I highly recommend his housesit! Cammie was great, the location was beautiful and of course Girlie and Quantico were entertaining and very friendly. Communication was great throughout the 2 weeks, Camellia wrote out instructions and emergency numbers. I sent pics/video everyday and they appreciated that. After the first week both cats were always looking to be my shadow and we were buddies, especially Quantico. Girlie can be a bit bossy but it is all love lol. Both cats do need to be kept away from each other and Cammie has a system that worked pretty well. Although Girlie will still try to come for Quantico with a whole door between them sometimes lol, mostly she just minded her business, slept during the day and liked to play and cuddle in the evenings. Quantico is more laid back and likes her naps too. Once she warmed up she definitely was giving ‘hugs’ and liked to keep me company. She had some accidents sometimes making it to the litterbox but they were minor. The space was fully equipped, very comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed the courtyard area and sweet smelling roses too. Again, highly recommend this sit.
We really loved this housesit! Although we never met Hans we had good communication before and throughout our stay and we were made to feel very welcome in his beautiful home. There are not enough words to describe how cute Lulu is. She stole our hearts! Not only is she ridiculously cute, but she was an absolute joy to look after and didn’t cause any problems or need for concern even once. She loves a good long walk, is great with other dogs and people, is a happy car passenger, and at home just wants to be close to you pretty much at all times, which we were more than happy to oblige! Sunningdale is a fantastic location and base to explore. We were spoilt for choice with great walks to go on, with Windsor Park and Colworth Park both within walking distance. And if that’s not enough, Chobham Common is also very close by. We would love to come back and do this housesit again. Thank you Hans for trusting us with your home and adorable dog Lulu.
We came to sit for Aideen and Mike to look after Milo over the Christmas period . We felt really at ease chatting to Aideen and Mike prior to the sit, and they were just as kind and friendly in person. Milo is gorgeous ! Friendly, accepting, playful and a gentle dog . He loves his walks, you can walk him on or off lead . He’s really good on his long lead and quite happy . Their home is warm and inviting, with great downstairs living space .We really appreciated the Christmas decorations which made it feel like Christmas as we weren’t in our own home . Milo is great company and brought us many smiles during the stay . We would definitely sit for Milo again ! Thanks Aideen and Mike for a great sit .
We had a great time staying in Ann-.Marie & Michael's home, with their gorgeous dog Maisie. They are amazing helpful hosts. It was lovely to share a beautiful home cooked meal with them. Enabling us all to get to know each other better. Ann-Marie went above and beyond assisting us on arrival and departure and informing us on sightseeing possibilities. Thank you, it was so appreciated. Their home is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Maisie is a friendly, good natured dog, she loved going for her walks. She was no trouble to look after. We truly enjoyed her company. We wish you well in the future, thank you for allowing us to share your home and much loved Maisie.
We had such a wonderful time in Bridport with Bracken and it was a real pleasure to meet Ginny and Alan! Assisting with Bracken’s development was a rewarding experience and we’ll miss her unique company. The two months we stayed here were an absolute delight and we’d be honoured to return any time. Can't wait to meet again, Ginny and Alan! :))
Lynne and Scott were wonderful to me. I was shown around the neighborhood and to some nice hiking areas. The house is absolutely lovely and comfortable. the area is less than a block from the Blue Ridge Parkway and all of the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Any shops I needed were really close as way charming downtown Asheville. Sweet kitties too. I can't wait to go back! Karen
