It was such a pleasure to meet Gladys and Scott! They gave me such warm welcome, picked me up at the train station when I arrived and dropped me off when I was leaving. Scott made the most delicious dinner on the night when they returned home from their trip. And I really enjoyed getting to know them both and sharing stories about our travels! And the pups, Snoopy and Pinkman, are the best. So loving, friendly, sweet, and fun. I had a great time watching them and loved staying in Gladys’ and Scott’s beautiful, spacious, sunny house in Anaheim Hills. What a gorgeous area, the views from the hills are stunning. I took the opportunity to drive from their home to Laguna Beach one day and had a wonderful time there. Thank you Gladys and Scott for having me, I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Our family's time at Sandy's farm, taking care of their house, horses, chickens, cats, and dog, Duke, was a joy. Duke was gentle with our 11-month old baby. Even when she pull on him. It was a wonderful time away from the city, enjoying farm life. Sandy and Dave were more than kind to us, and are now friends. We will happily be willing to sit for them again.
My stay with Tito, Archie, & Romeo was a breeze! Tito and Archie are very well-behaved and I had no issues with them whatsoever. Romeo has such a big personality, but in the sweetest way. Bernice and Palani give you everything you need to take care of them and are more than happy to answer any questions you have. If I ever have the opportunity to sit for Bernice and Palani again, I would do so in a heartbeat!
I had a wonderful time in Utrecht sitting for Marijke and Tijmen. They are easy to contact and they made me feel confident and comfortable in their home. Loe, Jet and the kittens were great company. The public transport is fantastic in the Netherlands which made it easy to travel to their house.
Tom, Beth and Jimbob are the sweetest family! Incredible apartment location to have a weekend by the sea, Tom + Beth were trusting and communicative. Jimbob is a loving, gentle giant. He has some needs as he has a paw condition (needs to wear boots and a harness), but he allows you to dress him and is an absolute delight to walk. He just wants to sleep all day. Couldn't recommend enough!
Our sit with Pip was great! He is an absolutely adorable large dog, so gentle. If he goes outside by himself, he is very good about just staying in the yard, and he behaves very well on a leash, and is friendly to all other dogs. If you are on the couch, then he is also. Loves pets and hugs. Maisie and Ryan were great about communicating, and their home is very comfortable. We would certainly take care of Pip again if the opportunity arose!
