickens and wild birds.

Deborah and Colin also gave us a wonderful welcome and send-off. They are lovely people and it was great to get to know them a little better, plus Deborah is a great baker and cook! :) We felt very spoiled by their hospitality and were very comfortable staying in their home as well! It's a beautiful place with everything we could ever need - even a heated mattress pad. We'd love to housesit for them again.

Beth
Beth and Peter were excellent hosts and altogether lovely people. I couldn't have felt more welcome. They communicated clearly and in a timely manner throughout the entire process. I was grateful that they picked me up from the train station as they live on a steep hill and that was just the beginning of a wonderful sit!

The house was clean and comfortable and the garden is a sanctuary, not least because they welcome a host of local wildlife as well as providing a home for the delightful Wilma, the sweetest elderly rabbit lady. The cats, Curly and Fred, are characters. Curly will be your sidekick and Fred will welcome your attention when he's not napping or outside monitoring the traffic in the garden.

I left the sit, especially the animals, with regret. I miss them and hope to see them again in the future. Thanks so much, Beth and Peter!

I have had the pleasure of taking care of Possum and Gigi three times now...easy going cats who entertain themselves.

Koa and Louie are the biggest sweethearts!!! You couldn't ask for better behaved dogs ❤️ highly recommend this sit! Erica was really easy to communicate with and her place is in a great location. An added bonus was sitting by the pool every day! Don't hesitate to book this if you have the chance!!!!

I had a lovely week looking after Dylan who is very tactile and playful. James and Corrine couldnt have been kinder or more organised, and staying in their home iwas a real treat, both for me and my 11 year old boy.
