Dog Sitters in Lisle Jourdain

I thought evening went great with them honestly but 1 thing is driving me crazy and I don't know what is going on. My dog has commands for eating. "Wait" (she sits), then a snap and "get your food" to release her to eat. Since we have picked her up she will not and I mean will not release for her food with the snap and get your food command. She will sit in the kitchen for what seems like 30 minutes then she comes in the living room lays down and cries. Then eventually she gives in and just eats when she gets hungry enough. It's as if they taught her a different release because she will not listen and I'm beyond annoyed because she has done this command for 5 months straight off her owning her then we brought her here and now she will not do it anymore.

Customer service was good, however my puppy wasn't groomed which is the reason I brought her there. Her nails weren't done, her tear ducts weren't done, she didn't appear any different then when we brought her in. We brought her elsewhere today and my puppy smells good, nails done and tear ducts cleaned. Lesson learned!

Great great great!! This is a mature experienced groomer who was polite and explained things in detail before grooming. What a difference from paws n claws! Recommended you try this and you'll never go anywhere else imo.

Have gone to this groomer a handful of times, she rarely returns calls. Double books and then tells you that you're wrong when you show up. She's rude and just an all around nasty woman.. Showed up today after scheduling an appointment 10 days ago to be told that I should've called back to confirm my appointment! Deal with her at your own peril!

They are excellent with my pet. When my dog couldn't walk the owner got up every 3 hours to carry my reggie outside to pee. Thank you coke carrying for our dog.

Great people they do a wonderful job with our two boys! They can be a handful but they are always excited to take our dogs!! Thank you sooo much for taking excellent care for our pups!!

I agree with the prior customer who says owner always return the call. My dog loves the place. She doesn't even say goodbye to us when we leave !

The facility was clean and spacious and the owners are wonderful people. They made me feel comfortable when I dropped my dog off and when I picked him up he was bright and happy. This is definitely a wonderful kennel and I would both recommend and will go back in the future.

We were traveling through town with our dogs and wanted a safe place to leave our pups while visiting Isle Royale National Park. The owner made me feel comfortable from the first phone call - and we had a great experience from start to finish. We are always hesitant to leave our dogs with people we don’t know but I would recommend Kozy Quincy Kennels to anyone and would be sure to use them again if I returned to the area. We had never boarded our 6 month old puppy before, and needed to board her far away from home to visit Isle Royale NP, but keep her with us on the rest of our long trip. Trisha took great care of her, and was very gentle and reassuring with me before we left her. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and our pup was well taken care of. Highly recommend!
